Since the price was incorrect, I canceled the purchase and returned the item because I did not want to pay the wrong price. When I spoke with the manager about the refund, instead of simply helping resolve the issue, she became argumentative and repeatedly insisted, "No, you didn't do it on the app!" I told her that I absolutely had and even showed her the app, but she continued insisting that I had not done it. She repeatedly talked over me and would not listen to what I was explaining. For identification purposes, this occurred at approximately 6:00 PM on September 19, 2026. The manager I spoke with was an older Asian woman with a heavier build. There was absolutely no reason for a manager to speak to a longtime customer that way over an apple juice return. If there was an issue with the app or pricing system, that is something the store should address--not something to take out on the customer. After being talked over and scolded, I finally told her to forget it and just refund my money. The entire interaction was unnecessary, frustrating, and a complete waste of my time. After 30 years of being a loyal customer and member, I expected much better customer service and professionalism from a manager. Mistakes with pricing can happen, but the way a customer is treated when trying to resolve the problem matters just as much. This experience was extremely disappointing.
