I called him up the next week and scheduled for my tile cleaning, grout cleaning, and grout sealing (with color staining). The workers were prompt (early!), clean, courteous, and most importantly did an excellent job. The floors look new. There is no residual harsh smell, they hand scrubbed the entire floor and used a small machine to buff afterwards. One thing to know is that to quality for the 10 year warranty, you must use their cleaner which can be ordered from their website (no third party steam cleaning, no other chemicals). This is not a huge deal to me since I already do this with my laminate flooring upstairs, but it might bother some people so just thought I'd include this information.

The product that they applied to our tile didn't bond properly in certain areas. In September, Scrub America charged us $150 to come back out and touch up their work - work which should have been covered under warranty. In early December, our floor was again peeling up and flaking. Scrub America came back out and resurfaced that section of the floor (approx. 10 sq. ft.) A few weeks later, that area is peeling and flaking again. We contacted them again and he basically blew us off. See text in picture. THIS NOT HOW BUSINESS SHOULD BE DONE!!! Either the product they used was deffective or perhaps they did not strip the floor before they resurfaced the section with the issues. Either way, this is not a floor problem as Matt stated and it is ridiculous for him to tell us to replace the floor. The other areas of our floor are not having this problem and it is all the same type of floor.

I told her to just do the regular cleaning as it was too late and we had to leave to go somewhere that evening. She said that would not be a problem. In the next day or so, I received the invoice for the deep clean amount. I immediately emailed Royal Cleaning and explained the situation. I received an email back stating that they would issue another invoice with the correct amount. Never received the correct invoice, but I did receive two more emails/reminders with the original amount. I replied back both instances stating it was not correct. Never received a response again. Nor did they answer when called. Over a month later, they charged my card the amount for the deep clean. Despite stating they would send the invoice with the corrected amount. I will be disputing with my bank. I have proof that they stated they would send the correct amount.
