As usual, fast and prompt service. I started with my treatment because an ENT sent me in because of ear pain. Sandra is one of my most favorite people. She went over everything with me as usual. Upon meeting with Dr. Dan we decided we would give the braces a try. You never know how crooked your teeth are until you have brackets on them. My ear pain left months ago and my teeth are finally almost straight. Laura S. is my go to girl for my visits. Cher is always a pleasure to.deal with. As well as the sweet girl who checks me in and takes payment. I think alot of the entire staff as my family has been with this establishment for 10 years and 5 sets of braces. I always feel like I am visiting friends versus a Dr office. I have super sensitive teeth and they take good care of me. We have a set to go and the staff will be handling those braces as well. I have 3 kids and they have all had braces. We moved here from Virginia and my youngest had to go thru the process with us finding a new orthodontist. We knew after 5 minutes inside The Braces Place that it was exactly where he needed and wanted to be. From the extremely friendly staff to the fun environment-it was AMAZING! We have two children who are patients at The Braces Place. Every interaction I have had with the doctor and staff have been respectful and pleasant. The office is clean and well organized. My son had a baby tooth fall out but was still attached to his braces. I called to make an appointment and was asked if I could come right then. I loved the convenience that was provided to me and my son. I thought that there would be a long wait once we got there, but again you guys were on top of it. This is an awesome place, I have never seen an offside quite like it. The staff there are very nice and professional. I had an 8 o'clock appointment and was seen on time. I was there for a consultation and was out in 30 minutes. Unlike most Dr's, Dr Panella actually listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push anything extra on me and for that he has my respect. Our over all experience has been wonderful with the braces place. Our last visit was out of the normal, but situations arise and I understand that. Our appt was at 9:30 am and we didn't leave the office until 11:45. I understand this was not the offices fault, but it was still a little aggravating. Thus far all experiences have been great! We were at the Red Bank office on Friday and it was an easy painless appt. We were in and out within 15 minutes and did not even have to wait. Always amazing!!! In and out quickly and everyone is super nice. I had my braces taken off about 2 years ago but had an issue with my permanent retainer. They quickly got me in and fixed the problem and rechecked my retainers for me. I will be using The Braces Place for my kids in the future! read more
