Carl's Jr - Fresh - Burgers Near Me - West Jordan, Utah

I have lived a few blocks from this location for 19 years now. One of my main complaints in my previous review from 2017 was that they NEVER serve a burger with a hot beef patty. It is always lukewarm at best if not pretty much room temperature. Well, 8 years after that review it still remains true. YOU WILL NEVER GET A HOT BEEF PATTY ON YOUR BURGER FROM THIS CARL'S JR. The streak is 19 years and counting. No hot beef patty, ever. I get their spicy chicken and sometimes I have to wait because the chicken is so hot. So they do have the technology. read more

It was really hard to understand the woman on the other end of the mic. I had to practically yell for her understand me, but she wasn't willing to talk louder. She also gave me attitude when I asked her to repeat something. Food came fast, but they marked the burgers wrong. We got one with jalapenos and one without (due to dietary restrictions). They marked the wrong one spicy and it's a good thing we double checked. If I had eaten the burger with the jalapenos, I could end up in the hospital due to medical issues. If you order here, double check everything before you leave. read more

Ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and 2 cal Callie XL sandwiches ended up getting some hamburger with barbecue sauce and an onion ring and two spicy chicken sandwiches and a fry that wasn't even a kids fry. We're at the movies when we realized we got the wrong food. They need to do better at making sure people get what they ordered. read more

Carl's Jr - The receipt for my food - Burgers Near Me - West Jordan, Utah

I ordered an and paid for a chicken sandwich in the drive through and didn't realize until I got home I received a burger. When I called to see how to resolve it or get a refund they said it had to be escalated to their manager. The number they gave me immediately sent me to voice mail :( I just wanted a chicken sandwich for real. Cooper the drive through man was nice and friendly though thanks coop read more

The worst experience I've had. Mind you this drive thru was a ghost town this afternoon. Asked for one second to look at the menu and then was completely ignored. After multiple attempts at getting their attention I pull up to the window. Finally I got someone's attention, a kid who said "well then maybe you should know what you want before you get here". Alrighty then? I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was a manager. Then proceeded to tell me he'd kick my a** and swore at me multiple times before closing the window. I just drove away, not even worth it. Disgusting customer service. Stay clear of this joint. read more

Paloma. That sums it up. The customer service five star! She made the experience worth the drive up. She was smiling, and on top of our order making sure she didn't forget any part of my order. We got our food fast and hot! Thank you PALOMA ! read more

Crap store, crap service (poor communication, slow service, walked away with my card while I was in the drive through)... enough said.

The cashier that attended me was super nice, had such a lovely personality, the food is always super good here

Paloma was super nice and super cool! I really appreciate the service she gave to me!!

Pleased with my service from Paloma! would come again! quick service good food yea it's good

It's Sunday morning and they're supposed to be open at 7am. I came by with my daughter at 7:30 and we could see a worker inside who ran to the back when we pulled up to the drive thru. We waited almost 10 minutes and they never came back up to assist us. This has happened several times at this location, Always in the morning when we stop by after my daughter gets off work and craves a burger. Shame on you Carl's Jr.!!!! read more

Have been in this area for some years now and have to say this place has completely gone to crap!!! Very understaffed which makes the wait a complete waste of time. A couple weeks back I literally waited in the drive thru for over thirty minutes! Went back again and received one small piece of meat on my taco salad. Not sure why, but decided to give it another try today and again WHAT A JOKE!!! As you can see they couldn't even get the sour cream on top of the food itself, no excuse as they weren't even busy. Until this place gets their shit together my Family and I will not be back! Losing long time customers. Don't waste your money! read more

Worst customer service ever they always mess up on the order items will always be missing from the bag and then if you call to complain they don't answer the phone you can never get through to anybody they don't seem apologetic like they even care not worth it to go to this location at all this is happened several times not just a few times this happens every time I go here won't be returning read more

No, I don't recommend this Carl's. Dumb and inexperienced people working there, won't even tell you when they full well know they're overcharging you. Ordered a two piece chicken tender kids meal, and instead of milk I got a kids drink for an extra .80 ... that they don't even tell you about. They very well could've suggested to get a three piece chicken tender meal for five dollars instead of overcharging me almost a dollar. Fries were cold. Won't be back. The 1-1/2 overall star rating is well deserved. read more

The drive-up staff need to be a little more attentive and friendly. The was a cold front coming from the speaker that made the inside of the vehicle my own little igloo in mid 90s temperature. The worker handing me my order wasn't any warmer. A sense of disillusionment overcame me right before driving off. No wonder the alcohol in this state is so controlled. Things like this would turn anyone into an alchy! I cannot stress enough to check your order thoroughly. My fried zucchini had zero dipping sauce and the rest was kind of the same. The bacon in my burger was questionable and I had to omit it altogether. It tasted more like cheap and fatty ham than the delishiz slice of life longevity it's supposed to be. Don't believe the ads...the cake is a lie! But what else would you expect from a commercial with a bulimic model taking a bite of an artery clogger? You know they didn't swallow... read more

worse place i got there they told that we cnat eat just because they cleaned like who says

I didn't see the reviews before I ate here today, but its rating was consistent with what I felt it deserved - a big fat greasy sloppy cheapass ONE. The wait for the food felt excessive, with employees just standing around playing on their phones, all the while my food is taking much longer that I think it deserved. When we got the food, it was... "eh." I mean, the food wasn't cold, but it lacked the WOW factor for me. I honestly felt that #IHOB (IHOP) would've kicked their ass in burger making today. I did think the burger was better than. McDonald's, but I feel it's sad when I instantly have to compare the quality of a Carl's Jr. burger to a substandard place such as McDonald's. My advice, only go to this place if no other place is available. As for me, I'm never coming back! read more

After finding out that the place we wanted to eat at had a twenty minute wait we decided to swing by here. We should have just gone home for a pbj. The place was empty so we thought we might get faster service. First off the woman up front was taking drive through orders and totally ignored us for five minutes. When she finally took our order it was broken English and it took forever to get the order right. Then we sat and waited LITERALLY fifteen minutes for our food to come out. I sat and watched as the people behind the counter stood and played on their phones, talked to each other and did nothing about getting orders out. They put our food on a tray and left it sitting out for at least ten minutes while the teenager up front took orders for guests walking in. Meanwhile our food wasn't even under a heat lamp and proceeded to get cold and inedible. Once we finally went up to the counter to see what was going on, they filled two boxes full of cold fries and didn't say a word. The food was hard cold greasy and nearly inedible. The tables were dirty tacky, and gross. The attitude of everyone in the store was "I don't really care about being here" and did literally not even the bare minimum to serve their gusts. Go somewhere else. Save your money and go to McDonald's. read more

I'm leaving this review after I ordered from this Carl's on 8-19-18. I wrote directly to Carl's and have had no response. I ordered a Star Burger, no pickles, no onions, no cheese. Also a crisp taco. Here is what I received and threw in the garbage. $7.00 worth of of trash. I didn't wanna post this but after no reply, you leave me no choice. Thanks for your (not) replay Carl's Jr. read more

Honestly the worst customer service! We stopped coming to this location but tried again today. We asked for fry sauce and the girl looked like she didn't want to go back and get any so she decided to say we dont have any today and left the window before we could even ask for ketchup instead. These people just don't care. Will not come here again EVER!! read more

Annoyed in the drive thru. Put someone who can speak English well enough to comprehend what is being ordered. Do not interrupt the person who is ordering unless asked a question that must be answered immediately. Don't hand the person ordering more than one drink and not ask if a carrier is needed. Get a speaker box outside that both sides can hear each other well instead of screaming like hyenas to get the order right. read more

Worst customer service EVER! Run by a bunch of teenagers that don't remember what manners and what being nice is. Pulled up to the full drive thru ordered chicken tenders. I have been sitting in the drive through for the last 20 minutes. This has got to be the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Now I have been waiting at the order box for 3 minutes. No one has said a word. Too bad I live so close to this one. read more

It's fast food, so I'm not sure what to expect. The service is slow nobody looks particularly thrilled to be there and they gave me the wrong change. However they do have diet dr Pepper. The soda is my sole purpose in going. There aren't too many places that serve died Dr Pepper therefore I go out of my way to find it. Side note they charged twice as much as McDonald's large it is a little bigger but I'm not sure it's worth twice as much. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Every single time we come here it's a hella long wait , we sit at the box waiting to order for TEN minutes before someone even comes to take our order or even acknowledge us, then when we get to the window it's another 10 or so minutes before they take our money then another long wait until our food gets to us . The guy who always hands us our food doesn't even look at me he just hands it out the window and quickly mumbles our order. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at ALL , the interior of the restaurant is always filthy as well sticky tables and full trash cans , this place has gone down hill over the last couple years , I probably won't be back. read more

We came in due on shift change but they were still able to handle the order in a timely manner. Food was warm and fries were very warm but not hot. We ordered two moonshine burgers and a large fries. Restaurant was clean for tje most part and they got a play center for the kids if need. No problems here at this location compared to the last one in los Angeles. read more

I went through drive thru last sat and the line was so long and wasn't moving I ended up leaving, after going in circles for a min I ended up going back and getting my food only to wake up Sunday with a screaming migraine and doing the dry heaves. 30$ ordering 4 different meals... and it was gross. Whoever is cooking in their kitchen clearly made the food with no effort. To top it off they forgot all condiments. No hot sauce, no ranch for the salad. And I originally went there for cheesecake. Drove home no cheese cake. The only thing about my meal I liked was my coke soda. Probably because all they had to do was push a dang button. 1 star for Carl's JR. Every time I eat fast food places like this remind me cook at home. Ew. Waste of money. Waste of time driving there in the cold weather. read more

The drive thru service is hit or miss. I generally go here once or twice a week. There are a few ladies that work the drive thru that are friendly as ever. Other times it's hectic and not friendly at all. My orders are usually accurate and I good food more often than not. Unfortunately they put way too much ice in their drinks. Otherwise, it's a pretty good place for fast food. Went there for lunch on Christmas day 2015 (because my life is that exciting). The lady at the drive was super nice! read more
