Elsa, the staff member who brought me to the back and did my initial testing, was also incredibly sweet and patient. I decided to get glasses during my visit and was assisted by Elle. While things started off well, I was disappointed when she wouldn't let me ask questions and told me to "let her finish" in a tone I found unnecessarily rude. If I were rating her alone, I'd give one star, but I wouldn't want that to take away from how great the rest of the team was. Hopefully, others don't have the same experience with Elle. Aside from that, the visit was excellent.
