They do floor preparation before the installation, use top notch products and are very accommodating with time. I quoted them 1000 square feet, even thought I know it was more like 800. They gave me a price of $400. Then they decided to add an additional man cause they had to move furniture which was clear in my photos which came out to $550. They did not remove the nails from the boarder and didn't clean up after carpet removal. At that point I decided to go with someone else for the flooring there after. I do not recommend this place.

Empire Today was quick to quote and take payment, but once the job was partially done,…read morecommunication stopped. The install had major issues like gaps around the stairs and even mismatched pieces. Multiple calls to the manager and installer led nowhere. I had to pay400 dollars out of pocket for a third party to fix what should've been done right the first time. I wouldn't recommend unless you're ready to chase basic follow-up.
