I used to come to this location often but stopped going when they cut off more than they needed to when it came to clean ups. I thought I'd give them one more try a year later. The lady who did my eyebrows ended up cutting a large amount of the center of my brows. And also leaving a lot on the left brow. When I pointed out that she left a lot of hair she said I can cover it up with the longer parts of my brows. And she kept trying to comb my eyebrow hair over it to cover it up? And when I got home and brushed my brows to fill them in the extra hair is clearly visible. And my two eyebrows hardly match. They both look so different. The right she cut off way too much. Parts that have never been threaded were taken off so you can tell it's not right. And the left she didn't take off much at all. read more

This place isn't as good as they used to be. The lady wasn't friendly, left a cut by my right eyebrow, wasn't gentle and one of my eyebrows is slightly longer than the other. The time before that when threading it was so painful I had some tears streaming down. She didn't adjust her pressure to being more gentle when I expressed my pain and she saw my tears of pain. read more

I enjoy getting my brows threaded here however sometimes they come out great and something they are too thin. I always ask for thick as possible only clean but it depends on the day how they comes out. Kaya use to have 2 ladies that would be here everyday and a new lady came and now it's typically always her alone and she does not do a good job. She's also rude. The lady in the furthest chair away from the window at seat 4 was the worst. She was very rude and repeatedly told me that I shouldn't have grown out my hair. She kept making me pull on my skin tighter and tighter which has never happened to me when getting my eyebrows done. At the end, I ended up with two completely different eyebrows that were way thinner than what I usually have even if I explicitly told her I just wanted a clean up and to not make them too thin. I am extremely upset, I went this morning and there were two ladies when I got there, they were talking to each other, in there language however when the lady was threading my brows she kept talking and wasn't paying attention to her work, she ended up leaving one eyebrow thinner than the other and she did not do a good job, I got home and saw my eyebrows and noticed I had lots of hairs left on my eyebrows I asked for "clean" only however this was horrible experience. read more

Quality goes down each time I return. They say hello when you walk in now which is nice, but they are completely unprofessional having loud, obnoxious conversations in their language to each other in the clients ear and pausing throughout threading to talk. Absolutely annoying. The ladies in 1 & 2 were having full on loud conversations and laughing while threading eyebrows. The lady spent at least 15 minutes on me because she kept pausing to talk to the other lady that works there. The woman wearing a Bindi is an extreme dumb. Went over for just a clean up on well shaped eyebrows. It was just a matter of cleaning few hairs. Not only are my eyebrows extremely uneven but my skin is so irritated to the point of bleeding. I better not get an infection!! Kept telling her and she give me the dumb excuse she did what I had ask. Because I didn't wanted to explode and humiliate her, I paid and left. I recently starting coming here due to my mother's raving of their really great eyebrow work. The hype was true, they do a great job! All the ladies do great work; they all take their time and really listen to what you want. Other places always make my eyebrows too thin and too oval when really I prefer thick with natural arches. These ladies really know how to make my brows look natural yet preened. They are also very clean and have great prices! $4.99 for brows $3.99 for upperlip and I believe less than $20 for full face.
