I wanted to remove the shower wall panels and replace them with tile, and I was given Larry's name by a friend who is a contractor. Larry was very responsive and his son/partner Jason actually came to the house to inspect the project. During the inspection Jason identified where the leak was coming from, and it was not from a seam in the shower wall. He showed me that the connection to the shower head was actually leaking behind the shower wall. This discovery meant that I did not have to replace the shower walls and instead just repair the fitting. Although we did not end up using Chester County Tile for this project, I will certainly use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Honesty, integrity and professionalism like this are hard to come by in today's world. Thank you, Larry and Jason.

Chelsea, the salesperson at Stone Masters, was able to work with us, and locate a fabulous countertop. She was extremely responsive, answering all of our questions promptly. Sarah came out to our house taking "before" pictures, and she is going to take "after" pictures when we get the backsplash installed. She is super friendly. Doc, the dog greeter, was amiable. I am a cat person, but this dog was superb. Ish came out to our home to measure the cabinets to get the precise fitting for the stone. He did a great job, because the stone fits well! We had an appointment with Brandon to generate a computer layout of the quartzite. He did a excellent job because the countertops look nice. Danny, Alan and Adam installed the stone nicely. They did not damage anything in the house, and they explained how to take care of the stone. I carefully read through Stone Masters paperwork and watched their videos to adequately prepare for the visit. I would rather have a business that spells everything out, then being unprepared with everything. Stone Masters is going to return to install my backsplash in the next couple of weeks.
