From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on ensuring we had a great experience. The level of hospitality throughout the restaurant was exceptional, and it was clear that customer service is something the team takes great pride in. Dylan was particularly wonderful. He was attentive, professional, and incredibly thoughtful throughout our visit. He consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and helped create a warm, memorable atmosphere for my sister's birthday. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly valued as guests. What impressed us most was how seamlessly the entire team worked together. Every interaction was friendly, efficient, and genuine, creating an experience that felt far beyond a typical restaurant visit. The food was fantastic, but it was the service that made the evening unforgettable. Thank you to Dylan and the whole Haidilao Frisco team for helping create such a memorable celebration. We left with full stomachs, great memories, and will happily return to this branch. Highly recommended!

He even asked us what kind of level we liked our sauces and went ahead and made us 2 sauces of his own! We had to ask him how he made it but it was THAT good. So when this place opens up in GA just know i got the secret recipe. Food was delicious we got the AYCE bundle and chose thai tom yum and a spicy broth (forgot the name) When we left our server gave us a little gift!! I wish i remembered his name but 10/10 would come back again

They were extremely unorganized and understaffed on a busy day. We asked for rice at the beginning of our meal and it came right when we asked for the check. The waiter was nice but I don't think we will be back. We spent a lot of money just to spend all night and Monday morning in the restroom.

Our server was…read morewonderful--he was incredibly attentive and constantly made sure everything was to our liking. They are serious about the spiciness here! If you love heat, this is your place, though I'll probably stick to the milder broths next time. The broth was well-flavored and the meats were excellent quality. Compared to other hot pots, the vegetable selection is a bit more limited, and they offer a variety of paid drinks like milk tea and canned sodas. Pro Tip: Definitely save room for the Korean Shaved Ice. It's light, delicious, and way bigger than it looks in the photos--one was more than enough for me! We will definitely be back soon.

Including drinks and changing the seafood / freezer items was probably one of their best decision ever. While the interior layout remains mostly unchanged, prior to the change I was a little worried about their business because it seemed kind of slow after other new competition opened in the area but I'm happy to see them make changes for the better and thriving. Meat quality is excellent, service is friendly and now they include a homemade shaved ice dessert which is cool. The only unfortunate thing is that they've bumped up their "basic" menu quite a bit and kinda priced me out of what I would call a quick casual go-to meal. While I am happy they are doing well, it's just not a place that I can frequent anymore especially being that my wife doesn't eat that much anyway. Would have been nice to have a slightly lower tier option available as not everyone cares for Wagyu. Definitely still an authentic hot pot experience though!

The broth for the hot pot had no special flavor to it and was bland. The frozen meat that went into the hot pot was fine. I liked how the veggies went around on a conveyor belt. We ordered the grill and hot pot all you can eat combination. This is my recommendation, especially if you're new to this kind of restaurant. I had the spicy hot pot liquid. I was a little worried about the spice level but Ray assured me that he would tone it down for a less spicy level. I'm thankful for his advice and offer to help me have a great experience. I think my favorite food was chicken dumplings but there are so many different choices. Don't be shy about asking for help to create a dipping sauce. One of mine had a peanut butter base which was delicious. It's an energetic restaurant but you can still hear well enough for conversations. It's really cool to look around the room and watching families interact with each other instead of being buried in our phones.
