As an annual parishioners, I've eaten here before and I love it! Earlier today, I had lunch at Azure. It consisted of their oh-so delicious ahi tuna salad. The greens and tuna practically occupied the whole plate, which was accompanied by a separate bowl of salad dressing and a pack of crackers. I enjoyed the salad so much that I nearly forgot about the crackers. There's no doubt if I ever drop by again around noon or after, I'll order it again. I want to mention that I had breakfast here before, too. I highly recommend the barbacoa, which tastes like it was grilled the way vaqueros (cowboys) in South Texas do theirs. You'll be fed generously of the meat, I promise you.

The mom and pop shop is definitely a place to visit. We had the breakfast platter which came with two pancakes. We customized the pancakes by adding berries and man were they delectable. The platter was very well served with bacon, ham, Canadian bacon, eggs, potatoes and the pancakes. We also tried the traditional eggs Benedict with side of potatoes and fruit. The bad: we saw previous yelp pics of the carrot cake and totally forgot to try. The ugly: have not tried for lunch but based on the menu I will be returning for sure. Support local

I'm a huge migas fan and never thought to try chilaquiles. This place did not disappoint. I added eggs, chorizo and avocado with half green and half red sauce. I was surprised to get each adding in an individual stack. I managed to get my egg yolk over the avocado and chorizo. The food was really good, just not what I expected. The flautas de papa were a great buy. Instead of using a corn or flour tortilla to mop up my plate, I was able to use the flauta and with the papa in it, they were like little sponges soaking up all the leftovers

My favorite is the Tacos Llorarás (you will cry taco) which features a handmade corn tortillas stuffed with a chile relleno made of jalapeño and cream cheese, plus a flavorful beef birria. Add your garnish and salsa of choice, and if the heat of the chile doesn't make you cry, you will eventually cry if you cannot return soon. It's that good! Drinks are either Jamaica (aguas frescas style). This location is right across the road from the Sam's Club on South Jackson Road. There is additional parking in the back. Family friendly.

The restaurant is pretty small which is why I believe they only had 2 servers. After we got seated, and placed our order, the food took 45min-1hour. While waiting we had to ask the server either for coffee or water since it was rare that they would come up to our table and ask if we needed anything or to keep us updated on our food, My husband and friend both ordered the chicken and waffles as previous reviews stated it was really good. The waffles had no flavor meaning the batter was very bland it REALLY needed the syrup to taste good. The chicken IMO lacked flavor. When asked if they had either búfalo sauce or something spicy for the chicken they stated they had none. I ordered the Chile relleno all I tasted was chorizo. The flavor was to over powering. The last plate that was ordered was the South Pole poutine. According to my friend it was good but he left half of the food. So I'm not sure if that's a true " I like it". The music was good it created a good ambiance but you don't go to a restaurant for the music. Would we go back? probably not.

We also ordered the eggs Benedict and they did not disappoint. Lastly we finished with some yummy fluffy pancakes. The service was top notch. Very helpful and attentive to our needs. We went during the week so brunch menu varies on weekends if I'm not mistaken. The ambience is a unique, clean, open concept. Everyone gets different mugs with sweet messages or pictures with their coffee. The ugly: it's easy to overlook this location but don't be fooled this hidden spot is a must try for sure.
