    We bought our 2020 Audi Q3 December 31st January 8th check engine light pops on so we bring it in they put us in a loaner. They have the car until February 6th waiting for parts. We pick up the car February 6th get about 4-5 miles down the road the cruise malfunction warning light comes on and there's no power to the acceleration like there should be. So we bring it back, they immediately put us in a loaner vehicle don't even look at the car or anything so here we are right back into the loaner we just had for a month. We have the loaner for two day. February 8th we pick up our vehicle that's once again "all fixed and ready to go". Everyone's super apologetic and I understand things happen, it's a used luxury car. Well February 11th comes around and once again check engine light comes back on. So we once again have to bring the car back to get looked at/worked on. We speak to someone about our warranties getting extended seeing as our car has sat on the lot more days than we've been able to drive it and our 90 days are gonna be up before we can even get 1,000 miles on it, we were told they'd speak to the GM (it was there day off of course) and reach out to us and let us know. We were informed February 12th that they took the car to the Audi dealership to get looked at. The service department reached out February 17th letting us no the dealer still has no update and hasn't looked at the vehicle. I reached out asking what my options are the same day seeing as there's no update I just want out of the car at this point. I'm paying for a vehicle to let it be a parking lot ornament. I was told a manager would reach out. Hadn't received any calls or texts. Service dept says let me know if no one reaches out by the following morning. I gave them an extra day and texted back on the 19th informing them no one's reached out. I get a text back a few hours later saying they'll touch base. It is now February 23rd. I've had no update on my car, no managers have called me and I'm just stuck with this car payment and nothing to show for it. I signed the papers for the vehicle 54 days ago. Of those 54 days I had the vehicle in my possession for 9 days on and off. The team is so nice and I'm sure doing their best but the room for improvement is extremely wide.

    I have never been on this car lot before. I wss super impressed. Seemed like 500 cars, all different brands and makes. They were all super clean, looking almost like brand new. Most card I looked at were only one to two years old. Immaculately kept. I appreciated the fact i was not hounded by an eager to sell salesman. No pressure put on me. I really apreciated that. I will for sure go back.

    This is my 4th vehicle purchase with CarMax over the years. No-haggle pricing and it was the right vehicle for me after the test drive.

Hence the reason why I needed to sell things and sell quick listed the cars online and the strong interest was another thing to deal with as I got hundreds of people messaging day and night with no one actually going through with the purchase as selling stuff isn't the easiest of things to do nowadays especially a classic car or two. Doing some research online I came across there's a private collection and decided to reach out to See if they would be interested in purchasing my cars after a quick conversation with a very proper and respectful representative by name of Dimitri, I was able to send some photos and videos along with information on my cars via text and in a matter of hours I got an offer to buy out both vehicles at once which I couldn't appreciate more given my situation. For those who have little experience with car sales, used cars and situation with trade-in value and dealership evaluations in these cases know that you get ripped off with crazy low offers for the car that you're trading in or selling in my case to a dealership. Besides all the other things and tricks that happen adding to the already not so good reputation of used car or car dealers in general. Dimitri and his way of working with a customer from answering that phone call to actually willing to hear the customer out and being able to relate while still doing a business transaction that is supposed to pay his bills and his employees paychecks in these challenging times for running a business in general should be an example to all other car, dealers and businesses in general as he gave me an offer for both cars that was straightforward and definitely satisfactory with great communication in the process every step of the way and quick less than 24 hour turn around between my initial phone call and his driver being on the way to LA to pick up the cars. YOU SHOULD OFFER MASTER CLASSES IN CAR SALES TEACHING HOW TO RUN A SUCCESSFUL CAR BUSINESS !!!! You have earned a customer for life that will definitely think of you and your company instantly when in need of buying or selling cars and certainly refer and recommend friends and family to do so as well and I wish you all the success in the future while enjoying playing with lots of beautiful, colorful, unique cars in the meantime. He looked me in the eye and clearly stated, "This car is yours," and assured me multiple times that it would NOT be sold to anyone else. Based on his word, I stepped out briefly for lunch with my family, fully intending to return immediately to complete the purchase. After spending over SIX HOURS at this dealership and driving all the way from San Diego, I came back ready to finalize payment--only to be told the vehicle had been sold to someone else. This was not a misunderstanding. This was a complete failure to honor a confirmed agreement. What made the situation even worse was David's behavior afterward--he attempted to deflect responsibility, created unnecessary drama, and made misleading statements in front of his team instead of owning his actions. This shows a serious lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic respect for customers. A dealership that operates like this cannot be trusted. If their word means nothing, then neither does their business. Be extremely cautious when dealing with this place. Do NOT rely on verbal commitments, no matter how confident they sound. I lost an entire day, wasted hours of my time, and was treated with zero respect after a confirmed deal. This is not how a reputable dealership should conduct business.
