Sales person who came out seemed confused from when he confirmed my appointment Sunday night (not a fan of being bothered on a Sunday), ran 20 minutes late despite explicit directions, and was unprepared during the appointment which required me to repeat information already that I've shared. During my experience I couldn't help but feel the sales person was coming across sexist, ageist, and insulting with a lot of assumptions. He was also a little too curious about things that are none of his business, ironically having missed ALL of the information which would have yielded a more positive and smooth experience for me. Despite this franchise being owned by a woman which seemed like the salesperson was backpedaling to emphasize (??), the salesperson came across doubtful of the facts provided to him. It kind of felt like diversity awareness would be helpful for the sales staff so that the business appeals to a variety of customers who are seeking home finishing services. It wouldn't hurt for the staff to be coached on being professional when engaging with different (from the sales person) clientele, situations and while visiting clients' homes. I walked away with a questionable impression and wanted to warn of my experience with other non-male, post-boomer demographic seeking flooring. The owners were courteous, polite ,and very Knowledgeable. Nader came to the house and accessed the damage and very concisely explained what needed to be done. He checked all stains and looked for mold and moth damage as well. He gave me a very reasonable price quote and told me I would have it back in 10 days. I told him I have a sick child and that smells and chemicals would be a problem. He explained that the washing is done by hand and with nothing harmful and no odor! He then took it to his store.I also needed new padding and he advised me on the best for my needs. When he returned it ( on time exactly), it looked better than when I purchased it. The stains were all gone and the pile gleamed and was fluffy , and it had no smell. The recommended padding was perfect. He arranged it beautifully in my room and even gave me time to decide if I wanted to change the placement. He was patient and courteous and very aware of the other pieces in the room so as to cause no damage. Everything about this company and its owners is First rate. They are a touch of class in a world that too often forgets what that is . Integrity all the way. I would never go anywhere else for my carpet needs !!
