I scheduled for them to come look at my floors to give me a quote. They gave me a date and then I…read morereceived a call asking if it was a place to park because it just snowed days prior. I told that person I would make sure they have a spot. It seemed like she wanted to reschedule or something Then a day or two later I get an email stating the sales rep was all of a sudden sick. How convenient and good timing. So I said okay and I wasn't going to work with them because the timing was suspicious. But I said that I would still work with them. So we scheduled another day. I received an email asking if they could come out on a specific day and I said yes but I guess I didn't respond that same day and that was a problem. The next email I got was a response with the another date almost two weeks later. I asked what happend to the earlier date and I was told the sales rep books up fast and they got booked and then the asked me if I wanted another sales rep and I said yes and asked what time could they make it. The final email the sent me said after checking they don't service my area. Like really?! I already gave them my address the first time we talked, and now y'all don't service my area? Which is the Philadelphia area. That's real strange to me and still confused by their actions and responses. I wasn't rude or anything. Maybe someone will have better luck with this company but I couldn't be okay without sharing this with whoever decides to contact this company and maybe they will see this and not do this to the next potential customer.

When I first decided to purchase a foreclosure, my mind was racing with decisions and options of…read morewhat absolutely needed to be renovated and how much it would cost. At first I was ruling out new cabinets because I thought I would definitely not have money in my budget and I initially researched re-facing options. Big mistake! The estimates I got from the re-facing companies were horribly expensive especially given that they would not be installing brand new cabinets. My contractor (that was working on other projects) suggested I go to Cabinets to Go and I'm so glad I did! I was able to get brand new cabinets for an extremely low price and while they aren't completely customized, you can somewhat design your cabinet layout and choose what types of drawers and cabinets you want and where they will be placed. There are several color options and styles to choose from and the quality is excellent. If you feel confident in your measurements, or you have a trusted contractor to take measurement's for you, then definitely consider cabinets to go as an option. They do not come out and measure like other more expensive kitchen design centers. I also suggest visiting on a week day if your schedule allows as the weekends get busy and you may have to wait a while to work with a representative at their showroom/store. It takes about two weeks for your cabinets to come in once they are ordered. There were a couple minor issues, like missing pieces to my order, but when I called they were ordered and sent. Overall I am pleased with the look of the finished installation. If you are going to install yourself or you have a reasonable contractor, this place is by far an excellent and affordable choice for your kitchen renovations!

I just redid my kitchen using cabinets from CABINETS TO GO in Claymont, Delaware. My sales…read moreconsultant was Alicia, and she was fabulous. She took great care in planning out my cabinet design, a center island, and recommending a wonderful granite place. Alicia worked with me to get the best sale price at the time. She and the other staff there, Curtis and Gabrielle, were so responsive to my questions, delivery date, and an additional cabinet purchase. The cabinets are beautiful! All wood, dovetailed and Guaranteed for life. You can even pass the warranty on wants to new owners if you sell your home. I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen and the great customer service.

Found this business through Angie's List. It was easy to get a quote set up since this chain has…read morewhat seems like an entire staff set up that call leads to book quotes. Sales person who came out seemed confused from when he confirmed my appointment Sunday night (not a fan of being bothered on a Sunday), ran 20 minutes late despite explicit directions, and was unprepared during the appointment which required me to repeat information already that I've shared. During my experience I couldn't help but feel the sales person was coming across sexist, ageist, and insulting with a lot of assumptions. He was also a little too curious about things that are none of his business, ironically having missed ALL of the information which would have yielded a more positive and smooth experience for me. Despite this franchise being owned by a woman which seemed like the salesperson was backpedaling to emphasize (??), the salesperson came across doubtful of the facts provided to him. It kind of felt like diversity awareness would be helpful for the sales staff so that the business appeals to a variety of customers who are seeking home finishing services. It wouldn't hurt for the staff to be coached on being professional when engaging with different (from the sales person) clientele, situations and while visiting clients' homes. I walked away with a questionable impression and wanted to warn of my experience with other non-male, post-boomer demographic seeking flooring. Thanks for coming out on short turnaround to offer a quote.
