I took my husband to Season 52 in Naples, FL on 7/25 for his birthday. We had heard good things about this restaurant, but this was our first visit. First, I must acknowledge how welcoming they were. The host who seated us was distinguished mature gentleman. He was friendly and courteous. Next, we met our server, Rob, who was gifted at communicating, explaining, and knowing what his customers need. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and kept our table serviced. And finally, I met the manager, Jen M. She came by because I was disappointed with the dish that I had ordered. She was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make things right. The replacement meal more than made up for the one that I was disappointed with. It was delicious! Honestly, it's been a while since have experienced that kind of professionalism and kindness from an eating establishment. The ambience is warm and inviting. Needless to say, I plan to visit Season 52 in the future, and I plan to recommend them to anyone who asks about a good place to eat. read more

The Seasons 52 in Naples is large, upscale, and still warm and inviting. I give them credit for that. We were there for an event with 35 people and the service was impeccable. I was impressed. Had a couple of flatbreads to start. Good but, you know, how good can flatbreads be? Thought the chicken pesto was the better one of the two with pretty good pesto flavor and tender chicken. Tried two entrees: the salmon and the filet mignon. The filet was exquisite. Properly medium rare and a good rub of spices. The salmon, however, somewhat of a disappointment because it's baked with no regard for the skin which was unappetizing. Lastly, as an old fashioned fan and someone who knows how to make it, I must sadly report that the old fashioned here is horrid. The lobster bisque was flavorful with just amount of lobster. The filet mignon and lobster tail were delicious and is done just right, and always consistent. The atmosphere is always pleasant, and beautiful. However today, our service was inconsistent with what we are used to from this restaurant. It's actually one of our favorite restaurants. I never got my starter, crab cakes, while my husband got his soup. Having worked hiring corporate dining chefs and waiters at American Express and Merrill Lynch etc. in NYC. I usually never ever complain, but Mark seemed distracted and oblivious to us. We will surely come back, but not to this particular waiter. read more

They offer seasonal menus which we ordered Alaskan halibut, Chilean sea bass and filet mignon and Maine lobster tail. Wow! This place was great from the greeting at the door, to our waiter Mark, to the bill at the end. Service was comparable to Capital Grille for almost 1/2 the price. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. We arrived at Season 52 and gave our name to the host. She told us the wait time would be about 45 minutes, but unlike every other party, she did not give us a waiting device like she did with everyone else. We waited patiently in the lobby while all the parties who arrived before us were seated within about 20 minutes. Even more upsetting, people who arrived after us,and who did not have reservations,were also seated before us. We were the only Hispanic people waiting in the lobby. Eventually, the lobby was completely cleared out, everyone else was seated, and we were never acknowledged again,no update, no explanation, no apology. Before we finally walked out, I noticed there were several empty tables in the restaurant. The message was loud and clear. We felt disrespected and discriminated against. We walked out feeling ignored, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. This was especially upsetting because this has always been one of my favorite places to eat, and I had never been treated this way before. I also took the time to read other reviews afterward, and it appears this is not the first time this has happened to Hispanic customers, which makes this experience even more concerning. Whether this was due to poor management or something more serious, no customer should ever be treated this way. Sadly, I would not recommend this restaurant based on how we were treated. read more

We went to Seasons 52 for a pre-theater lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was incredibly impressive, with plenty of seating inside and out, some private rooms for parties, and a large separate bar area. Our server, Vanessa, got us started with some cocktails. I especially loved the Hawaiian Pineapple Cosmo. And we looked through the large seasonal menu. At lunchtime there is also a lower cost lunch-specific menu with some interesting options including a half flatbread/half soup or salad option for around $15 that some of my friends chose. I went with the 6 oz. filet mignon which was served over mashed potatoes and topped with mushrooms (the "winter" in-season veggie) and served with some broccolini. It was all so delicious, I fully cleaned my plate. We had one small snaffu with an order that was quickly corrected, but otherwise service was outstanding and the food was very impressive. We had a group of 6 friends getting together for the first time in a year. It was very busy and noisy at first to carry on a conversation. Waitress was prompt with water and drink orders. All the drinks came but one. When asked about why the one drink didn't come, he was told the bar was behind. He waited another 10 minutes and cancelled his order. The bar manager came by later and apologized that the old fashion mix was stale. She offered to comp him another drink, he declined since our food was being delivered. We had a combination of meals ... salmon, pork chops and shrimp and grits. The main items were delicious and well prepared. Somehow my French green beans turned into stringy broccoli, with almost no taste at all ... the rest of the salmon orders got their green beans. The salmon and potatoes were excellent. The dessert menu came out in a shot glass display. Two in the group ordered a dessert. My wife was a little shocked when her actual dessert was in the same type of shot glass. Hardly filled the sweet tooth with very tiny bites. Summary ... good tasty food, pricing about normal for Naples dining, noisy until the crowd thinned, drinks so/so, dessert tasty but extremely small and service not what was expected. read more

The drinks are good and the appetizers the crab cakes are excellent and the mushrooms with crab and shrimp amazing. Give this place a try if you are in the area. read more

I have been to this restaurant and other Seasons 52 locations many times and always enjoy the food and the experience. My recent visit in Naples was disappointing primarily because of the service. We arrived around 5 p.m. and were hoping for happy hour options, but the bar area was already full. We sat in the dining room, which was fairly empty at that time. Our server (Hayley) seemed impatient for us to order drinks, even though I said we needed a few minutes to decide. She actually stood there waiting for us to make our decisions. One of our party asked if the gnocchi entree could be prepared with just butter and cheese due to dietary restrictions; that seemed off-putting to her; she said she would talk with the chef, who discouraged it. (Who can't do pasta with butter?!) This same member of our party ordered potatoes as a side dish and was served brussels sprouts. When she questioned it, she was told, "That's what you ordered." When it came time to pay the bill, we determined that we would pay on three cards (1/2, 1/4, 1/4). Hayley visibly rolled her eyes and made it seem like this was the most outlandish request she had ever heard. If I had not been with someone I don't know well, I would have offered to do the math for her. The poor service makes me hesitant to return to this location, and I certainly would not accept the same server. She is just not well-suited to her role in a place where many people need special accommodations and where the hospitality business drives the economy. I hope the manager will address her approach and attitude. I rarely complain about service, as I know it's a tough job, but this was so far out of the norm that I felt I needed to say something. At the recommendations of friends, our gang of 4 dined at Seasons 52 Grill in North Naples for dinner. We had a reservation and was promptly honored. Reservation is essential, even off-season. Seasons 52 is part of the successful Darden restaurant group (Ruth's Chris, The Capital Grille, Yard House, LongHorn Steakhouse, Cheddar's, Olive Garden). Warm, welcoming, and attentive service. We chose Meatball appetizer; Caesar and Field Green salads; and entrees of Grilled Sea Scallops over Risotto with Broccolini, perfectly cooked grilled Lamb Loin, and mushroom flatbread with goat cheese. Mostly highly recommend the lamb and the sea scallops. Flatbread was a miss. Menu is seasonal. All washed down with nicely chilled martinis. Where to sit: Suggest the smaller rear room for more quiet conversation. My only gripe is the main dining area is a dull roar. Main dining area has a dark ambiance. I hate to leave this review but I'm doing so only in the hope that management sees this. I dined at Seasons 52 last night in Naples and while the food was lovely I couldn't believe what I saw in the restroom. I was only in the restroom for one minute, and I could tell someone was in the stall when I walked in. As I was washing my hands the door to the stall opened and the pass chef (white guy, shaved head, beard, white chef jacket, and tattoos on his forearms) walked out and just left the bathroom without washing his hands. I thought he might go wash them in the kitchen but as I walked out I see him wipe his forehead with his bare hand and then start touching plates to review them before they were given to the waiters. He touched every plate, with the same hands that he didn't wash after sitting on the toilet. So gross. I almost told the manager but I didn't want to get into with them because it was so uncomfortable to see. read more

I haven't been to Seasons 52 since I moved away from Delray Beach almost 10 years ago. We decided to give it a try on Tuesday night around 4:40, after an appointment in Naples. The place was bustling and filling up fast. We didn't have a reservation-Big Mistake! But we went in anyways hoping that we would at least get an outside seat. We were told we could sit at the bar or at a high top not far from the hostess station. Pretty funny watching me attempt to get into this high top seat lol! I finally did and was fairly comfortable. Lauren was our server extraordinaire as she bought us our drinks and explained the menu to us. This was Dave's first time and he couldn't believe how the calorie counts were so small! She explained it's the ingredients that are used to cook and the quality of the food! She wasn't kidding. We both chose the half rotisserie chicken with wild rice, green beans with tomatoes. The chicken had a glaze on it and was most and delicious. I asked Lauren to show Dave the dessert tray with all its mini Cakes and Dave chose the cheesecake with delicious chocolate toppings. By the time we were ready to leave, our table looked like it was in the middle of Grand Central Station! There were so many people waiting to be seated. Next time we will try and sit outside! Always take my out of town guests here. Lovely atmosphere, great food. Beet salad is perfect and adding on a scallop skewer makes the perfect size meal for me. My spouses lamb was cooked beautifully and had a wonderful flavor. Deserts always just the right size so that I don't have to waddle out of the restaurant. One minor disappointment: my guest and I ordered Irish coffee. Unfortunately it was cold- yek! A good Irish coffee should be hot with good whiskey and cold whipped cream (especially during an unusual cold snap in naples). My fault for not telling waitress- but she was tough to track down once the restaurant started filling up. read more

Great service but I won't return. Ordered the Entree Salad Maui Tuna. It came with five pieces of paper thin seared tuna making about one bite of a tuna fillet. The greens were fresh I found the sesame dressing way too sweet. Ordered a cold water lobster tail to go with and it was about three bites more like a jumbo shrimp. I was still hungry. The others in my party had the lobster bisque and it lacked flavor and tasted like you could buy it at restaurant depot premade. Had the turtle cheesecake desert it was fabulous. The other two people in my party had the fillet with broccolini. The steaks came out nice but the broccolini overcooked. As I stated we won't be returning. read more
