I love this dryer, so far there have not been any issues. It came with a one-year warranty and the option to purchase additional from the manufacturer. The person who assisted me in the appliance store was nice and professional. I was a bit surprised by the google reviews. I had a good experience. There is a bit of a lengthy contract to sign for the delivery and no refund policy disclaimer that can be off-putting but I trusted the process. The delivery came maybe three days later (I was promised next-day delivery). There is a delivery charge of $100 if they have to go upstairs. Much more affordable on-ground deliveries. This delivery was much quicker than Home Depot when I ordered a washer machine. It ended up coming a day later than I expected because of their delivery truck having an issue but it was good timing considering other places I've been.

When the electricians came to install it they found that the new model was too deep for the space but were able to remove some wood and Sheetrock to make it work. They never took the drawer out of the box because the electrician said " I can do math and this drawer is too big to fit." Robbie refused to take the drawer back even though it was his mistake. He later said that GE refused to take it back in a sealed never opened box. Why should the customer have to pay for Robbie's mistake? I told my contractor not to ever use Kitchen and Bath Galleries again!

When I said that's not right he said it's not his problem and walked away laughing. Rude and obnoxious and I'll never shop there again. They lost my business. I called the 800 number and they said they will make me an appt to get the correct protector free of charge and the manager should have offered that. If you wanna work in retail you need to be customer focused and this manager was more concerned with talking with his co workers than helping me.
