I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Casa Mayoral! This was my 2nd time staying here and it was even more lovely than the last time. The owners and staff make you feel very welcome and comfortable, it's also a pet friendly B&B which is wonderful. There love of animals makes my heart happy, you can visit with the burros, Willy the Cat, Frida or Cornelio, such sweet pups! The living spaces are really cool and all unique. We have stayed in the loft style rooms before which are very modern and have a natural sustainability style. This time we stayed in the small 2 bedroom house at the front of the property, which has a full kitchen, good sized living space and an outside deck. We just loved it! It was nice since were staying for a long weekend, so we could have the option to cook and stay in if we wanted to in the evening. Some of the best parts of staying at Casa Mayoral though is the property, all the orange trees, succulents, wild flowers it makes for a beautiful place to wake up to each morning and such a relaxing space to take in the fresh air or go for a walk. But let's get serious, it's all about the Breakfast! Perla makes delicious food! We enjoyed such a wonderful and delicious meal either in the dining room or on the patio every morning... fresh orange juice, delightfully spiced cookies, the best coffee, fresh fruit and a rotating menu of delightful breakfast dishes. One day we had chorizo and potato enchiladas with beans and eggs, then chilaquiles and these beautiful like breakfast quesadillas with delicate zucchini and yummy chorizo.... And don't forget the hot sauce!! Just a really special and unique experience, the friendliness of Adrianna and Stefan, then properly, the fuzzy friends, the food, it's all the best things about the Valle, it holds a special spot in my heart!

Rural, cute, super clean rooms, awesome staff. Gloria was very friendly and offered great insights and suggestions on places to go. Breakfasts with Aurora were amazing! The beans are deliciousness, as was the omelet with rajas and the chilaquiles. Coffee was robust, great way to start the day. Heating and cooling in cabin #1 was perfect, as was the view and little balcony. Will definitely be back with more family. They offer different size cabins depending on your group.

This place is fantastic! We were lucky enough to stay here on our drive home. Adriana and Stefan (sp?) were the kindest hosts you could possibly meet and their property is picture perfect. The various units are in small groupings and are separated from each other. They are beautiful, well appointed, comfortable and clean. The property is large and very pet friendly. It is the perfect place to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, a book, a glass of wine (or more). The location is only a couple of minutes drive to many of the wineries and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here and I can't wait to return.

A magical place. I hope it stays this beautiful and real. It is a place to heal and recharge. It is a place to remember that God, the Sacred Forces, the Big Bang, whatever you believe in created nature, beautiful spaces and animals.

The property itself was beautiful, grape vines everywhere, a beautiful pool/hot tub area and a fountain with a view of the valley in the background. The service was perfect, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. And not all the staff can speak perfect English, but it was easy to communicate with everyone, and I cannot express just how friendly every staff member was. This hotel had everything we needed. There are two restaurants on site, one that is open for breakfast/lunch, and closes around 5pm and another that is open for dinner and opens around 5-6pm. The dinner restaurant on site Aledano, is newer and the Chef is incredible, he came to speak with us and make recommendations and when I told him I was vegetarian he prepared the Orzo dish without meat and honestly, it was one of the best things I've ever tasted. There is also a beautiful winery on site with wonderful wine. Everything about this hotel is perfect. I would recommend it more for couples given how romantic is can be but would be great alone or with friends as well! I cannot wait to go back and visit!

The room was also very nice overall. However, there were some serious downsides. The shower floor was broken, and I actually slipped and fell because of it, which is a safety issue that shouldn't be overlooked. Another big problem was the lack of food options. We arrived at 5pm and there were no restaurants open. The staff were in a hurry to leave. Unfortunately, leaving wasn't really an option because the road conditions were extremely bad. Our car barely made it through the muddy terrain. Communication was also lacking. They only sent a WhatsApp message about road directions, and it wasn't very helpful. We ended up relying on another couple who had attempted the drive and turned back--we followed them, and even then, the road was very difficult to navigate. Service was minimal as well. The only staff member available was the watchman, and even simple requests (like a wine opener) took a long time. If you decide to stay here, come prepared: bring your own food and make sure you have a 4x4 vehicle. The setting is beautiful, but the logistics and safety concerns make it hard to fully enjoy the experience.

We had to PAY to get towed. The hotel did nothing to warn us about this and when we complained they said that other cars were able to get in through the mud so we should've been able to do the same. (there is only one entrance and one exit) I hardly write negative reviews but they did nothing to correct/help WHATSOEVER. I would love to come back but maybe think twice if it's rainy season or if you have a low car ! if you need any help after 5pm good luck there is only one security and he is in charge of front desk duties and check-in! (possible understaffing?) Unsure maybe it was just this once who knows

I was lucky to be referred to this vineyard by a relative who lives half a mile from this location. Not only was the place amazing in scenery and location but the owners and staff were beyond awesome! My wife and I were looking for a location to have our wedding and reception at and Rancho El Parral was hands down the best places to host our amazing event! They included a full breakfast with renting the rooms and even allowed external guests to join us. They also allowed us to have a post wedding small party with no added costs. The owners Albert and Olivia were so great to work with regarding our special day, that they made it a point to make sure we were all well taken care of throughout the whole weekend and even after we left. Their main focus was to make sure that everything was taken care of. They went above and beyond for us given that they had just finished harvesting their grapes and were working on making their line of amazing wine. Working with Olivia was such an easy process and her contract options were so easy to work with and competitive. She was also so helpful in making adjustments to our guest list 4 days before the actual event and discounted the total owed!! As my wife and I were on our honeymoon, we talked about having our birthday party there again because of our experience with the owners, staff and location. We were also approached by quite a bit of our guests to get the contact information of the place so that they can have events there too. There is so much to offer from visiting this location, so much to offer like a lavender field that is the only one in the region and the products of that lavender field. I recommend this location to anyone curious to get an awesome scenery of the valley, for such a comfortable stay in their rooms, and for a great tasting wine that is sure to win awards in the coming years. Their wine, artisan products and amazing scenery are just small details that made our most memorable days even more amazing. We will definitely be returning, often. They also have a restaurant that is in the works and we look forward to seeing it grow. All the guests that were witness to the event said it was by far an amazing place to have any event. Albert and Olivia (the owners) really made us feel like we were their family and although they weren't able to celebrate our reception because they were more concerned about making the event run smooth and were more help for our coordinator but we would have loved for them to be a part of it and I will be sure to have more events with them. They even gave us an amazing coordinator that worked with us and Olivia to make the dream a reality. Thank you so much Albert and Olivia! We will always hold you dear to our marriage!

It definitely feels like a special place that's more about relaxing and enjoying the wine country vibes than doing anything busy or fast-paced. The rooms are separate from each other, so it feels very private and quiet.. Perfect if you're looking to disconnect and have a calm weekend away... Our room was clean and had plenty of space... The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was roomy... They also have a refrigerator stocked with Their in house wine bottles you can choose from, which adds a fun touch... The property has a pool and spa area, but just keep in mind it's communal, there aren't private hot tubs or private spa setups in the rooms... Still, everything was well-maintained and relaxing... Pricing felt reasonable compared to other hotels in Valle, especially for how nice and comfortable everything was... One thing to note: Valle de Guadalupe is very spread out. This isn't a place to stay if you want nightlife or to be within walking distance of multiple wineries. You'll definitely need to drive to get around, and some of the roads are unpaved... The host was also extremely welcoming.. We arrived late after hours, and they were still available at the front desk, answered all our questions, and made us feel really comfortable...
