I called them several times before they finally sent someone to inspect the issue again. Despite my concerns and clear evidence, they insisted the leak was already repaired. I had to wait for the next rainfall to go into the attic and take pictures showing the leak was still present. It took almost a month of persistent calling before they came back in July to check the leak again. They claimed it was fixed, but the problem resurfaced in June 2024. I called them again, and they sent another worker to fix it. After the next rain, I found the leak was still there and took more pictures and videos. When another worker came to evaluate the situation, he said he would send the team back. When the workers arrived, they called the manager and explained that the wood was damaged and needed replacement. This repair was supposedly included in the original contract, but it had clearly never been done. Now, one year later, the damage was worse. The manager contacted the owner, who then told me I would have to cover the costs of labor and materials for the repairs. At this point, I was too frustrated and ended up hiring another company to finally fix the leaks properly. Based on my experience, I do not recommend T&E Roofing. Their service was unprofessional, and they failed to honor their contract. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable company.

Price was fair, service was fast and professional. At some point we'll upgrade our gutters but we did not want to do that right now, as we'll eventually have to do termites tenting ( within a year or so )which is notorious for destroying gutters. Once we are done with that, then I'll definitely give these guys the business, for our gutters upgrade ,they deserve it. On a side note I like to mention that I have not been paid to post this review, this my own objective review based on repair services provided by Del Toro on 5/27/25.
