DO N0T HIRE THIS GUY!!! Just for context I am 51 years old and have been dealing with contractors…read moresince I was 20 years old. This job was for my 83 year old mother. First off he charges by the day (price was not cheap!), which i have never done, but seemed to know what he was doing and i wanted the full bathroom remodel to come out perfect for my elderly mother. So against my better judgement I accepted his offer. His employees slacked off for days to juice the job for all they could. A 7 day job turned into 12! Second he charged me for a full days work to deliver the materials which turned into an argument that i decided to let slide. Btw do to many health issues I did not inspect the work and paid him in full. When I did inspect the work there were tiles not placed properly, the door frame was crooked, and the glass shower doors were not adjusted correctly so water was spilling onto the outside floor. When I asked him to come back to make the necessary repairs he showed up screaming and trying to bully me. On top of all that they left the old toilet behind which is very heavy and i cannot lift do to back issues. He refused to fix the mistakes. So much for that 1 year warranty he claims to give on his website. Him and his employee's are a bunch of crooks!! I would have posted photos but I'm not computer savvy. The reviews are fake!! No way this guy has positive reviews and a 5 star rating. I actually hired him because of his rating. I'll never make that mistake again. Should have known better that a company that's been around that long only has 13 reviews. Most likely friend & family giving fake reviews SMH

Johnny…read morewas one of 5 contractors we originally requested quotes from and he was the best combination of value and ability to start right away. Johnny showed up on Day 1 and completed the entire demolition and kept a very tidy workplace. His team of Ray and Jesus showed up daily and we really pleasant to speak with. We left a list of items to work on and they made sure to communicate where they had questions and sought our feedback. We were very happy with their worksmanship and diligence to completing the job. Our appliances were delayed in arriving and Johnny worked with us to make sure he would be on-site to install them and connect the gas and water lines. Johnny's team can be counted on and are considered reliable. Johnny is knowledgeable and is good at letting you know about potential pitfalls and presenting options. I really enjoyed working with Johnny and would be happy to serve as a reference in the future. Thank you Johnny for the follow through in getting this job done on budget and to our satisfaction. Description of work: We had a dishwasher leak at our town home and this resulted in the floors and ceiling needing replacement and a full re-build of our kitchen and basement. In addition, Johnny's team installed insulation and sheetrock on an exposure section of our roof deck stairs. This also included electrical work, painting, and custom molding.

The work is very high quality and we are very happy with the job done. The price was fair as well considering the high quality of the finished work and the ease of interaction throughout. Importantly, the entirety of the work needed to be done in our neighbor's front yard, and the crew was very respectful of their property, carefully cleaning up any mess and debris. A+ would recommend.

He went out of his way to explain issues and did not try to upsell. In fact, he noted when he thought improvements were not needed despite it costing him potential work/money. In my email to them I listed the size of our room and what we were hoping to get a quote on (finishing the ceiling, ideally with beadboard, painting the room and installing a thin crown molding). Vick B's emailed me back and wrote - "I can give you an estimate if you send me some pictures of the room!!" Meh- really? So I now have to go take pics of the room, hoping that I capture what it is you feel you need to see to give an accurate quote? AND what if when you arrive to do the job (assuming you got it), you decide that it might cost more to finish because after all you only looked at pictures?? Didn't get a good feeling from this. Totally felt blown off. Am looking elsewhere.

I left a check for 2650.00 which was quickly cashed. He was supposed to have completed a Parkwood half basement sheet rock ceiling, which was already stripped of anything, install a drop ceiling in the bathroom, install 11 recessed lights and install a drop ceiling in the laundry room with tracking. He never came to the house as per my daughter who was home. He sent two contractors which neither one of them spoke English, and did not understand what my daughter was telling them when they were trying to move the bed, shoe closet and dresser which they broke and tried to hide. So they installed the drop ceiling in the bathroom with the track, which was already in there, which was multiple colors and should have been changed, did not install the recessed lighting in the bathroom did not complete the spackling on the sheet rock ceiling or partial drop ceiling in the basement. And did not touch the laundry room. Now he will not respond to my text messages in my emails and complete the work I highly suggest to avoid this contractor.
