I was greeted by one of the employees, I can't speak for all the employees because I only talked to this guy (didn't get his name but he was tall-ish, and probably white and American if I had to guess) and he was really great, friendly, and knowledgeable on all the perfumes and had a good knowledge base about what perfumes are on the market and could recommend what I may like based on other scents I like. I felt like the other two employees behind the counter were less interactive. There were two other groups of people that came in and this one guy was managing to help all of us. I'm a woman in her early 20s. I went to CVS, Walgreens and Target to get a whiff of some liquid soap, but what I really wanted to do was TRY a couple out and then I remembered that BBW stores have a sink in them! Genius. I was headed to Natick to do a couple of errands, so I stopped in and chatted with Evie (Eve, maybe?) about all things soap. I had signed up for their new-ish rewards program before heading in and received $10 off a $30+ purchase, and I left with 6 bottles of soap that smell nice (unlike the new version of my old one). The store is arranged well, and while there is SO MUCH to look at, just take a basket and browse.

Two of my favorite cosmetic lines as far as the drugstore brands go. They were having some good deals on the clothing and I saw some really nice tops. It took a few weeks to arrive which was not a problem for us since we live in walking distance to the mall. They looked GREAT! After two wears, somewhat large holes appeared on the back pockets. Just two times, haven't even seen the dry cleaners yet. This is the first time he has had this problem with BB pants so I figured this was a fluke. I went exchange them and the sales associates took a less than helpful tone about the situation. The lady who measured and sold us the pants a few weeks ago said, "Well this is often common with pants, do you think they are too tight? Does he use the back pockets a lot? What did they rub against?" No, they are the size you measured. No, the back pockets have not been used. The life of pants for someone who works in a office isn't too wild and crazy. The office chair has never bitten a pair of pants before. I was originally going to exchange but after hearing these remarks, the lack of confidence in the product and the quickness to blame us for the defect, well that is a straight return. They agreed and refunded the money. I hesitate to recommend a store that boasts of superior quality and accordingly pricey merchandise but is just as cheap as anywhere else. There were two employees in the store and I was the only customer, yet they were completely disinterested in giving me the time of day. I can't really comment on the rest of their selection, but based on this initial experience, I don't think I'll be back. UPDATE: I was talking to my father-in-law about this location, and he had a similar experience, despite the fact that he is older than I and was dressed to the nines. In my mind, okay, that is probably true and they just might not have them in stock. Usually I'd be okay with this response. However, I left embarrassed and honestly wished I never walked into the store. The two male staff members in the store were rude as can be. Honestly, please fire them. They spent more time on their phones and did not even offer to help check the inventory if the shoes I asked for were in stock elsewhere. I even showed them the photos on MY phone in case I misspoke the name of the shoes. Like... How do you not know your own company's products!? We shop often in the stores in the area (McQueen, Gucci, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, etc) and I NEVER felt this way with any other customer service representative. Customers, please stay away.
