When I got to my appointment I was told its $225 for the top and $225 for the bottom. I was very upset and had I not travelled back home for this appointment I would have looked for other inexpensive options. I will be sure to check around before visiting here again. Also, I didn't have such a great experience with Dr. Scott. She wasn't friendly at all and seemed very irritated with me explaining my teeth concerns to the point of one of the staff had to translate between us. It was very uncomfortable and I was getting ready to leave until she finally stopped being rude and actually listened to my concerns. Dr. Boyd was always so pleasant and very knowledgeable. I wish I could have seen him instead. However, the other staff was awesome as usual.

My wife and daughter went to…read morethis dentist, and specifically asked if they were providers who accept military dental insurance. They said "Yes." In our experience, with my nearly 24 years in service, we were prepared to pay our copay, and get the work (a checkup and a couple of fillings) done. We received a bill two days ago which said we owe them hundreds of dollars! We called, then visited the office, and their only response was "Oh, well, yes, we do accept military insurance, but we're Out Of Network." "Why didn't you say that? We asked." Their response to that was, "Well we said we accept it, and we do. We're just out of network, so you have to pay most of the bill now." This kind of bullshit semantics game is nothing short of theft. Since they like splitting hairs, I suppose I should ask them if they'd like to be called dishonest, or deceitful.

Said it should take under a year because they add buttons to the teeth to help the aligners move the teeth. Not Invisalign because it is so expensive. I've had two experiences with this place. First, I had the real braces, good experience. I lost my…read moreretainers and a few years ago decided to go back for Invisalign. I went with him because he did Invisalign, but for cheaper. Costly mistake. I wore my retainer every night and my front tooth still shifted. Yes I forgot to bring my retainers on my honeymoon, but they shipped them to me via the aligners club a few days later. That's not the bad part- I didn't realize until after it was too late how freaking badly they spaced my teeth with these Invisalign retainers. So badly that every time I eat, food gets caught in my gums and I constantly have to floss. Painful and quite annoying. When I finally decided enough was enough, I called them back, after I had paid good money and only saw him ONE time in the beginning of the process. He also drilled in between my teeth and I get coffee stains all the time now that I have to get salt water power washed out. Apparently there are some explanations for this but it made my teeth look so bad. I wanted to cry after spending all this money I didn't have the nerve to say anything. They then forwarded me to the Forever Alignment or Retainers club. I finally got it checked out and the orthodontist there said that the food impaction and spaces they put in between my teeth (bottom especially) were so awful. Now I'm spending another couple thousand at the minimum to have my teeth lifted up and crowded back together. At least at this new place I get to see the orthodontist every ten weeks to finalize my prescription for my teeth. I don't believe they were open at the time and I wanted my teeth done for my big day, my wedding. Overall I've heard some pretty corrupt things about the guy in general and I unfortunately sent my sister in law here to get her teeth fixed up with his Invisalign program for the 'low' and woah they have messed her up as well. Her teeth don't even loook straight. Save time and money and pain and go straight to Forever Aligners office in Martinez, grovetown. It may be a bit more pricey but it's worth it. I'm having to pay double + more to undo the havoc they created in my mouth.

The doctor is outstanding--professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled, while also being laid-back, approachable, and genuinely caring with his patients. From the waiting area, coffee and water station, and financial services, to the brushing station and treatment areas, everything flows efficiently. There is even a fun game room area for kids, which helps make appointments something they actually look forward to. What really sets this office apart is the effort they put into making orthodontic treatment fun and engaging.
