I didn't do that so I didn't know the tires were rotten, the brake pads and rotors needed replaced, and the car (Mazda) got bad miles per gallon because it needed a new O2 sensor. And it had 3 blown speakers. Normal people don't take the time to go through the 150 things needed. Before I went there to look at the car I called and asked if I could put an ODB2 (diagnostic) reader on it - no big deal, any dealer would allow this. But after I bought the car I discovered it was missing a fuse and because of that I could not have known the O2 sensor was bad.

We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!).
