THE SERVICE: There's no table service here. You place your order at a counter in the back of the restaurant and receive a tray with your food when it's ready. Being the first time I've had birria, I was a little disappointed that how to season the broth was not explained more to me. It came with a plethora of cilantro and onion that I was unsure of how to use. Oh well. No Manches Way was A-OK in my book. I wouldn't be opposed to stopping by again next time we're in town and checking out more of the menu.
