This is the closest I have gotten to what it tastes like for crawfish and for other seafood selections from my hometown.

We were completely surprised at the size of the fish they were served. These were large portions. Our grandson downed his in a heroic effort to avoid leaving some child in China hungry, the granddaughter provided our small dog with several days worth of delicious fish. I tried their dish and can say that it would have made me happy. My wife and I had the scollops and spare ribs, which seems like an odd combination, but was actually quite creative and flavorful. There was a nice serving of spareribs, nicely seasoned, surrounded by scollops that were perfectly seared (something I can never do at home, but always appreciate when dining out.
