I had been waiting for the right moment because i knew i wanted leslie to do my brows!!!! Everything since the moment i stepped into her location was amazing she is so sweet and let me tell you i was soo nervous and scared bt she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions no matter how "stupid" i thought they were and she made me feel at ease. She also made sure i was numb so i wouldn't feel a thing. We made an appointment and still waited nearly an hour. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely zero respect for our time. But the worst part was the cleanliness.
