I told him I was here last week "oh yeah I remember you you came with your wife" no, I came solo. They have beautiful kitchen and an array of cabinets and fixtures. Came back a week later to follow up on one of the kitchens I was interested in purchasing. I guess there was only one other guy working on a Saturday who could answer any of my questions and he was occupied with another customer. No idea how long I would've been waiting there. I didn't have much time to waste. (Not their fault) My impression was that they weren't interested in doing business with me ‍ I started walking around the showroom and as I look at one kitchen the older gentleman tells me "that's Canadian" ... ok so I think to myself...not sure what that means...does that = better quality...was he telling me that because he thinks I can't afford it? I'm not sure. I wasn't given an other explanation as he walks away. Kitchens are big investments and I would've expected better customer service. Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. It's a nice showroom by the Falls. Hopefully you have a better experience. They are one of the higher rated local kitchen and bath places. That would have been nice to know when I was told to wait for a designer. I am an understanding person but would like to be informed of the process. The gentleman at the front who handles walk-ins must have been attending a person over the phone (although he was not on the phone at the time of my walk-in). I would be glad to set up an appointment with you to see what YKB truly offers.

update on my defective ice maker that this store refuses to fix or replace...I have called more…read morethan 10 times, I have sent 15 plus emails and have waited on the phone with uline representatives for hours....I have received no help. I offered to bring the unit back to the store myself and trust me as an old retired person that would have been no easy feat....they refused to take it.. Our conclusion was that this was another area that Home Depot does not excel in. In many cases, their sheer buying power and price constraints force major vendors to create separate product lines, and these typically are less quality, produced in China. In addition, the install side is problematic, with horror stories of the cabinets arriving damaged (note just the impact of humidity on the mostly composite construction) or poor installation. We discovered Eleet Cabinetry via Yelp, at a time when we pretty much gave up on Home Depot. Eleet is local, Dan is an expert in design, not only in the computer layout but in layout recommendations and willingness to save us money with slight alterations, The cabinets are top-notch, US-made, high-quality construction, and beautiful. The install team did a superb job. The total price was within a couple of thousand of Home Depot. And not to be underestimated, dealing with one local company meant much lower risk and less brain damage. Highly recommended.

I thought I had done my homework before contracting them to do my home's kitchen, clearly I did not. I did do business with them in the past, I had bought a bathroom vanity from them. But getting a kitchen done with them was a whole other story. I also recently, found out that there have been 2 complaints filed against this business in the BBB. I regret dearly doing business with them. The way the company is structure, the owner Juan, gets the jobs and contracts out all the work. He's got installers for the furniture, countertop, etc. My kitchen was started on the last week of June 2015 and it is still not done! Things started out great just as the last Reviewer described. Along the way there have been several disasters. Just as the last Reviewer described I can write a long list of items that have been pending and done incorrectly. The installer working on my kitchen, Rolando, is horrible, the absolute worst! I am not sure how he's got a job. There have been many screw ups done in my kitchen because of this guy. He's got no common sense and he's an animal! I have a furniture that is installed to the left of the stove creating a 31.5" opening for the stove, when the standard is 30". I'm not sure how Rolando made this mistake and kept it that way or couldn't tell there was a very noticeable offset in the installation. The mistake was noticed when the appliances were installed and there was a gap in between the furniture and the stove. And you can tell there was an offset from the bottom and top furniture. When they took out the furniture to move it closer to the stove, the furniture was glued causing damage to my kitchen wall. This was unnecessary if their "professional" installer would have done it correctly the first time around. Do you think they told me anything about what happened or that they were going to fix it? NO! I told the owner in an email about it and he did not acknowledge it. Other issues I had with them are drawer doors not aligned, holes exposed from door handle installation, unnecessary holes done for dishwasher cables, and lopsided furniture installed above my refrigerator, dents on the doors, and tracks not working. Amongst others issues I had with this company was that Rolando, the installer, was late, promised a time and didn't show up until hours later. Another flaw of the owner is that he would say he would come to supervise and came for 30 minutes or not show up at all! The only installation that was done right in the kitchen, which is the reason for the one star, is the countertop. The quartz installer Jose did a fabulous job installing it, he made sure the quartz was at level and joint lines are barely seen. Homeowners BEWARE! This is a bad company to do business with, I would not recommend it for installation of kitchen cabinets. I have lost the love I had for the kitchen. Save yourselves time and frustration and look somewhere else.
