If you're into eating super healthy and clean you will love this place. Everything on the menu, the ingredients and the size of the portions seems to be rooted in health and nutrition. I ordered the chicken goddess sandwich and a side of sweet potato fries. The actual chicken was fairly small, but the ingredients were Top quality. I loved the combination of the grainy bun and the slaw in the chicken. I had the refresher juice. They make it right there and the carrot cake. I'm not generally huge on carrot cake and wouldn't normally order it, but it was the only dessert they had. It was much better than expected. The Carrot Express has an impressive menu full of healthy goodies. My wife and I ordered wraps ("fire" and "mahi mahi"). The fish and veggies tasted fresh and were perfectly accompanied with a delicious cilantro lime sauce. The veggies were crisp, and everything melded together perfectly. The wraps were made with wholesome ingredients that left us feeling satisfied without feeling heavy or greasy. Instead, we felt revivified and energetic. However, the price is a little steep at almost $20 per wrap. To me, they seemed like they should have been between $10-$12 for what you get. There are no sides, and they certainly weren't big portions. With that said, the service (Alejandra was very friendly and helpful) was great and the restaurant was clean and feng shui (with seating options outside). The atmosphere is okay, but it was a little too noisy between the juicing machines running and the loud music blaring through the speakers. I prefer not to have to raise my voice during conversation while eating lunch. This place is AMAZING!!! I'm visiting from California and was looking for something healthy. Not only is the food healthy but it's delicious and the service is outstanding. The girl who took our order was so sweet and helpful. On top of everything, food is 40% off on Mondays (not sure if it's a forever thing). My parents split a chicken wrap, my daughter got a pesto rice bowl and I had the green goddess salad - we also got smoothies & juices. Love this place! We got two items, the pesto chicken bowl, which was 90% rice and very little chicken and kale. The food is great and the people are nice but they barely speak English which is fine overall but not when I have to repeat myself 5 times for them to still not understand me. When I asked if something was gluten free they had no idea what was and what wasn't. My açaí bowl also took 30 mins and when I asked about it they had forgotten my order completely when my friend already got her wrap and was almost done with her food.
