I love this place. All of the ladies are so kind and welcoming. But especially the owners and the owner's daughter ( they are all so sweet and caring). I love supporting mom and pop shops. I'm happy this business is still thriving despite COVID! They have reasonable prices as well. I've gotten hair dye and glosses . Lovely service would recommend. read more

I was looking for a hair salon that open on Sunday, and I came in at 10 am without an appointment. Lulu greet me and cut my daughters hair. She was so attentive and nice during the service (I was lucky I got service without an appointment) It is hard for me to find a hair stylist for my daughter because she has a lot of hair, and I had had bad experiences, but Lulu did an amazing cut. She was very confident, fast, and super friendly during the cut. You can tell she has experience and know her job. She verifies several times the style we requested, and at the end she add some suggestions that we love. Definitely highly recommended! read more

Late post. Due to covid, I spent almost an entire year (most of 2020) without seeing my favorite hairdresser. And I had no idea, until after my visit how much it had affected my mental state of mind. I've been going to Reyna for the past 20+ years and I've always said going to her is not just transformative for my hair and me overall BUT for my soul. Reyna is amazing! I trust NO one else with my hair. She has not only taken the BEST care of hair for decades but I love how I just sit in her chair and allow her to work her magic. This new look is FIRE! Ladies, self-care is SO IMPORTANT! Take time for yourselves. Everyone at Salon Bellizima is so amazingly talented, friendly and always feels like I am right at home. read more

I started coming to Lulu back in June. I got tired of dealing with my long hair so I hit her up last night and asked if she could do something similar to the many different shaved undercut pixie pictures i was showing her. I wanted a buzz but not a complete buzz but also to have some hair .. she knew exactly what I wanted. I'm super pleased. She takes her time and asks your input as she is progressing. She's kind and also a good listener (much cheaper than therapy ). The salon does comply with cdc guidelines which makes me very happy. Come visit her. You won't regret it. read more

HORRIBLE! Reyna is thief! If i could i would give 0 stars. She over charged my 73 year old grandma and stole money from her. When asked what she charges, Reyna said she charges $160, at the end of the session she then changed the price to $200, then as my grandma pulls out her cash, Reyna changed the price AGAIN to $350. I had to argue with her to get an itemized receipt & when i got one, it was fake and handwritten!! And get this, the price on the receipt said $225. THATS FOUR DIFFERENT PRICES!!!!! REYNA then insisted that my grandma does this all the time, which is NOT TRUE. My grandma has gone to this salon for 20 years and since Deborah left, this was my grandmas first encounter with Reyna. So how does that make sense??? Anyway, I'd stay far away from this place, unless you want $190 STOLEN from you. read more

First time here and I will absolutely be back! Called for a same day appointment and LuLu was kind enough to take me in. Lulu was the best at doing a great job with my hair. She did an awesome job at cutting my hair and dying my hair. She was a great help with helping me decide color and advising me with my new color. Asked for lots of layers but keep the length. though the lady was nice, the hair cut I ended up with is NOT what I asked for, not even close. I was very dissatisfied with the results. Completely regret having my hair cut here. There's a small portion of hair that's randomly much longer than the rest of the layers. She fucked up my hair, it was almost at my waist and she messed it up so bad. Note, this is a review on the quality of hair cut, the lady was nice, just clearly not qualified for the haircut I asked for. I regret coming here and chopping off my hair. Posting this because if I had known, I wouldn't have came here and paid $65 for this! read more

I called to get info on straightening my hair, Reyna was able to answer all my questions and took me in the following day. My hair was thinning and damaged, so Reyna cut my hair, gave me some red balayage highlights and a Brazilian blowout. My hair was majorly transformed and looked amazing after!!! A week after all of that and my hair is still gorgeous, smooth and looks shiny and healthy. Reyna gave me tips on how to care for my hair, she was so sweet and caring the whole time I was in the salon and after also. I will definitely be going back with Reyna and I recommend going to her if you want healthy beautiful hair for a long time. Thank you! read more

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. They take advantage of the elderly and overcharged them. My grandma has been going to this salon for over 20 years and REINA worked on her hair. First of all she left her hair blotchy and then tries to charge her $350 for her work when she CLAIMS that she only charges $160. Hmmmm , sketchy huh? Well get this, we been asking for a itemize receipt and she hands us a fake receipt today and claims that my grandma has been doing this for years. WHAT?!? This was my grandma's first time doing her her with Reina because Debra left. So how can she claim she has done this many times? IF SHE WAS, why are you still taking her service. This place is full of liars and thief's. Watch out!!!! read more

My experience with this salon was very unpleasant. I felt my mother was overcharged. I called and asked Reyna to tell me her prices and explain to me how my mom's bill was $350.00 for color and highlights. she told me she didn't charge 350. I asked her how much she charged and she said she couldn't tell me. She also said that she would charge around $160 for what my mom had done. I told her I will go to the salon for an itemized receipt. I called before and she said she would be there but when I arrived she was not at the salon . I went in the next day and she gave me a hand written receipt for $225.00 . She had one of her employees secretly record our conversation on her cell phone( why???). She made false accusations on my character. And kept telling me to sue her‍. I told her it was not my intention to sue. This place is a joke. I just wanted an itemized receipt. read more

Is is the most unprofessional salon I have ever experienced, they clearly could care less about their customer and let alone their image. The workers here are by far the rudest I've ever experienced in my life. Stay away from Reyna... she lies about her prices and will tell you she's charging you less then $200 then suddenly you're paying almost $400 so some blotchy work I could've done myself. read more

I've been coming here since I was 15 years old, I've been to other salons here and there through high school and college but this place will always have me happy when I leave. Attending college in Monterey, CA and I've been to the most high rated, pricey salons and none of them listen to my wants and meet my standards like Salon Bellizima. Reyna is always so sweet and is really attentive when I tell her what I want. There are times when other stylists work on my hair and they do just as amazing. This salon demonstrates teamwork and professionalism that keeps this salon running effectively, leaving clients happy and satisfied! read more

I had my hair done by Lulu. She did an amazing job! I left the salon feelin' myself! I have very fine thin curly hair and I don't have a lot of hair. I was proud of how long I was able to get it but it was very brittle, so she gave me a hair cut that would keep as much length and long layers so that my hair looked alive and bouncy for my curly hair. She also blow dried it and styled to give it volume. I'm so happy with it! Once I washed it my hair looked shiny and soft due to the breakage been cut off. Lulu is awesome! read more
