My…read moreson is down to his final appointment before getting his braces removed, and the entire process has been smooth, organized, and positive from the very beginning. The doctor is outstanding--professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled, while also being laid-back, approachable, and genuinely caring with his patients. Although the practice seems to see mostly children and teens, they make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The office itself is very well organized. From the waiting area, coffee and water station, and financial services, to the brushing station and treatment areas, everything flows efficiently. There is even a fun game room area for kids, which helps make appointments something they actually look forward to. What really sets this office apart is the effort they put into making orthodontic treatment fun and engaging. They have interactive contests, themed office activities, and a rewards program where patients can earn points and win prizes or gift cards. The staff always creates a positive atmosphere, and every visit feels welcoming. They are also very transparent about treatment costs, insurance coverage, and payment options, so there are never any surprises. Both of my children have been patients here. My son is about to finish treatment, and my daughter is currently in aligners and will complete her treatment later this year. We are incredibly grateful for the care they have received and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a wonderful experience!

Dr. Doug was referred to me by a longtime patient for a crown and he noticed some things that the chain dentists did not. I was about to lose a tooth because of a bad filing from years ago. I've been to Aspen dental twice since that filing and they never noticed that I had a bunch of decay. Long story short he did a very thorough and wonderful job. His office was spotless, staff was amazing too. I highly recommend this place for all your dental needs.

I scheduled an appointment with this dental office a few weeks ago, unfortunately due to a heavy…read morework schedule I called the day of my appointment (three hours ahead) to cancel. I was told that I would be charged a 50 dollar fee. I decided to stay up after working a twelve hour shift so that I could make the appointment. Upon arrival I was met with a condescending and down right rude attitude from Amy. There was a discrepancy with my insurance, therefore I had my company insurance rep call and he was met with the same level of attitude. After a few minutes of being subjected to her attitude, I decided to cancel my appointment and look for a dentist elsewhere. Based off of her actions alone I will not recommend this office.

I was reading great reviews, and it was great. An appointment was made for a few weeks from now. I had called and told them that I can only see one of the dentists who is in my insurance and network. I had an issue with one of my teeth and called to see if I could get in any earlier. I came to find that the doctor I was scheduled with was not on the website anymore. I asked the person on the phone, and they were very confused about who I was talking to. I come to find that they just started. I understand that they are new, but as a business, would it be good to let them know that there were three doctors there and have left recently? Also, really, you can not call your patients and let them know that their doctor has moved to another location. I would have gone out there and then realized that and had to leave, and it's a long drive for me. It was not right not to inform them participants of a huge change like that, and on top I even have in my file that I can only see one as of my assurances. So I have found the doctor that I wanted to see and can now get in even earlier, so that is a plus, but really, please inform your customers before the day of the appointment of a huge change like that.
