She said that she wasn't familiar with this plan and would ask her colleague/supervisor, who told me "This is not South Asheville you'll have to pay us and Submit on your own", in a very arrogant tone. Wow, I guess I'll research closer to home. The only reason I visited this mill of an office was that a friend used them once and had a good experience. Perhaps with the doctor who has excellent credentials, but he should think about changing some of his staff. I've been in the medical field for 35 years and never experienced such arrogance.

The optometrist insists the glasses are correct for my vision and that there's something wrong with my physical or mental health. The owner says she's never given a refund in 34 years and isn't going to now. It isn't true that they make the glasses on site. They contract the work from a lab that they say gives them one chance to make corrections.
