I love this dryer, so far there have not been any issues. It came with a one-year warranty and the option to purchase additional from the manufacturer. The person who assisted me in the appliance store was nice and professional. I was a bit surprised by the google reviews. I had a good experience. There is a bit of a lengthy contract to sign for the delivery and no refund policy disclaimer that can be off-putting but I trusted the process. The delivery came maybe three days later (I was promised next-day delivery). There is a delivery charge of $100 if they have to go upstairs. Much more affordable on-ground deliveries. This delivery was much quicker than Home Depot when I ordered a washer machine. It ended up coming a day later than I expected because of their delivery truck having an issue but it was good timing considering other places I've been.

The person was kind and patient with me and recommended a waterproof glue and how to reassemble it with useful tips! I gave this 5 stars because it is such a nice idea. I love the idea of involving my 6 yr old grandchild in something healthy and useful in life. I figured someone would show us what to do. No ... we went to a table and everyone has to read the long directions and make it themselves. I asked for help and the man couldn't answer. We were down a screw and there weren't others. I wish they would have posted step by step directions with a picture or sample of each step. We used a screw at one point, instead of a nail. It didn't matter in the whole scheme of things but we didn't know that and thought we might have ruined the whole thing. .. a little stressful as we wanted to have a good experience with our grandchild. After we put the wooden BBQ together we got to paint it. There weren't a lot of colors but it was only a BBQ. There were decals to put on it when it dried. So thank you Home Depot for doing this. They promised to come in and address what they committed prior to me purchasing to what was actually done .. that never happens.
