    Quantico Collision staff and service are wonderful! They have taken great care of at least 10 repairs for our family after unfortunate accidents and every time the car looks brand new when it's returned to us. The most recent was a relatively minor accident which ended up with more damage inside that we didn't see. They not only took care awesome of the exterior damage but the electrical and other damage that occurred. We highly recommend them to anyone who has an accident and needs quality and professional repairs. They also work with USAA and Enterprise for a seamless process. Although USAA paid the bill, it looked like the service was well priced when I reviewed the bill. Thank you for taking excellent care of our family!

    They messed up my tire pressure. I filled it with air and it's still not gone.

    MY TIRE PRESSURE IS STILL LOW TILL NOW AND NOW I HAVE TO FUC IT OUT OF POCKET. One bearded guy gave me my car leaving the tire pressure low . I told him to fix it before I leave and he put air in it. I asked to verify and he said the sign would leave an after a while. He knew that sign wasn't going nowhere. They are very deceitful with the dates as well and they are bad at communicating with insurance.

    Soo when i picked up my car there were car care products that are mine with a cargo net placed in passenger seat from my trunk. Not to mention my drivers seat has been ripped 2wice. The items that were placed in my front seat did not bother me but the two rips on my seat on a brand new car certainly ticked me off. Another thing i will also say I better get a whole new seat for this!

    Text updates from Quantico Collision Center

    Summary of this long post: Quantico Collision Center kept my car for 29 days after telling me it would take 4 days to repair a few scratches. I called twice and both times the receptionist told me a manager would call me back, no one ever did. I dropped my car off to have three or four scratches repaired on the morning of Tuesday, the 16th. After it was looked at, I was told it would take 4 days to get my car back and I'd likely be able to pick it up on Friday since I was dropping it off so early. Instead, that Friday, the 19th, I received a text message letting me know my car was finishing the estimate phase and going into the paint phase. On the 22nd, I received a text that my car was entering the reassembly phase. On the 31st, I received a text that the required parts had been received, it had been reassembled, and it was going into the final clean-up process. On the 7th, I received a text that my vehicle would be given a final inspection after being washed and I could pick it up the next day or the day after "at the latest". On the 12th, I received a text that my car was ready to be picked up. I picked my car up on the 13th and received texts and voicemails on the 13th, 14th, 19th, and 21st that my car was ready for pick up. On the 21st, I informed the person calling that I was in fact in my car and had picked it up on the 13th. I then received a text asking me to confirm I'd picked my car up on the 21st, which I hadn't, so I didn't confirm. I will never return to this shop again and am beyond grateful that an insurance company was paying for my rental car based on the outrageous time it took. An estimate of 4 days became 21 business days. When I picked my car up, I asked the employee why it took so long. He tried to blame it on Honda, claiming that a part took a long time to come in. Since I had been receiving text messages on the progress, I knew that was a lie. It took from the 31st to the 7th for my car's alleged "final inspection". It then took from the 7th to the 12th just for them to allegedly wash my car so I could pick it up. Quantico Collision Center scammed the insurance company for daily "storage fees" for 21 business days, 29 days total, for what I was told by the employee who looked it over with me that it would take 4 days. In the future, I'll use a body shop with more integrity and accountability instead of the one recommended by the insurance company. Text messages attached for verification.

    I was recently rear-ended (very minor-just the bumper) by a Liberty Mutual policy holder. Liberty Mutual asked if I would like to use Quantico Collision Center and since I had heard good things I decided to go ahead with their body shop. QCS quickly set up an appt. to have my estimate, and once everything was sent through to Liberty Mutual, it was approved at no cost to me. I set up my drop off date and upon drop off they immediately called Enterprise for my rental car. A day and a half later I received a call to come pick up my car. My XTerra looked as good as new and they even cleaned the outside and vacuumed the inside. They even waited past closing time for me. The courtesy and professionalism I received far surpasses any body shop I have ever been to. I couldn't have had a better experience and I would gladly recommend QCS.

    do not trust this company with your vehicle!…read more i brought my vehicle here after an accident, hoping that it would be repaired to its pre accident condition. however, they only repaired the bumper and didn't address any of the other damage caused from the accident. they didn't test drive the vehicle prior to assess all of the damage nor tested it after to ensure that anything was fixed. due to their neglect to thoroughly inspect the vehicle the first time, my insurance only payed for the bumper and i've had to pay for the remaining damages out of pocket. 6 weeks passed from the time i dropped off my vehicle and picked it up. throughout this time, there was no communication between myself and the shop. i had no idea when my vehicle would be done and called the shop for answers. i was told that someone would call me back but no one did. underneath the vehicle, i found wires left unplugged and parts not screwed on and held up with zipties. when confronted about his work, the mechanic, jorge, was clearly embarrassed but became dismissive and remained unhelpful.
