My first visit. In the neighborhood getting my windows done at. Elegante Window Tint across the street. Cute little café. Good coffee, and friendly service. They have a single gender neutral bathroom in the back with a bidet.

I like this place since they changed locations! Great matcha latte and the inside is unique as well. I enjoy coming here once a week for my treat myself latte when I don't make it myself

5/5 coffee and service! Super quick and delicious coffee. Not a ton of seating but no one had an issue, and the tables had tons of outlets! Only complaint is not enough rocks, which is a weird thing to want at a coffee shop anyways. A good place to get some work done and have nice latte!

Visiting family and have gone to this coffee shop 3 days in a row now. It is amazing! The shop is small and cute and the barista's are super nice. I love their coffee and it is a definite must try!

This is a cute little coffee shop with great service and yummy tasting coffee, I got a vanilla latte and it's was just the right amount of sweetness. They have inside and outside seating. It has a cool hip vibe with browns and tans.

The atmosphere is relaxed with nice gentle music that you can work and study to. There's one small seating area in the front and a larger one in the back. Both areas are comfortable. The decorations are simple but clever. The service is accommodating and patient. They don't have sugar free flavors. They make their own. I had the vanilla which was pretty good.

The cafe has a rustic, industrial feel. Along with drinks you can purchase small batch loose leaf teas and coffee beans. The service is quick but thorough. I love that milk alternatives are already factored into the price! No need to pay more. The soy latte that I got was perfect.

Their coffee is excellent and the aesthetic is warm even on a dark January afternoon.

Part Presbyterian Church, part Cafe (Crema coffee & bakery), part community space (Tabor Space)…read more Very large and spacious! The baristas were friendly and excellent with small talk. Unlike LA, they appeared genuinely interested and ready for longer conversation if given the opportunity. Excellent spread of pastries and a ton of seasonal drinks. No shortage of peppermint & brown sugar items! The Maple Brown Sugar Latte was just right; not too sweet not overly decadent. You definitely get your money's worth with the cookies! Easily 3x cookies in one which is great if you've got a sweet tooth while also ballin' on a budget. The cafe game in Portland is thoroughly saturated w/ indie entrepreneurs and it's got to be a challenge to stand out from the crowd. I applaud Crema Cafe for not trying to differentiate themselves with a gimmick. They are memorable in my book for their unique depth of atmosphere and a palpable sense of serenity. I don't consider myself claustrophobic although I do appreciate my personal bubble. Crema Coffee has that! A blend of communal space without congestion.

During my brief wait in line I…read morewitnessed multiple food sanitation violations, including baked goods so close to the register that several customers in front of me touched the food with hands, gloves, and payment card as they paid for their order, and a staff member who casually switched between touching food they were serving and taking money -- thus during Nora virus, cold and flu season. Don't know how long it's been since they cleaned their espresso machine, but it looks and tastes like it has been way too long. Health department definitely owes this business a visit, and until then I'll stay away. Also, nothing in the name betrays that this business is located in an active Presbyterian church filled with sectarian propaganda likely to trigger those suffering religious trauma.

Crema Coffee + Bakery - I don't know if they always only have one barista, but if it's busy it can be a bit slower.

We stopped in for a quick afternoon pick me up on a cold and rainy day…read more The woman behind the counter was great and crafted the best dirty chai; they make their own chai mix so it's not as sweet as the store bought ones. Okay, I need to confess something: I didn't know I was a black licorice person until this…read morecappuccino gently grabbed me by the taste buds and whispered, "Yes, you absolutely are." One silky sip and BAM--there it was, just the faintest, flirty little wink of anise (not the aggressive red-vine-at-the-movie-theater kind, more like the sophisticated Scandinavian cousin who wears turtlenecks and reads poetry). It danced with the chocolatey espresso and the perfectly steamed milk like they'd been rehearsing this trio their entire lives. The foam? A cloud that clearly went to barista finishing school. The temperature? Hot enough to feel loved, not so hot I had to do the sad penguin dance while it cooled. And the vibe? I'm pretty sure time slowed down so my taste buds could send me a thank-you note. If you told me yesterday that black licorice belongs in a cappuccino, I would've side-eyed you into next week. Today I'm over here drafting adoption papers for this drink. Futura, you absolute sorcerers--take my money, my heart, and my previously held beliefs about flavored coffee. Five stars, zero notes, endless refills in my dreams.
