My three-year old has no fears of the dentist, while I have more than a few. They have toys in the waiting area, an arcade, a fish tank, and of course a goody bag when you're done. More importantly their staff is very child friendly and they speak appropriately TO the child. My daughter feels as if this is her visit. Of course the dentist talks to me, but the hygentist sets the ground work by being friendly and kind to my child. It also feels like they read her file before we get to the back, so I'm not having to rehash her whole history or last visit. They have a bag of toys ready for you when you get there - and my daughter is VERY aware of this. She has no fears of the dentist (thank God) and unlike her mother. Now, I've tried to make an adult appointment twice and no one has followed through. They can keep the five starts though, because they are good to my daughter.

Second, while I understand most children love screens, it seems they would rather the children zone out on screens from the moment they arrive rather than actually engage with them. The waiting room is VERY loud and there are three devices with games on them that children sit and play at top volume, and for any child that is nervous, the waiting room is anything but calming. Plus, during our dental procedures, the assistant kept watching the movie that was playing, in addition to remarking "I'm soooo tired". Additionally, they were touted as having a dog that visits the children, and we had only one siting of this mysterious dog.

We've moved *a lot* in the last 3 years and every time I'd make an appointment, it would be 6+ months out, and we'd move again before the appointment took place. I was nervous they were going to shame me, but quite the opposite! They said not to worry and put my mind at ease. Morgan and Christina were our hygienists and they were SO sweet. They talked so well with my kids, educating them, letting them touch the instruments so they wouldn't be afraid. The dentist was just as kind. My kids left with a bag of goodies each (a cartoon toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, stickers, a ball, jingle bells, etc). My kids have been carrying around their treasures all day. I highly recommend this pediatric dentist and his sweet hygienists!

It's scary for a child to go to the dentist for the first time. Both my kids were timid at first, but they left happy & excited for their next visit. If it's your first time coming, make sure you arrive half an hour early to fill out all the paper work. As far as COVID-19, they have everyone wait in their car at an assigned parking stall, text a number to let them know you're there, and they come out check temps & bring you in when they are ready. They had all of us sanitize our hands upon entering the facility. Overall, we all had a great experience!

From scheduling his appointment to our visit, we received excellent service. The staff and dentist made him feel comfortable. There are iPads and games to keep kiddos occupied and at ease. I also received a quote on what our insurance doesn't cover, the same day. Our little guy has an appointment coming up and he has some complex health care needs.
