The bowls were good and everything was very fresh. For all the free add-on items they offer, they're in such small amounts that I didn't notice most of them. My favorite ingredient was the sweet potato noodles. Sauces were really good also I took advantage of a Uber Bogo deal and I feel like that was the perfect price to get these two small bowls read more

Food was very dry and not as good as Bolay or Carrot Express, similar restaurants. There were two employees there, neither one seemed interested in being there. An Afro-American man waited on us. We could barely hear him and he seemed to be as happy being there as a DMV employee. While we were eating our meal, he came over and told us they closed at 10:00, even though it was 25 minutes from closing. Believe me, we wanted to get out of there. The atmosphere of fake plants, employees with no enthusiasm and no music or ambience had us where we couldn't wait to get out. read more

I ordered a small bowl with brisket and a green iced tea on uber eats for delivery - $43 after fees. It was delivered but they FORGOT the avocado Caesar sauce on the side. Without it, the meal is extremely dry. I called them to mention this. I am in the hospital for a critical condition and haven't been able to eat in days. Was very much looking forward to this meal and feel it was ruined. I was told I could be comped with something small like a dessert if I go there in person (which is impossible since I'm in the hospital indefinitely). They did not offer to bring me the sauce or comp my delivery for the same meal tomorrow. read more

Pick Up/To Go Order: January 12, 2026 This review is solely based on a to go/online order, so I can't speak much to ambiance. There were a lot of healthy options on the menu, and and while pricey, I would 100% order again. The steak was nicely cooked. It was on the smaller end but got a smoothie to balance it out. The food came out fresh, and I didn't have to wait too long until the food was ready. I can't speak to service. The place is a fast casual concept, and the cashier seemed nice enough in our limited interaction. read more

Great selection, friendly staff, perfect portions... just what I needed for a midday snack. I highly recommend!

I had a really disappointing experience at Vale. When I walked in, I stood there for quite a while before anyone acknowledged me, and when they finally did, it felt like I was inconveniencing them rather than being welcomed as a customer. I ordered a smoothie and was honestly shocked when I received it--it tasted like straight coconut milk with little to no substance. Paying $15 for what was essentially a cup of milk was extremely disappointing. Between the lack of basic customer service and the poor quality of the product, this was not the experience I expected. I hope management takes a closer look at both service and consistency moving forward. read more

My wife and I loved what we got, it was absolutely delicious and we were surprised it was not busier for how tasty and healthy. The food was. My wrap had a 72 g of protein and it was one of the most delicious things I've had in a long time. read more

We walked into Vale and there were quite a lot of people coming and going with to-go orders, which we thought was a great sign. However, once inside the greenhouse decor, we were unsure of which way to go to order. The staff was busy making to-go orders and not necessarily helping customers waiting to order. There are no paper menus just menu items on the TV screens but they don't rotate so if you want to look at the bowls or salads you need to walk around to the other counter to see what is available, which if you are handicapped, is quite annoying. Once we did finally get to order they were out of avocado toast, which was one of the reasons we were there. We ordered a Sweet Earth chicken bowl and a chicken Caesar wrap, which honestly were both dreadful. We didn't finish either and threw most of it out. Our experience at Vale was not good and maybe to-go orders is the smart choice after all. read more

Came to Vale for dinner and had a genuinely terrible experience. We ordered two wraps at 6:44 PM, dining in person. They brought out one wrap after 6-8 minutes, but the second one never came. We checked in three separate times asking if the second wrap was being made, and were reassured each time that it was. For context, the restaurant was completely empty. There was only one other person there. After 20 minutes of waiting, we asked a fourth time, and they admitted they hadn't even started making it yet but said they would. When they finally brought out a wrap, it was the wrong one (same as what we got the first time). At that point we complained directly and they agreed to refund us, but only for the wrap we never got, and said they would remake it. We waited another 10 minutes, checked in for the fifth time, and they still hadn't started. They handed us the manager's card and said there was nothing they could do, that they weren't the cook. We walked out at 7:20 PM and went to get food somewhere else. This is primarily about the service disaster, but the food we did get was pretty bland. Quality was fine but definitely overpriced for what you get. No apology, no accountability, no attempt to actually just remake the order after multiple mistakes. Easily one of the worst fast casual experiences we've ever had in the area. There are so many other bowl and wrap spots nearby with better food, service, and value. Would not recommend. read more

VALE never misses. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and actually makes you feel good after eating it. Everything tastes super clean but still packed with flavor--not boring "healthy food" at all. The ingredients are high quality, the portions are great, and you can tell everything is made with care. Perfect spot when you want something quick, healthy, and genuinely delicious. Definitely one of my go-to place. read more

If youre at the Boca Town Center mall and are craving an acai bowl or smoothie, this is your place. The Vale on the Florida State University location was packed all day everyday. My daughter got me hooked on this place. The salads were light and tasty. The store has a very open free spirit vibe with an easy to order wall menu. Outside patio seating along the walkway to chill. Strong 4 stars here. read more

This place is good. It's a nice healthy alternative however it is very expensive for the amount of food that you get. The quality of the food is great service is wonderful and the restaurant is very clean. Whenever I go, I'll always get a small bowl which is filling however it's about $15. The peanut Thai noodles are delicious as well as their Mediterranean chicken. The avocado Caesar dressing is also a great staple. You can't go wrong with really any of the toppings. read more

Great food and service! Everything is freshly made. Would definitely come here again.

This was my first time at vale and overall the experience was nice. Guy at the counter greeted me and was very polite. The bow was a medium size and definitely more than enough for one meal. I could not finish it. It honestly looked better than it tasted but I would go back. $18 hurts my pocket but I think I would just go with the smaller bowl next time. Place was clean and organized. read more

Visited Vale stop in Jacksonville cause I used to stop and I go to Sam's halfway and then you could actually make it make it home from Jacksonville to my house. It is less than a half a tank food in town center in Boca Raton. The service was great. our server joshua was very consistent very polite with his suggestions of different foods and explain the menu to us. read more

I disliked everything about this place from the second. I walked in. The staff was rude and looked like they were being bothered by my family, and I coming in to get some wraps after soccer practice at just before 8. You would think they were about to close up and that they were doing us a favor. I'll save you the favor. Not only was your service poor and attitude pompous, your food was bland and lacked all flavor and was beyond over priced. read more

Had dinner here. A sleepy counter person took our order. My wife got a fruit bowl and I got a grilled chicken Ceaser wrap to eat in the restaurant. Our food came in a to go bag. They took the bag and brought out over meal. My wrap was a fried chicken buffalo wrap. Not what I ordered! Once I got the wrap for $14 it was ok but did not trust the pink chicken. This is one of those places where you choose items for your bowl. Well the food in the containers looked unappetizing and unappealing as you know it has been sitting there for hours. Obviously some people like these restaurants but I am not one of them. The ambience is ok. read more

I've been a fan of Vale Food Co for a while, especially the Delray Beach location where I'd had the Baja Steak Burrito Wrap before. I actually hadn't eaten meat again in a long time, but because that Delray experience was solid, I decided to give it another shot -- this time at the Boca location. I ordered the same steak burrito -- 2 as it was late in day -- and honestly... something felt off. Texture was rubbery, taste didn't sit right -- didn't look or feel like the same quality I've had before. At first I thought maybe it was just an overcooked batch or bad cut, but now I'm seeing serious reports about underground meat distribution in Florida and other states. Let me be clear: I'm not accusing Vale of anything. I believe y'all committed to clean food, local farms, and transparency -- that's why I've supported you in the first place. But I also believe in speaking up when something feels wrong. That's exactly why I'm posting this. Just asking: please double-check your supply chains. Especially at the Boca location, considering what's happening across the state right now. Folks like me -- who care about animal welfare -- need to know we're not being fed something that goes against everything we stand for. Thanks for listening. read more

Definitely recommend this place. I got the 1/2 wrap combo which comes with a cookie of your choice and lemonade. The mango ginger lemonade was really good. My girlfriend got the build your own bowl and really likes it as well. The staff is extremely friendly and they even let you sample anything before adding it to your bowl to make sure you'll like it. They have lots of lemonade options, smoothie options, vegan options, and complementary cold water. The inside is decorated really cool. It's very open and relaxing. The food was fresh and delicious! Delicious food. The new beef and bison combo is amazing! Would definitely recommend!!!!

This was such a great little place to go to! I love the decor and I love how you can pick your protein (chicken) and the base for the salad (greens) and more. I suggested to the manager that he put the sticker that says if you download the app you get $5 off (by the time I saw the sign at checkout, my link to my email didn't come in till after I got my order. Everything here is gluten free. This place is similar to Pura Vida, Fresh Kitchen Bolay and more. Located in Boca Center, you can find what you need here. The prices are a bit more expensive than the other places. One negative - they had a sign for broccoli but they didn't have any (they should take the sign down, imo). That's why I gave it a 4. I'll be back to try it another time. read more

Fast casual, healthier place (similar to Bolay with a lot more options). However, the price for a regular bowl is high. The options are good -- some things are good and others are not good. I liked the sweet potato noodles, the ancho pulled chicken, and the chickpeas. The kale Caesar salad, mushrooms, and Buffalo vegan tenders were not great -- seemed like it was all sitting out for awhile. I would go back to try some of the other options. The staff was very welcoming. read more

This is definitely what I'd call a trendy spot with marble and "greenery" everywhere to create a natural vibe. It's my first time visiting and the staff who worked the closing shift were extremely kind and polite despite my lack of knowledge of the menu. Despite it being close to closing, they talked me through and answered my numerous questions as the Vale menu has a lot of options and choices. From service alone, I'd visit again. read more

We were in Boca at the Marriott across the way for a seminar and found this little spot. We like fast casual restaurants with lots of healthy options. This fits the bill. My wife got the salmon bowl and I had one of the chicken veggie bowls. But, what made it stand out in particular was the staff. Jake, in particular, was superfrom start to finish. He answered all our questions and make good recommendations. He was really thoughtful and professional throughout. He's a great example of somebody who does really well in the service industry. I trust he'll go far well beyond his work at this particular restaurant. Thanks and we will definitely be back. read more

Better than Bolay. Not as good as Fresh Kitchen. Decided to try them out on take out, and was impressed on the menu. The good news is the creative options available. Definitely seemed like they had more options than any other places and the portions on a regular bowl was very filling. It's a lot of food. The downfall is the taste is just ok. A lot of similar Buffalo style sauces and meats and I'm not sure how particularly healthy it is. And although the value seems ok I still think it's more money than it should be, just like most things now a days. I'll be back for convenience alone but it's nothing I think I'll ever crave or openly recommend. read more
