The staff are very nice and so patient when I speak Spanish. And many of them speak English too which can be helpful when looking for an unusual item! The woman working in the Optical department was especially helpful! Also, the food is always good! We usually have a snack after shopping. The pizza is good and the lasagna looks amazing. I haven't seen lasagna in any other Costco. I will definitely try the lasagna and hubs wants to try the pulled pork. We will definitely be back!

It was great having housekeeping every day without having to ask and they actually changed the sheets too. Quite the contrast from Mariott stateside where they only make up your room every three days if you're lucky. Housekeeping also left more bottled water each day. The place was quiet and everything worked in the room: hvac, refrigerator etc. Complimentary breakfast and coffee were good with ocean view and the pool deck on top was pleasant. The front desk would only give us two room key cards for three people which was inconvenient because you have to use it in the elevator to get to your floor and to open the door.

The pool was warm, even in February, and the view is breathtaking of the water. There's a restaurant inside with breathtaking views, and another one on the same floor as the pool. One of the walls was a big window and the shades did a great job making the room nice and dark. The room itself was extremely spacious for a junior suite. It came with a microwave, and a mini fridge. My only feedback is the bathroom was pretty small. Other than that we had a great stay, and I wouldn't mind coming back!

The food is pretty decent as well, purchase the breakfast buffet online with the reservation, it's a bit less expensive. It's also just a little drive from the port, restaurants, and shops.
