When I got to my appointment I was told its $225 for the top and $225 for the bottom. I was very upset and had I not travelled back home for this appointment I would have looked for other inexpensive options. I will be sure to check around before visiting here again. Also, I didn't have such a great experience with Dr. Scott. She wasn't friendly at all and seemed very irritated with me explaining my teeth concerns to the point of one of the staff had to translate between us. It was very uncomfortable and I was getting ready to leave until she finally stopped being rude and actually listened to my concerns. Dr. Boyd was always so pleasant and very knowledgeable. I wish I could have seen him instead. However, the other staff was awesome as usual.

Dr. Doug was referred to me by a longtime patient for a crown and he noticed some things that the chain dentists did not. I was about to lose a tooth because of a bad filing from years ago. I've been to Aspen dental twice since that filing and they never noticed that I had a bunch of decay. Long story short he did a very thorough and wonderful job. His office was spotless, staff was amazing too. I highly recommend this place for all your dental needs.

I was told that I would be charged a 50 dollar fee. I decided to stay up after working a twelve hour shift so that I could make the appointment. Upon arrival I was met with a condescending and down right rude attitude from Amy. There was a discrepancy with my insurance, therefore I had my company insurance rep call and he was met with the same level of attitude. After a few minutes of being subjected to her attitude, I decided to cancel my appointment and look for a dentist elsewhere. Based off of her actions alone I will not recommend this office.

Although they were booked out for a month, when I called with tooth pain, they managed to fit me in the very next day. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. The staff was warm and welcoming, and Dr. Nick Ruggiero was an absolute delight. He was not only professional but also incredibly genuine, which immediately put me at ease. He took care of my tooth pain with ease, and then spent time going over a treatment plan with me. What I appreciated most about Dr. Ruggiero was that he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan before moving forward. By the end of the appointment, I was excited to come back for my next appointment - something I've never felt leaving a dental office before. I've already recommended Crescent Prosthodontics to multiple people because of the excellent care and genuine staff. If you're looking for a top-notch dentist, look no further than Dr. Nick Ruggiero and the team at Crescent Prosthodontics. PS: The dental hygienist is nothing short of a miracle worker. I had cleanings before but never had this great of a result with no pain. I added photos even though the before is embarrassing.

If I could give this practice NO STARS I would. First of all their office is in an old building…read morebasement that REAKS of mold which is why they have an air purifier to try to mask the smell (which does not eliminate the problem) which is a major long term health hazard. Second the office manager is rude, condescending, aloof and dismissive. Third I had made the appointment with Dr Ruggiero to go over a dental situation that several dentists were at odds over treating vs not treating and I was simply there to get his opinion. I had given him/his office all the information ahead of time AND brought it with me, but they still weren't prepared and Dr. Ruggiero blew it off stating that he would look at the things I sent after I left! The whole point in me sending them was so that he could view them and then look at my mouth to compare! The first frustration was the fact that Dr Reggerio was late for our appointment which he then rushed through telling me he didn't have much time to talk to me even though HIS tardiness cut into our appointment time! The only call I received from their office after that visit (for a separate issue) was to ask if I was going to allow them to make me a mouthguard which was astronomically expensive compared to other practices and when I said I couldn't afford it (because I don't have health insurance and had just lost everything everything in a flood which they also knew about ) I got dismissed! They completely ignored the most important time sensitive reason I was there for a potential tooth abcess that another doctor stated had spread into my sinus cavity and could kill me if it wasn't removed immediately yet nothing about that at all! Fast-forward almost a year later I get a notification from a collection agency that I owe them $420! No itemization of the bill whatsoever just $420 after spending under 20 minutes in his office with no clear direction on what to do about my potential tooth abscess which was the most important reason why I was there! I called the office to speak to the office manager about the collection threat and she was extremely rude, condescending, aloof and dismissive stating that "the doctor had to speak with another doctor about my case for 3 OR 4 hours"! First of all it's one or the other not "OR"! Second of all I know this to be a FALSE statement because I know the doctor he spoke with BRIEFLY very well, and the conversation did NOT last HOURS, it was MINUTES and he took that upon himself to do without having any discussion with me about pricing ahead of time. When I calmly tried to address all of this including the collection notice with the manager, she completely ignored the facts and continued to lie about the charges and then hung up on me after stating fight it with the collection agency when they were the ones that sent it to them in the first place and had the authority to withdraw it knowing full well they are being dishonest about the charges! If they do not resolve these charges, I will take them to small claims court and gladly pay the $75 fee because no judge will award them the rest of the money knowing it was a fabrication of time and bogus charges which I will have proof and witnesses for. I would definitely not go to this practice because A. You will put your health at risk and B. will get treated unfairly/rudely and C. they will greedily exaggerate the bogus charges, ghost you then threaten you with collections!

Staff here were friendly but the highlight for me was my hygienist Andrea- literally felt like we were besties we talked the entire time, my dentist visit felt like it went so fast but I had a good deep cleaning with X-rays lasting an hour. Once the dentist came in too super friendly, I booked my six month out appointment for my next cleaning as well due to this amazing experience. I will say so many people have jobs because they pay the bills but Andrea really was passionate about her work, keeping me comfortable the entire time and was so friendly.

The doctor is outstanding--professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled, while also being laid-back, approachable, and genuinely caring with his patients. Although the practice seems to see mostly children and teens, they make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The office itself is very well organized. From the waiting area, coffee and water station, and financial services, to the brushing station and treatment areas, everything flows efficiently. There is even a fun game room area for kids, which helps make appointments something they actually look forward to. What really sets this office apart is the effort they put into making orthodontic treatment fun and engaging. They have interactive contests, themed office activities, and a rewards program where patients can earn points and win prizes or gift cards. The staff always creates a positive atmosphere, and every visit feels welcoming. They are also very transparent about treatment costs, insurance coverage, and payment options, so there are never any surprises. Both of my children have been patients here. My son is about to finish treatment, and my daughter is currently in aligners and will complete her treatment later this year. We are incredibly grateful for the care they have received and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist. Walking in Ms. Alyssa and Ms. Marie welcomed me and got me checked in. Then Ms. Lacey came and brought me back she had me take a seat and explained what was going to happen. The purple napkin and the silly jelly with some gauze. That sat on there for a few minutes and then Doctor Yarborough she came in and said good morning and talked about what was gonna happen before it did but like in a way that I could understand. Then it was time to have the numbing shot, which unfortunately, for me is the worst part, thankfully this is a place with amazing people where they don't see it as that instead they see it as someone being a brave person that's just really nervous. And they find ways to help people get through that whether if it's with laughing gas, it's with iv sedation it's with medicine or in my case with turning on the TV and having somebody stay in the room and just talk and hold your hands. And that's exactly what happened for Me , Fuller house on the TV, and Ms. Gabby just talk to me while holding my hands, helped me while Ms. Lacey and Doctor Yarborough fixed my tooth, they all were telling me that I was doing a great job. She told me everything she was going to do, so there were no surprises, and before I knew it, I was done. Everybody was super supportive, kind, caring, even with some tears. They helped me with my tooth. Ms.Marie was able to check me out upfront and I was on my way with a half crooked smile on the account that my face was still numb from it being fixed! Don't worry it went back to normal. This isn't just a dentist's office.
