Since meeting Rick, I have been looking around my house for more and more things for them to repair and renovate! I found Rick here, on Yelp and decided to give him a call after a pipe burst and our finished basement was destroyed. Rick accommodated my schedule and met me at home during my lunch break one afternoon. We talked at length about what my husband and I wanted done and he answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. He had an estimate to me in just a handful of days and - because his quote was fantastic and I already trusted him wholeheartedly - the job was scheduled. They were out within the week to commence repair and the job was completed just a few days after. Rich even came to meet me in my office as my schedule that week was crazy but we needed to select carpet. The work they did is absolutely beautiful. Rick uncovered some structural issues created by the guy who finished our basement for us years ago that should have cost and arm and a leg to repair. He immediately called and texted me pictures of the problems. He gave me detailed assessments before even beginning to work on those things which I appreciated greatly having dealt with construction companies previously who just fixed and sent a bill. He even quoted us a more than fair and reasonable price to fix same. We were so happy with every aspect of the process that we have since retained Sutton Contracting to redo our siding and - unsurprisingly - that job was more than fairly priced, completed quickly and turned out beautifully as well. We are in the process of moving and I assure you I will be calling Sutton Contracting in the near future to get us up and running. Rick is officially our go to guy. I would be happy to give a personal endorsement to Sutton Contracting and answer any questions if you'd like to message me here. I promise you - if you go with Sutton Contracting - you will not at all be disappointed with your choice.

Would go weeks without showing up. Sent Austin, a 20 year old with very limited skills and rarely showed up himself. Broke a pipe while installing the floor that ruined the ceiling on the floor below. Still had not come close to finishing the job in December before we finally asked him to not return. Irresponsible, did not take the proper precautions to protect the floor outside of the bathroom. I'm assuming he did not know how to tile the shower walls because he spent hours in the bathroom but never got it done? Have found Tik tok videos that were filmed in our incomplete bathroom during the time period that he was supposed to be tiling. He never finished the job. I could not recommend someone any less.

I am writing this review nearly three years after Crown Flooring worked on my home in Wallingford,…read morePA. Crown Flooring installed Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) all through the lower level, and sanded and stained my hardwood floors all through the upper level of my home. Additionally, Ken and his crew replaced nearly all of my baseboard and quarter round, and all of my interior doors. This work was done in November - December of 2019. Three years later, and all of this work still looks like it was completed yesterday. My floors - the LVP and the hardwood floors are gorgeous. When people come over, to include people giving me estimates for other projects, I still get a lot of compliments, and some ask who did the work. Long story short, I highly recommend Crown Flooring. They do phenomenal work, complete it on schedule, and they do not price gouge you. I will be glad to provide before and after pictures for anyone who wants to see them. I waited to do the upstairs because I wasn't sure I'd want the same carpet. It looked so good downstairs, I ordered it for the upstairs where it looks even better. The crew did an exceptional job working very hard for an entire day during installation. Upstairs too had some difficulties with speaker wire that goes down stairs, two small closets with lower floors, lots of cut outs, and closet build-outs. It looks great and I can see no berber seams - unlike my previous installation! I had a friend I tried to help who wanted tile but she ended up delaying. Two years later I find out that she too went to Crown Flooring and Rick helped her find a wood flooring that would match and she is very happy.
