Eggplant Pamesan and grilled asparagus
Andrea H.

Came here for a late lunch/early dinner around 3:30 pm on Tuesday after Memorial Day weekend. There was only one other party of people in the restaurant. There were two waiters, a hostess, and an additional person assisting with food and drink service. Plenty of staff on hand, so service should have been phenomenal. It was adequate. Daytime staff is usually made up of the "B" team that are often still learning the ropes. Our waitress offered us fresh cheese on our meal, but failed to ever bring it by. I asked for another sweet iced tea twice before it was finally brought to the table by another server. Other than those little hiccups, the service was good. Food was plentiful! We took home boxes. I wish they had small sealable cups too for things like dipping sauce that came with the zucchini fries. I hate that all of that stuff will go to waste. Fresh, warm bread was brought to the table along with a plate of herbs. A large bottle of olive oil was already on the table. It was up to is to pour the oil to make the dipping sauce for the bread. I found this "do-it-yourself" to be unusual in a restaurant like this. In the past it has always been done for you. My mom also ordered a small container of balsamic for dipping as well. Both delicious! Our meals came with a soup or salad. My mom went for the soup with sausage. It was a heavy lentil soup slightly spicy due to the sausage in it. It was supposed to be a cup, but that cup was very large and seemed more like a bowl. I chose the Caesar salad. It was as expected. The zucchini fries were light and fluffy. They were perfectly shaped and breaded. Some bites didn't even seem to have zucchini in them. They were tasty both with and without the accompanying sauce. My mom got the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp. I thought the mushrooms on her dish tasted like they had been used for the masala wine dish, but my mom seemed to be pleased with her meal. I got the eggplant parmesan with a side of grilled asparagus. The latter was super salty, but very crisp. The former was very thick and not as good as I remember. There was very little red sauce. I expected more. The eggplant seemed too juicy. I imagined that they were frozen and just didn't seem cooked to perfection even though they were served hot. I probably would not order them again and will most likely put the leftovers in the air fryer to crisp them up a bit. Overall, it was a positive experience and an acceptable meal. The prices are over $20 per person. They do have a cheaper lunch meal combo that was available, but we both decided to splurge on items not found on the lunch menu. If you are strapped for cash though, the lunch options are definitely the way to go.

My son loves going to Carrabba's. We go often because when we ask him where he would like to eat he always says, "Carrabba's, my favorite restaurant." We have never had a bad meal and the service is great. Adam, one of the managers always comes to our table to talk to my 5 year old son. It does not matter how busy it is he always makes time. My son loves it that Adam always starts the conversation with, "How is my favorite customer?" Adam is an exceptionally kind man and we always enjoy seeing him. My sister in law and my 3 month old niece recently came to visit from California. She was excited because she loves their salads and lasagna. They placed us in a nice and quiet area so as to not disturb the baby. It was another delicious meal at Carrabba's!

Bourbon Dinner
Carolynne G.

I'd like to tell you about the experience I had last night attending the bourbon dinner at Carrabba's in Naples. In short, it was wonderful!! I expected to be out of town on June 10th so I did not RSVP for this event. However, I found myself still in town, and hungry, and I remembered the bourbon dinner was happening that night. Since restaurants are always less crowded in summer around here, and I know people sometimes cancel at the last minute, I decided to stop in anyway and see if they could accommodate me without a reservation. Best decision I made that day! I arrived just as the bourbon dinner was beginning. Michael, the General Manager, immediately welcomed me in and quickly set up a table. Stephanie was my server last night (as she has been in the past) and was amazing as always. She is very attentive, friendly, and professional. Michael was right in the thick of things, coordinating the evening with the perfect combination of warmth, friendliness, and efficiency. Adam, Proprietor, who I've noticed is always present at these events, was his usual warm and friendly self as he engaged with diners. At no point in the evening did I get even a hint of anyone being inconvenienced by my unexpected, last-minute arrival. I've been to other Carrabba's restaurants, and though they are all typically good, I find myself favoring my very own Naples' location. I think what impresses me most, besides truly delicious food and the perfect drink selection, is the care this location puts into every detail of the experience. I am consistently impressed with the way everyone (Adam, Michael, Stephanie, and all of the kitchen and dining room staff who I do not know by name) works so well together. This is my fourth time attending a Carrabba's "wine dinner" in Naples, and each event has been wonderful. Maybe it was the bourbon, or the way everyone went out of their way to make a lone diner without a reservation feel welcome, but this was the best event yet!!

Chicken trio

"Respect the herbs!" You're greeted by a warm hostess who sat us in a nice tucked away booth. We ordered chicken trio and my son had Tuscan grilled chicken. The food could not have been any more delicious- that sounds like a lazy characterization but it is what it is. The aforementioned herbs were on point. Their gimmick is to present table side the olive oil poured into waiting herbs- red pepper oregano pepper garlic salt rosemary - the melange tastes as epic as it reads. Everything was on point and it didn't hurt that our neighboring table came over to ask for my autograph. When they saw I wasn't ant man - I'm not - they were really cute about it and told me that I looked like him

Hate it when they put a straw in your drink without asking first. Trying not to use plastic

Def changed staff Older age nor mature servers and workers Spoke with manager and he confirmed there were problems before but not blaming him . If you can find help often the new generation do not have work ethics This time service and food met our expectations The problem we did encounter was taken care of as it should have been We will return and hope the teenagers from the past do not do the same!

I figured since this chain has been around forever they would at least be as decent run a place as Olive Garden which isn't even setting that high of a bar.. this place is a total joke.. the management should be ashamed of themselves s and if I owned it I would Fire them all.. the restaurant is DIrTY!!!! It smell like mildew and one look into their back kitchen made me want to call the authorities.. so many places to get Italian and pasta in Naples STAY AWAY from this miserably run dirty dangerous horrible place.. once again I'm calling for management to be fired by the owner and him take some personal responsibility on the shape his restaurant is in and the management that let it get that bad.. horrible horrible horrible.. you should all be ashamed to call yourselves restaurant worker that work there.. from owner on down... total failure

We had a delicious meal tonight. The service is always great- well trained. The side salads were both delicious. Then we started with the mussels amd woww reallyy good! Got the salmon and the eggplant parmeason. Both huge portions and very tasty! The wine selection is very big. Got a nice blend on the happy hour. Hot the apple crunch dessert and was out of this world rich and yummy! We love this place! Our server has been her forr over 20 years!

The last time I was at a Carrabba's was take out only from a hotel menu in Ohio. This was the first in restaurant visit and I was so presently surprised. I enjoyed the evening with my family ! The service and food was excellent. We walked in and was sat right away. Very accommodating to my young granddaughter. I choice the 3 meal deal ! Highly recommend!! Everything was prepared hot and served with a smile. I highly recommend this location in Marco Island and we will definitely return !!

From the moment we sat down, the energy and ambiance set the tone -- lively, authentic, and exactly what you hope for in a great Italian spot. The food was exceptional across the board. The chicken parm was perfectly prepared, the carbonara rich and authentic, and the chicken piccata balanced beautifully with bright, fresh flavors. Every dish felt like it was made with real care and tradition. Dessert took it to another level -- the gelato was fantastic, but the real highlight was the tableside homemade tiramisu, which was both impressive and absolutely delicious. A perfect ending... until the espresso martinis arrived. Smooth, well-crafted, and honestly some of the best we've had. What truly made the night unforgettable was the service. Leonardo -- straight from Amalfi, Italy -- delivered one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, he elevated the entire evening. Great food, incredible service, and an outstanding vibe. We'll absolutely be back.

We had a great table and our server came with our menu and the wine list as well as some crusty bread. There are numerous salads, appetizers, entrees, and even pizza on the menu. I started with a Caesar salad, which I thought was super pricey, but was very good. I was able to enjoy it before I ordered my entree. I chose the gnocchi and a glass of wine. The gnocchi came out in minutes and was some of the lightest, fluffiest gnocchi I have had since New York City ages ago. Good choice. The server wasn't rushing us, but let us enjoy our meal at our pace, which was refreshing. Overall, nice experience.

First, was an attractive plate of lightly breaded hot and tender Calamari with a lemon parsley aioli. A top 10 presentation of this popular dish. The pan fried snapper sandwich was fresh and crisp with a vegetable giarderian topping. It's the little things that Campiellos does so well. Each sandwich came with marinated pickles and carrots along with hot feather-light potato chips with garlic and wonderful crispy parsley. The chips alone are worth the trip. Our second sandwich was the lobster salad which is described as spicy fra diavolo, but was more a lemon and chive taste. Delicious tender lobster and those sautéed chips with parsley are off the hook. We usually have the pasta for lunch and it is excellent. It's nice to see what a great job they do with sandwiches.

I would give that service 6 stars if I could! The drinks and the food were top notch. We had the Columba and Negroni and both were perfect. We shared bruschetta and burrata appetizers- fresh and flavorful. We ordered seared ahi tuna salad, margarita pizza and snapper as our main dishes and everyone was very impressed with their dishes. Thank you so much to the entire Campiello team for making my birthday extra special and that complimentary desert was a sweet touch. We will definitely be back because I'm determined to get a table on that patio next time.

Sat inside people and car watching. Cars were by far more eye-catching than women. Ferraris, Lambo, Aston Martin, Bugatti, real lookers. Friend showed up on time. Hot bread arrived. Plenty of good olive oil on table. He had tri-colored salad and I had seafood salad. Not a trace left of either although mine could have had less creamy lemon vinaigrette dressing. Word to wise, perhaps ask for it on the side. He had veal shank with risotto. Me? I had the corvina stew. Ask for a spoon, it's that good. Ordered sautéed spinach and roasted potatoes with herbs. Only thing left was a few grains of risotto and 7 small pieces of the potatoes. The shank was arguably the biggest portion I've seen. Since it was my birthday we were comped a dessert, double espresso and a cappuccino. Plus the dessert had a lit candle along with a table side a cappella Happy Birthday. I…read moreshould've been leery to begin with, as we were able to get a table for six with less than 24 hours notice, at 6 PM. This does not happen during spring break in Naples at a good restaurant. Let's start with the atmosphere: this is not a fine dining establishment, especially when you compare it to everything else you get to experience on 5th. Some of the most upscale and beautifully adorned restaurants and businesses call this street home, but we chose Pescheria for a moderately priced meal, which is not what we ended up having. It's not a terrible atmosphere, but it's certainly casual. My whole group was very disappointed to learn that this restaurant only serves beer and wine, which further entrenched our belief that we were at a casual, affordable establishment; frankly this should've been the red flag to go elsewhere, but it's pretty slim-pickins around the dinner hour last minute in Naples, so we stuck it out based on the great reviews. The bread service is good, but don't bother asking for butter, they said they have some but never brought it to the table. They do have a great wine list, especially if you like Italian reds; definitely the best part of the experience. Our group ordered two of the Dover Sole special, a pasta dish, and a grilled branzino. I'm partial to both of the fish; some of the branzinos and soles I've had have been memorable and delicious, so I do tend to seek them out. If you also love branzino, you probably know that $50 is on the high end of what you would generally pay, and Dover sole might get you up to 60. If you eat in restaurants, you also know that it's common practice for servers to tell you the prices before you order, so you don't have to embarrass yourself by asking for the price of a dish you want and then denying yourself because of the price. Here, they don't tell you the price, and if you're an idiot like me you'll just go ahead and order it assuming it's reasonable like the rest of the menu. My branzino was $70, and the Dover sole was $75, and frankly I wouldn't have ordered them at all, let alone paid a fortune for them after I tasted each of these dishes. Branzino was cooked nicely and deboned well at the table, but that's pretty much it. The fish had zero flavor whatsoever. The Dover sole had flavor, but it wasn't a good flavor. It was fishy. And when we told the staff that the fish was fishy-tasting, they argued with us incessantly even though we told them we're not asking for a discount, we are simply letting them know so they pay attention for the next diners, but that wasn't good enough for them. They continued to argue with us before we finally told them to walk away and leave us alone. So in hindsight, there isn't a thing that would bring me back, not the atmosphere, frankly not even the wine list (it's Naples, throw a rock in any direction and you'll break a great bottle of wine); not the service, not the price, not the cocktails, not the food. And if none of those check the boxes, somebody please tell me what the appeal is, because I'm not seeing it. Don't worry though, if you don't like your meal you'll be gaslit into thinking it's fabulous because the server can show you pictures of himself fishing (I'm not making this up).
