He always showed up on time or informed me of schedule changes. I never sensed he wanted to up charge me or give me excuses. He removed 3 rooms of laminate wood and replaced it with marble. It looks great! He even re-painted/ caulked the base boards in all three rooms!! I asked him if he could re-do the waterfall tile in the pool and he did that too! I highly recommend :)

From the moment I've met with Mr. Manuel Antonio for the first time, I knew I wanted to work with…read morehim. He was recommended by a close friend, and I was about to start a whole 2 bdr / 2 bath apartment renovation, and was pretty tense to do it on my own (without a General Contractor). I took a chance, and my gut feeling wanted to hire Antonio to do most of the work. I only had to hire a plumber, and an electrician as well, and pull all of the permits myself (since I've requested an "owner builder" permit) I'm extremely happy with the work that Antonio, and his team did. He completely renovated my apartment. From the entire kitchen, one entire bathroom (from a tub to a walk in shower with a frameless glass door, brand new floors, tiled walls, toilet and custom made cabinets), the other bathroom, he changed the cabinets, toilet, and added a frameless shower doors to the existing tub. In addition, he plastered and painted every single wall, ceiling, and doors of the apartment. Together, we've designed all of the cabinets, which he installed, in addition to the closet doors. As I was wanting more things to be done, he was very dedicated and creative; for example, I've decided to add a wine cooler, and new cabinets, with floating shelves above. He made it happen with the best attitude. I've spent 7 weeks overseeing the work, and arranging the various inspections. I was at the job every single day, and working with Antonio was great. It was my first time doing something this big, and he made the experience very pleasant. As a single woman, I was very anxious to endeavor on this project, since it was going to be my new home. Antonio is very professional, his price were very compatible, he communicated very well, he is very honest, his attention to detail is better than mine, he worked in a timely manner, and above all, he is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend AAV Tile, Marble & Mosaic Installations' and Mr. Manuel Antonio. My apartment looks amazing! Thanks to him and his team! Ana Machado

I was in the room feet away and quite alarmed. Thankfully I was not injured. They fixed the ceiling itself but did not take responsibility for the related plumbing damage that occurred from the collapse. Their excuse was that it was related to previous work done, which I knew nothing about. I strongly believe that if you are renovating a roof at great expense, you must be responsible for the work done. They did not take responsibility so I must give them a poor review due to their absolute lack of accountability. I was forced to repair out of my own pocket, with a cost of over $1,000. They gave no apology for my ceiling collapsing and were very dismissive in the entire process. I do not recommend this company for anyone seeking roof repair.
