Came in a week ago because my check light was on! They found it was spark plug! Bills came in and said 235.00! Got charged 185.00 for labor in less than 2 hrs! Wtf??? Should've been a mechanics! Charging like a doc & shit!!! read more

Got my emissions inspection done. They did it and did it quickly. However, they were incredibly rude and condescending. When I asked where to put my car, the man said 'by the sign' with a lot of sarcasm in his voice. That was one of several exchanges. read more

Do not take your car here!! Complete thieves and very rude!! I went there after leaving another auto care shop because of a $85 diagnosis fee. I met the owner Jeff, and he stated to me that there will be no charges until they figure out the problem and call me to let me know if to proceed or not. Never once mentioning a diagnosis fee. Only for me to get there and the receptionist says I owe $92 diagnosis fee. She started to raise her voice and meet and also tell me that I wont have my car back over $92 diagnosis fee they never mentioned to me upfront. Eventually after the back and forth, and after asking to speak to the owner Jeff. He walks out and rudely gives me my keys and tells me never to come back to their shop. Very unprofessional!!! Next time Jeff let your customers know up front. I will never come back and will tell everyone i know never to go there for anything. read more

I took my 1960 'vette to him with electrical problems. After a couple of days he said he fixed it and I paid him. After a couple of more days I realized they WERE'NT fixed and took it back to him. Altogether this happened three times, which included him ordering parts three times, and finally wound up ordering the steering column assembly that holds the turn signal switch, which was completely unexpected. He finally got it fixed... AND DID NOT CHARGE ME ANY MORE. Even after I asked him. He was extraordinarily friendly and cooperative, and he did a good job. Never thought I'd see the likes of that. I like to go to his shop just to hang out. read more

After driving on 95 south in stop and go traffic our driver side rear brake started seizing and smoking. After a few scary minutes parked along the side of the highway I gave these guys a call, speaking to Mike who told me to let it cool and bring it in as we were about a mile and a half away. When we got there they took the car right up on the lift to take a look. After a few minutes they assured us we would be fine and had done what they could to remedy it. These guys could NOT have been any nicer and helpful. As they said "there are nice people along the highway that won't take advantage of you". True southern hospitality for this northern girl. This place is probably one of the most honest auto repair shops I know in the area. They won't waste your time or money. They tell you the way it is, no hidden agenda. It's a family own business I believe. They are friendly, fast, and accurate. Prices are very reasonable. They don't lie and charge you for repairs that you don't need.
