All besides one drove horribly. Most cars there will need work done pretty soon down the road. If you go here, You're going to be harassed and pressured into buying something from them until you leave. The henchman will leave as your talking to them to go gossip with their big boss about how to get whatever deal they can out of you. You will rarely find any good deals here. If you buy? You will most likely have a a vehicle that is going to need work done to it soon. Plus, all cars are mostly $8,000 or more. They never have anything really for under that. Even though they advertise having over a 100 vehicles that are $6,000 or lower. Best deal is to go to vanevere so you get that lifetime warranty with any vehicle at least. Plus, will have a way better car buying experience than going to Budget car mart. Those budget car mart employees only care about making extra money for sales. They really don't care about you! They Won't even offer a return back policy if you don't end up liking what you choose!! Don't get trapped financially here!

It has been at a dealership service center off and on for 2 weeks, and has/had a service and transmission code alert in the computer. I have been paying for a rental, out of pocket. I was sold a (very expensive) warranty when I bought the car, but apparently they are having a hard time diagnosing the problem. While West Auto Sales may not of known about this terrible, dangerous, and expensive issue, I have not gotten an answer to the question of whether it was driven to Ohio from the auction West bought it at, or shipped by truck. It's hard to believe that a 10k purchase has no legal protection, even if it breaks down the first week, so please beware of buying a car that the seller can't (and won't) back up/stand behind.

He made my purchase convenient for me and even stayed after close to make sure I knew every detail of my new purchase because he took so much pride in it. After the purchase, things did not change, he is still willing to help and I would highly recommend you go see him! Joi, who was involved with the financing, she was kind, polite and made the paperwork quick and easy. Which doesn't usually happen. Loved it! The service teams flexibility was a life saver, Ben in particular worked on my vehicle to install the auto start and he actually gave me a temporary car to use until it was finished! He did not want to inconvenience my day, which was a pleasant surprise. Keep up the great work team!!
