do not trust this company with your vehicle! i brought my vehicle here after an accident, hoping that it would be repaired to its pre accident condition. however, they only repaired the bumper and didn't address any of the other damage caused from the accident. they didn't test drive the vehicle prior to assess all of the damage nor tested it after to ensure that anything was fixed. due to their neglect to thoroughly inspect the vehicle the first time, my insurance only payed for the bumper and i've had to pay for the remaining damages out of pocket. 6 weeks passed from the time i dropped off my vehicle and picked it up. throughout this time, there was no communication between myself and the shop. i had no idea when my vehicle would be done and called the shop for answers. i was told that someone would call me back but no one did. underneath the vehicle, i found wires left unplugged and parts not screwed on and held up with zipties. when confronted about his work, the mechanic, was clearly embarrassed but became dismissive and remained unhelpful. read more

They have taken great care of at least 10 repairs for our family after unfortunate accidents and every time the car looks brand new when it's returned to us. The most recent was a relatively minor accident which ended up with more damage inside that we didn't see. They not only took care awesome of the exterior damage but the electrical and other damage that occurred. We highly recommend them to anyone who has an accident and needs quality and professional repairs. They also work with USAA and Enterprise for a seamless process. MY TIRE PRESSURE IS STILL LOW TILL NOW AND NOW I HAVE TO FUC IT OUT OF POCKET. One bearded guy gave me my car leaving the tire pressure low . I told him to fix it before I leave and he put air in it. I asked to verify and he said the sign would leave an after a while. He knew that sign wasn't going nowhere. They are very deceitful with the dates as well and they are bad at communicating with insurance. read more

Worst experience I have ever had with an auto collision repair company. 1. Repair time was estimated at 4 days. They had my car for 25 days. 2. On day 5 I called and inquired on the status, was told the body work was complete and it would be going to paint on Monday (this was Friday). 3. Went by the shop on Sunday, it was still in the parking lot, no work had been performed. So in summary, they told me the body work was finished but had not touched the car yet. 4. Day 11 I called on status and was told they had submitted a supplemental to the insurance company and had just received approval that morning, and it was now going to paint, its a three step process. I contacted the insurance company and the insurance company was unaware of any supplemental request. 5. I let them know the insurance company was unaware, after about an hour they ammended their previous and said they had not received approval from the insurance company because the insurance company gave them the wrong email address. 6. Insurance company immediately contacted them, approved the supplement and issued payment in their system. This would generate a check. Note: The damage to the vehicle was so slight, when standing back from the vehicle you couldnt tell it needed repair. 7. Day 18 vehicle repair complete. 8. Day 19 checks have not arrived yet, shop will not accept screen shot of processed payments so the insurance company issues the two payments electronically. 9. Day 22 shop figures out how to accept 1 of the 2 digital payments. 10. Day 25 shop figures out how to accept the second payment and releases the car. In summary They are not honest about the process so they are likely not honest about the cost and repair or anything else. I will never use this company again and warn every one I know not to use this company. read more

Soo when i picked up my car there were car care products that are mine with a cargo net placed in passenger seat from my trunk. Not to mention my drivers seat has been ripped 2wice. The items that were placed in my front seat did not bother me but the two rips on my seat on a brand new car certainly ticked me off. Absolutely the worst body shop in the Dumfries area. I only chose this body shop due to it being so close to my house and because one of my buddies used to work there. 3rd car now going through this shop and theres always been an issue,absolutely wouldn't recommend to anybody. First off, I didn't bring my car in for the repairs until all the parts were delivered to the shop because they're just going to hold your car for god knows how long and even with it being there they started working on my car a whole 6 days after I dropped it off. They never give you updates unless you keep nagging them for it by calling their line. I went in for repairs on my door and they ended up replacing the door but now my window makes noises when opening and closing and they ripped the headliner off of my rear side of the car. Never recommend this place, I filed a report the Statefarm (my insurance) to hopefully get them off the list of shops recommended by this insurance company. Please do yourself and anyone else that needs any work done a favor and go anywhere else. Front lady is always grumpy about something and always giving attitude, workers never do their job. I have insight on the workers so I know for a fact that they drink and smoke while they work. I truly don't understand how this shop is still open. It took over a month to get my car back and I had to constantly call to get them to work on it. Absolutely disgusting. read more

I had received several recommendations to try this shop, so when my vehicle was side swiped, and this shop was covered by insurance, I decided why not. Here is why not. I travel for work so was not readily available to follow up with the shop for the 3.5 weeks it was in the shop. There was 1 problem after another that delayed my vehicles release. Finally got home and was able to go to the shop in person. Why did I go to this shop? Was given the car to review and immediately was less than pleased. Someone had gone through my center console and dumped all its contents on the passenger seat. The chrome exterior window trim was scratched along the entire rear window from a power sander. The cable covering on the trunk wiring was cut. The overhead console was broken and headliner was burned. Door trim in the rear passenger area was broken, as was window trim around the front windshield. The dash was cut. My first thought was 'what the flying f$&% happened to my car?!?' I presented all my issues at the time to the manager and contacted the regional manager because of the absolute craptastic service I got. Longer story short, they did replace the dash, with a used dash, the exterior trim, and overhead console. Repaired the headliner by scratching and stretching the fabric to fit. Never did get the interior trim pieces replaced. And now, almost a year later, I've notice the paint bubbling in the repaired area. No no no, I will not use this shop again. If any of my vehicles ever need service, I would be better off doing it myself or having a guy in a Pinto with can of bondo and rattlecan paint do it. read more

We recommend the Quantico Collision Center. Repairs to the rear end look great. They replaced the bumper and repaired the area of the fender that was scraped by a driver who turned too sharply and also knocked the bumper off. The paint matches so well we can't tell it was damaged. read more

Summary of this long post: Quantico Collision Center kept my car for 29 days after telling me it would take 4 days to repair a few scratches. I called twice and both times the receptionist told me a manager would call me back, no one ever did. I dropped my car off to have three or four scratches repaired on the morning of Tuesday, the 16th. After it was looked at, I was told it would take 4 days to get my car back and I'd likely be able to pick it up on Friday since I was dropping it off so early. Instead, that Friday, the 19th, I received a text message letting me know my car was finishing the estimate phase and going into the paint phase. On the 22nd, I received a text that my car was entering the reassembly phase. On the 31st, I received a text that the required parts had been received, it had been reassembled, and it was going into the final clean-up process. On the 7th, I received a text that my vehicle would be given a final inspection after being washed and I could pick it up the next day or the day after "at the latest". On the 12th, I received a text that my car was ready to be picked up. I picked my car up on the 13th and received texts and voicemails on the 13th, 14th, 19th, and 21st that my car was ready for pick up. On the 21st, I informed the person calling that I was in fact in my car and had picked it up on the 13th. I then received a text asking me to confirm I'd picked my car up on the 21st, which I hadn't, so I didn't confirm. I will never return to this shop again and am beyond grateful that an insurance company was paying for my rental car based on the outrageous time it took. An estimate of 4 days became 21 business days. When I picked my car up, I asked the employee why it took so long. He tried to blame it on Honda, claiming that a part took a long time to come in. Since I had been receiving text messages on the progress, I knew that was a lie. It took from the 31st to the 7th for my car's alleged "final inspection". It then took from the 7th to the 12th just for them to allegedly wash my car so I could pick it up. Quantico Collision Center scammed the insurance company for daily "storage fees" for 21 business days, 29 days total, for what I was told by the employee who looked it over with me that it would take 4 days. In the future, I'll use a body shop with more integrity and accountability instead of the one recommended by the insurance company. Text messages attached for verification. read more

I was recently rear-ended (very minor-just the bumper) by a Liberty Mutual policy holder. Liberty Mutual asked if I would like to use Quantico Collision Center and since I had heard good things I decided to go ahead with their body shop. QCS quickly set up an appt. to have my estimate, and once everything was sent through to Liberty Mutual, it was approved at no cost to me. I set up my drop off date and upon drop off they immediately called Enterprise for my rental car. A day and a half later I received a call to come pick up my car. My XTerra looked as good as new and they even cleaned the outside and vacuumed the inside. They even waited past closing time for me. The courtesy and professionalism I received far surpasses any body shop I have ever been to. I couldn't have had a better experience and I would gladly recommend QCS. read more

Time is very important to me and I have never experienced such a thorough operation in auto body repair. I literally received daily calls to let me know how my repair was progressing. First: 8 + weeks, 5 trips back and my car is still not fixed. Totally over priced. Replaced things on my car that were not damaged in the accident. Replaced with cheaper parts that FLEW OFF on the highway! Then, they lied to me about them being the original. Funny, when I returned it to get the real parts put in, somehow, the higher quality repleacement that was like the original appeared. The body parts are still not straight, my running lamp doesnt work, anmd I refuse to go back and get them replaced because I am so angry! What a waste of time! All the while? Quantico Collision honored the warranty, even though I am not sure they had to legally. I did have all the paper work from the previous repair. There were ZERO issues, they did not hassle me at all. They were incredibly professional and went above and beyond my expectations. They returned my car in far better shape than when they received it from me. Not only did they complete the repairs, but they cleaned the car inside and out. Picked this place because USAA listed it. Had to come back for certain issues (glove box wasn't put back together, a loud rattle at highway speeds because a couple of plastic push-fasteners weren't installed, new headlight that was installed was defective after 8 months). But they have a warranty on their work, just email them and tell them what needs correcting. Kept me updated on repair statuses. All my subsequent repair costs were paid by USAA under my Comprehensive Coverage, in case that matters. read more

Very dissatisfied with their work ethics. Beware of car insurance trying to get a cheap workshop. It's gonna come back to you and bite you. I won't give much details about the accident I had, but fortunately I stood my ground and it costed them more to get the job right. They had to take my car to a different shop. This company did repairs on my car and they were horrible! First what was going to take 1 week ended up taking 4 weeks! 27 days total! I can under stand a few extra days because it was in the middle of our huge snow storm and sure they found some additional damage but they kept extending the time we could pick it up a week at a time then a day at a time for a total of 27 days without my car!! We never complained the whole time and just waited patiently. Then we get it back and one of the parts starts to bubble. They are very nice and say they will order the part and it will only take 20 minutes to fix it and I can wait. Great right! No. I drop it off and an hour later they call and say it will be ready at 4. We call at 4:30 and it's not ready. Now we have to pick it up today. It would be one thing if they fixed it right the first time and dragged it out to get it right but totally another to get it wrong then pull the same stuff fixing their own mistake. I have to say that I chose this place because of the 5 star reviews! It's close to my job and convenient. However, at this point, I cannot even give a one star! Personally, I think Ryan was going to try to work with me and things seemed really good the first time they messed up, but it's gotten way too out of hand. I have never been so frustrated in life! It all started when i was hit with a freaking deer randomly. I called Nationwide and they told me about this place and raved about it, so I went here. From there, everything went downhill. I HATE giving and receiving negative comments, in business, I know that only unhappy people complain, but this is the one time I have to give a negative review. When I first put the car in, there was a lot of work that had to be done, they call me about my car being ready and after that, the downward spiral started. I ended up noticing that there were still bubbles on the side of my car and there was also a thumb print in the bubble, which goes to show it was noticed. I wish I can explain this part better, but it was in between my driver window and the back drive side window, so the laminate looking black part between the two. Also, when I was hit by the deer, I had 2 deer whistles that apparently send them away, (but in stead they made my car a target) and they were removed, but their residue was left on my car when I got it back. Also, I have tinted windows on my car, they tinted my windows and the tint wasn't bad, but one of my windows that was left, was a different color, so they didn't match the front tint that I did have. (No big deal) But the main problem was that I have Sirius XM radio and it no longer was working when I picked the car up! It was working fine even after the deer hit me! They literally pinned it on the deer hitting my car! This was going to take 2 weeks, and 2 weeks turned into a month. Enterprise asked if I wanted to get coverage on the car and I did because being in a vulnerable state I was in because I was hit by a deer, I of course wanted it and the gamble was worth it for 2 weeks! But by the time I got my car back, I already paid ANOTHER DEDUCTIBLE!!! I complained to Ryan and Ryan assured me that he'd take care of me. Told me he will give me a check for the delayed days of the coverage (which I have yet to see even though he said he was copying it a few weeks ago). i was happy with that and them fixing all the issues. So a girl who was working in the office wrote me an email to set a time to fix it all, the tint, the radio and the side piece. I was told this will take half a day. Boy was I wrong! This took a little over a week and I get a call saying that the radio was not because of them but because of the deer and my extended warranty ran out and they weren't sure if my radio was even covered! So it could have been at my expense. Kevin then called me back and said they were able to link it to the deer hitting. He also told me that they can't tint the wrong colored window (not even because of all the bad experience) but because Nationwide won't cover tinting of window on the opposite side (which makes sense) but I though they were going to do this because of all the previous issues that I had - well i was wrong! They also said they would set up a rental car, well I go to Enterprise for over an hour because I was told that the customer (which is me) has to pay for it when the shop said they would. They had to go back and back with nationwide just so they will pay and I won't I was so confused because Quantico Collision said they were setting up a car for me. A week and a half later when I do get the car back, they tell me I will have to schedule another time to get the radio fixed because it has to go back to the dealer. So that's fine I schedule the following Wednesday (after the 2016 Blizzard) I was already back to work on Tuesday. However, I never once received a call or an email update. I had to call them on Monday this week, half a week later, just to get an update. They told me that the radio will only take a few hours.. well guess what, NOPE! I won't even get it back in the same day. Have to get another rental car and go back the next day to get my car, turn in the rental and more importantly keep taking time away from work and time away from my breaks. This is awful. I only hope my experience will help you all make a better choice than I did. Don't always trust the positive reviews. Again, I have nothing personal with any of them, they all seem sweet. Ryan seemed genuine and Kevin seemed to be a hard working and the girls are very nice. However, I can 't just give a positive review because they are nice - this is my life and my frustration. read more
