The company I used previously could not send anyone out until next week and another company said they could only come tomorrow. Customer Care Appliance Repair was the only company with 5 star ratings on Yelp who could come by today. It was a little challenging to coordinate timing with a busy mother and the repair crew but James was patient and responsive. In the end, he was able to get the fridge fixed within 3 hours of our first call. Since I wasn't there myself, I asked the tenant what she thought of James' service. Her response was that James was "very nice and professional." I have no way of knowing if the job was priced higher than other repair companies since I am no expert in home appliance repairs. But these guys were available when it counted. I hope I'll never need any repair services anymore but if I do, I'll most likely call Customer Care Appliance Repair again

Inside, the sales reps were helpful without being overbearing, and they had a good selection of items in the store to try out. After we decided on which loveseat to purchase, I used the website to order it, and it arrived about two weeks later in perfect condition. The men who delivered the loveseat did a great job setting everything up, other than leaving a little bit of trash on our driveway :) Overall, not sure if we'll be getting any more furniture in the near future, but I'd definitely consider ordering from Capital Discount!

I shopped all the stores on Glenwood, but it seems COVID has impacted the furniture supply chain as well, and while I found things I liked, no one had stock or could say when they could deliver. Then we went to Rooms Xpress. Drew was awesome and went above and beyond to help me out. He worked with me to find something I liked, that could be made and delivered in time, and then he gave me a discount. He texted his furniture rep to confirm my timeline could be met, and guaranteed a preferred delivery slot to accommodate the place where it would be delivered. He even held two delivery times for me in case there was a delay in the shipment. He kept me informed the whole time so I didn't have to worry about this furniture. Delivery went off without a problem and his delivery team was able to follow the non-standard directions. Now my son won't be sleeping on the floor. I will definitely shop here the next time I need furniture.
