Always a great eating experience at Carrabba's. Tracy provided exceptional personal customer service. The scampI, linguini and chicken parmigiana were excellent... generous portions on all. We are regulars ..... we will be back!

My husband and I usually stick to the same Italian spot, but last night we decided to try Carrabba's and I'm so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the warm welcome and kind staff set the tone for a great night. Our waitress was attentive (and kept my husband's iced teas coming without missing a beat!). The bread with herb oil was outstanding!!! I found out they even sell the herb mix, so I'll definitely be grabbing some next time. The manager stopped by with a thoughtful first-timer gift bag, which made us feel even more welcome. Incredibly thoughtful of her. I ordered the lemon butter pesto branzino with mashed potatoes and Caesar salad. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. My husband loved his spaghetti and meatballs with the soup of the day. The flavorful soup of the day was lentil and meatball. I wish they would make it a regular menu item because I could eat it daily. The portions were huge, so we happily took leftovers home. Delicious food, generous portions, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere--Carrabba's is now our new favorite Italian restaurant! Remember this: Do not fill up on the bread. Let your appetite wait a bit for that entree. You will thank me later

My family and I ordered Uber eats on the Fourth of July before 6 PM. This was our first time at the restaurant and we heard previously the food was good at different locations out of state. We were excited to try the food to enjoy our Fourth of July and the fireworks later that evening. The staff was very friendly at the carry out I once we arrive to the building there was a door on the side to pick up your carry out orders. We explained that we were picking up the order for ourselves for Uber eats We arrived home food was packaged properly and noticed the small portions of the soup and the salad right away . We all had pasta for our entrées with chicken Alfredo and the fettuccine weesie consist of a total of four meals altogether. We all tried our food, and we definitely did not care for the taste and or quality of the food. It was lacking flavor with all of the pasta dishes. My Italian salad. the dressing on the side was oily did not taste good and I did not use it. The only food item we enjoy was the sausage lentil soup. Overall, we were very disappointed with our food that we ordered.

Pollo Rosa Maria!

I'm not a huge fan of the salad I ordered on this visit and would have given three stars based on this visit to Carrabba's alone, BUT... I've had some good casual-Italian meals here over the years, so they get an extra star. The Pollo Rosa Maria salad had potential and some tasty looking ingredients! However, it was swimming in salad dressing... and every bite made me feel like I was slowly drowning in dressing... paddling for my life and coming afloat to gasp for another breath and escape from the strong undertow of salad dressing. On the positive side, our server was super friendly and patient with us and we navigated the menu. And there were plenty of gluten-free options available on the menu. I also liked how many meals they offer for under 500 calories - that is especially surprising for an Italian restaurant! Overall rating: ****FOUR STARS**** Gluten-free rating: ****FOUR STARS****

Well, you are missing out! What a delightful surprise to have the meat or the cheese fillings rolled inside tender wrappings that you don't have to cut into with a knife or push down with your fork! People should be lining up for these rarities. I was allowed to order 1 cannelloni and 1 manicotti instead of two of the same, so I was pleased to be so accommodated. Flavorful sauce covering both was excellent too. Another rarity is being served on linen tablecloths anywhere these days, especially in a moderately priced establishment, so that was a nice touch as was the complimentary bruschetta, but why no soft background Italian music to enhance the atmosphere?  Our entrees included a small salad or soup, and our salads were crisp and fresh.  For dessert we split a pistachio tartufo which was a scoop of gelato rolled in chopped pistachio, and was flavorful, plated well, but very hard and not as creamy as I've had elsewhere--also, the $8.95 price was too steep--I don't believe it was made on-site although it said the desserts were homemade--it may only be referring to the baked goods--the server skirted the question when I asked. We were also dismayed to see that veal is offered on the menu since it's hard to not think about the inhumane practice that veal entails--switch to chicken for all those veal dishes--it would save some money too. Overall, well worth a visit for those filled crepes alone!

A Heads-Up About Lou's Tivoli Gardens:…read more My daughter gave us a gift certificate for Christmas--just eight months ago--and we decided to finally use it this evening. We pulled up to the restaurant and saw a Tivoli Gardens sign out front. There were at least two additional signs on the building that said Tivoli Gardens, and even the menu was branded Tivoli Gardens. There was absolutely no indication that the restaurant had changed ownership. Our waitress, Brenda, provided fantastic customer service. She was wonderful! The food was okay--nothing particularly special. The shrimp was actually very good quality, but the fettuccine Alfredo was extremely bland. When we finished, we paid with cash and our gift certificate. Brenda asked if we needed change, and we said no, thank you. We then left the restaurant. A few moments later, poor Brenda came chasing after us into the parking lot to let us know that they would not accept the Tivoli Gardens gift certificate because the restaurant had been sold and there were new owners. We had no idea. We spoke with the manager, who confirmed that the new owners do not honor the previous Tivoli Gardens gift certificates. What surprised us most was that there was NO signage anywhere (inside or out) indicating "Under New Ownership" or stating that previously issued Tivoli Gardens gift certificates would no longer be accepted. In our opinion, if a restaurant continues to use the Tivoli Gardens name, signage, and menu, it is reasonable for customers to assume that a gift certificate issued by Tivoli Gardens within the past year would still be valid. Unfortunately, we left feeling that this was poor customer service and poor communication. Our meal ended up costing us $70, and quite honestly, the experience was not worth that price. Just a heads-up to anyone who may have an unused Tivoli Gardens gift certificate: you may want to check before making the trip, because the current owners apparently will not honor them. Brenda, however, was fantastic--and none of this was her fault.

Both pizzas were interesting. The Lichfield Park pizza has pesto sauce and corn on it, as well as cheese, so you might get a slice of that after your "guests" scarf their first helping. You better grab a slice of the Brooklyn pizza right away, though, because it's a traditional-looking pizza with pepperoni and sausage. You won't get a second shot at a slice. You'll get to finish the rest of the "adult" strawberry & bacon salad, though, with spinach instead of lettuce, walnuts, strawberries, and bacon bits. It doesn't come with ranch or even ranch-colored dressing, so they might not risk trying a pinkish salad dressing as a dip for their pizza crust. It's a very good salad and helped my vacation digestion, since I'm not used to the 110° August heat. Papa Paul's Pizza is less than a mile away from my room at the Wigwam. Going there would even be walkable in the summer heat if the fences around the Wigwam had pedestrian gates. As it is, both driveway gates on that corner of the Wigwam are slotted through the perimeter fence far from the place where Papa Pauls and the resort are just across the street from each other. I'm too delicate for a 0.9-mile walk in that much sun. I enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar to rehydrate, though, while I waited for the pizzas to come out of the oven.

Limited wine list for an Italian restaurant. We started with a caesar salad to split - SO much cheese, it was too much. I understand some people like that, but I wish they would have lightened up the amount and just have people ask for more if they want that. I ordered the chicken & broccoli alfredo. Sauce was clearly made in house, but the pasta itself was generic and did not taste like it was homemade. Good amount of protein though. We also ordered the mango and classic cannolis, and these stole the show. Flaky to perfection! If we come back, we might try the pizzas to see how it compares to the pasta.
