I usually don't leave reviews, but tonight was unbelievable. We walked into Carrot Express at 6:20 PM, well before closing, and the guy cleaning immediately told us "take-out only" even though the place was clearly still open. He was already shutting everything down like he couldn't wait to go home. The water pitcher was completely empty because he had already cleaned and put everything away. The only decent part was the sweet girl taking orders who apologized and told us we could actually dine in. So we stayed. Then it got worse. After we got our food, I asked for a fork and knife. The same guy who was rushing us out brought them to me wrapped in a DIRTY napkin. Not even exaggerating -- an actually dirty napkin. It was so unprofessional and honestly disgusting. For a place that's supposed to care about quality and service, tonight was a total disappointment. I won't be coming back. Addition: I posted this while eating here. My daughter just asked for a bag to take her food. And the bag had some sort of food or something IN IT. Picture attached.

Tried Carrot Express for the first time after hearing it's similar to Pura Vida, and it was a solid experience! I only grabbed a Nutella croissant and the Blue Magic smoothie this time around. The croissant was delicious--flaky, fresh, and hit the sweet spot perfectly. The smoothie was good too, super refreshing and pretty filling, but the cinnamon was a bit overpowering for my taste. Still enjoyable, just a little more spice-forward than I expected. Overall, it's a good vibe with plenty of options, and I'd definitely go back to try more of the menu! Looking forward to seeing how it stacks up with a full meal next time.

The food at carrot express tastes fresh and arrives fresh even when I order it through UberEats! I rarely go in-person to eat there because the closest location is in downtown dadeland, and the parking is not very convenient and it is not free (parking garage in the basement). The Salmon Buddha Bowl with Quinoa is my favorite dish, and I always remove one of the ingredients that it normally comes with, corn. The cilantro lime sauce is my favorite and is very fresh, slightly sweet and tangy! The Julie's Juice is very fresh and made with actual fruits. The only thing I always consider before ordering carrot express is if I want to spend so much $$ on food; prices have gone up significantly since I first started eating carrot express. Just an example, each sauce is $1.00 and the cup sizes are very small. Final rating is 4 stars due to the high prices.

I really enjoyed dining at this fast casual restaurant walking distance from Dadeland Mall. I ordered the La Bomba wrap, it was delicious and quite generous at a great price. The service was good and the restaurant was clean and has a nice inviting atmosphere.

Love coming here after a great workout, I alway get the açaí bowl. Super delicious. The wraps cold pressed juices definitely will have a yummy meal.

I had never even heard of Carrot Express until it opened in my neighborhood. I am so happy that I was able to try it out the other day. I ordered the Vegan Bowl with Beyond Meat that tasted EXACTLY like Cuban Piccadillo (ground meat). Served atop brown rice, with black beans, sweet plantains, avocado and this DELICIOUS cilantro garlic dressing. I cannot even tell you how incredibly filling this was without making me feel weighed down or groggy. The inside is super neat and clean and the staff is amazing. They were so welcoming and took the time to explain the menu to me since it was my first experience dining with them. I will be returning very soon and highly recommend Carrot Express to everyone who enjoys fresh, healthy food options.

My boss spotted this new location and we decided to order. What a treat! We will definitely be back! We order online and the food was perfectly warm and on time when we got there. She ordered the poke wrap with 1/2 tuna 1/2 salmon and kale instead of grains, and a friend ordered the legal wrap. You could hear the yummy and praises every other bite. The legal wrap was delicious and the poke wrap was really flavorful and filling. They both agreed and suggest the soy ginger dressing as the wraps were a bit dry otherwise. I ordered the chicken salad stuffed sweet potato and it was good. I don't say great, because it was a little bland. I ended using salt and pepper and still looking for something. For all items the portions are great. Very filling! I just popped in to pick up and leave, but this little gem has outside seating right by the stairs for the parking garage (yellow exit) and cute dinning walls that are insta classic. Service was fast and friendly. We went at 12:30pm and it was medium packed with orders lining up to pick up. Definitely worth going back!

Went here for breakfast with my family and it wasn't bad. Im a huge fan of açaí bowls so naturally I ordered the almond butter açaí bowl. It was definitely different than your traditional bowls. The base was a lot thicker, almost frozen, and had a different taste to it. It wasn't bad but not great. The toppings were awesome and there was a perfect amount. Probably wouldn't order this again but everyone else enjoyed their meal and there's plenty on the menu that sounds good. The prices are a little on the higher side but overall Carrot Express wasn't bad.

If you want healthy fresh food I recommend this place! I had the chicken bbq platter which comes with brown rice, chicken with bbq sauce and some fresh avocado pinto de gallo. It also has a delicious cilantro land lime sauce that is a must try. The place is convenient free parking in the garage for visitors you just have to ask the waiter for it .

Perfect spot for lunch with friends, after the gym, with coworkers etc!! The LIV & Mahi-Mahi wrap are amazing!!! Try the sweet potato fries with the cilantro sauce.. you'll thank me after. Located in downtown Dadeland but there are multiple locations throughout Miami.

So good but it's so expensive that it feels morally wrong. $20 for a wrap is just wayyy too much. Please lower your prices please

First visit to CRAFT South Miami this past Sunday morning for brunch and it did not disappoint. The…read morerestaurant is centrally located on Sunset Drive in a very pretty area, and the space is clean, bright, and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that CRAFT is an Argentinean-owned concept, originally founded in Argentina and now thriving here in South Florida. It was a beautiful, sunny Sunday, so we opted to sit outside, which made for a perfect brunch setting. Even though we arrived during the peak of the Sunday brunch rush, the staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful, and we were seated almost immediately with minimal wait. We started with lattes, which were excellent. For food, I had the French toast with scrambled eggs and bacon, and ErikaB ordered the fried chicken and waffles and everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Overall, a fun and very enjoyable brunch experience with great food, great service, and a great location. Highly recommend and definitely looking forward to coming back!

The few times we came here, we sat on the fan cooled shaded patio, which is nice but adjacent to unsightly and sometimes loud construction! Not their fault, however we were forced outside despite plenty of open tables inside. Why? Despite this, it's an upscale feel in BeAuTiFul South Miami. Staff is always cordial and the atmosphere is relaxing and easy like Sunday morning. (Today is Friday early afternoon) street metered parking. The menu has something for everyone with some unique, some healthy & some splurges. There are happy hours and specials, too. Today I had falafel salad, at an eye rolling $20! It was an enjoyable salad, regular portion but falafel was overfired and too dry. I still enjoyed it, and hubby finished the last bites. He ordered a delicious matcha and margherita pizza with added short rib. Nice big portion, was overall enjoyable but he found their thick pizza dough overpowering. Last trip I ordered the LOCO, a fantastic splurge of chicken & waffles plus a few unique touches at a bigger price point. Not a huge portion, but still I Highly recommend! I would have ordered a regular iced tea, but there are NO complimentary refills! I H8 chintzy things at an upscale establishment! Craft People: just charge a buck or two more for those wanting refills. So... *Expert tip-just ask for lemon or lime for your water carafe OR spend on a specialty drink and skip the regular tea! Our bill for two lunches and one matcha was a whopping $70. It's a splurge, but that's what you will pay in this area for a luxury table waited brunch experience. Still, Craft needs to up the game a bit when we are practically sat in a construction zone. Again, why SO MANY empty inside tables on an 89 degree day, but you make us eat in the heat near a construction zone?! Hopefully it will be rectified soon! Still I enjoyed it enough to patronize Craft again, just NOT this location until the next door construction is finished. Thanks for following me and Happy Spring 2026! ~Tami in Miami

So, let's get into it: I don't know about you, but the one thing I do not enjoy doing is driving and circling around, being lost, just to find an establishment. So, I love that this restaurant is so easy to find with good signage, lots of nearby parking, both street and lots. Anywho, once I parked, the manager Judd was so friendly and kind and directed me to the table where my friend was seated. He overheard that I was kind of speaking loud over the music when I barely had a voice due to losing it from another event, so he kindly turned down the music for us. Once there, service was quick and attentive. I got a Fresh Paloma for my drink and the Seared Salmon for dinner. The drink was a good size and tasted good, no complaints there. As for the dinner, WOW. This was delicious, I would get this again. The flavors were there and the portions were just perfect (not too much and not too little, I usually never get enough or leave with leftovers). Also, not overpriced for Miami in my opinion. Aside from that, I did try some of my friend's off-menu pasta and it was really yummy. Furthermore, they have great weekly specials: (Note, subject to change. Please check Instagram or call for Current Week): Tuesday: Burgers and Bottles, $10 Burgers and Half off Select Bottles of Wine Wednesday: Double Loyalty Points and Fire, Flour & Fizz ($12 Pizzas, $12 Aperol Spritz, $7 Prosecco, 5pm-close) Thursday Ladies Night: Complimentary Bubbly for Ladies 4pm-7pm Sunday: 10am-4pm Bloody Mary Bar Go check it out, I don't think you'll regret it.
