Fast food places are hard for me to review because each time I visit I can get a drastically different experience. But looking at the positive- let's go. Walked in since I had a complicated order with coupons. Sadly I Sydney get the young man's name at the register but he was so great. Helpful! Friendly. Professional. Didn't hate his job. Thanks to him so much for his assistance! Yes, All the c0vid things were in place: blah blah blah. All employees obvi wearing masks and no one was eating inside anyway, but tables and chairs were marked off for the "distancing". You know the drill. Food was hot and tasty. Drinks tasted good and weren't flat or watered down. Thanks! Be cautious (as always with FF) but would recommend. read more

Carl's Jr - Single Famous Star® - Fast Food Near Me - Santa Paula, California

$38.48 For 2 Double Famous Star combos. I was scared to ask for ketchup. On top of that they forgot my cheese. How is this restaurant still open? Don't ask about the sticker deals on the outside windows either. Those deals are expired. Just like the smiles of the people working the drive through. read more

after their prices went up you would expect better quality but unfortunately it does not work that way. i asked for extra crispy zucchini and was given a box with 6 soggy pieces. it look like the box was missing some. never again. read more

Today I ordered two lettuce wrap chicken sandwiches from the Santa Paula Carls Jr. I had not eaten at Carl's in some time. The person with me thought their sandwich was also not good, but was very hungry and ate it. Mine had issues, and I did not finish it. I felt the bacon in my sandwich was undercooked and the chicken had a "burned" taste rather than a charred taste. The two sandwiches (NOT COMBOS) cost almost $20.00! While I know that cost increases have hit Carl's Jr. along with the rest of the fast food industry, I could have bought properly prepared sandwiches at Hozy's that, while expensive, would have been worth it! I think my two stars was me being a bit generous. One other thing. I tried to contact Carl's online before posting this review. I would give Carl's Jr. negative 5 stars. They apparently do not want to hear from me. (signed) As of today, a former Carl's Jr. customer read more

Best carls jr around. Top tier service, drive thru was great. Melissa is awesome and should be promoted

This location has usually disappointed me big time over the years, but the last few times Gilbert has been at the window and completely changed my perspective on this location, there was a big line and I saw Gilbert smile and handle each customer with great great "2 greats" service and ease.he just seems like a wonderful person and Carl's Jr has a gem on their hands and need to take a serious look at promoting Gilbert or have him work at a corporate office,I've been in the food industry for 20 years and I can say with all confidence that Gilbert would be someone id promote and treat with the up most respect, thank u Gilbert for being who u are read more

Although I don't normally do fast food sometimes I'm in a hurry and it's convenient. But how convenient is it? Not much at all. I do a western and it's so saucy it's soggy or no sauce at all. Fry's seem to never be hot and fresh leaving the idea that they just sit until needed, pre cooked. The order gets messed up easily and they forget to put ordered items in the bag. Didn't realize a kids meal is hard to remember what goes in it... Just more insinuative on why I shouldn't be doing junk food anyways. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else. read more

On a rainy day all you want is ur food and go home! Let me tell you something Carl's Jr. made my day. They were nice and polite and they're management is better than ever. My order was done quickly and I was able to head home. read more

Santa Paula's Carl's Jr sucks worst service ever!I went order jalapeño burgers they gave me something the wrong order. When I went back and told them that my order was wrong the guy in charge acted like a damm asshole rude as fuck hope someone closes this Carl's Jr for good. They need to bring the old manager back Jerry Bravo when he was there he care about the restaurant and made sure everything was right. read more

This Carl's has the worst service I have ever experienced for fast food. I have left twice as well as the other people in line due to no one to take an order. The same for the drive through. I won't be going back. read more

I often forget we have a Carl's Jr. Anyway, I get to get some chicken tenders through the drive thru. There was only one car ahead of me. It took about 8 min to get my order. The cashier did not greet me. She directly gave me the total. While I was waiting to take my card, she was in charge of taking an order. I waited about 5 min for her to get back to me. Its been already 13 minutes and I still didnt have my food. I recieved my food and it was well cooked. May or may not go back. read more

Last two times I've been have been great, last time I had junior who is a rockstar, this time I had Daniel who is also a rockstar ,Ive worked in the food business for 16 years and I can say Daniel is a rare find also. Keep an eye on these two Carl's jr, their future is bright if they keep on being awesome. Great job today Daniel don't ever change read more

Once again Carl's Jr didn't disappoint restaurant was clean and food was nice and hot. Staff was friendly. Manager was very attentive. I will for sure be back for a third time. read more

The drive through is tough to get to through the maze parking. You can barely understand the gal through the speaker so we went in. Customer service is poor. They were too busy chatting it up with each other that we just left so we never did order any food. The restroom was clean. read more

Service is terrible. Girl at the window has no customer service skills. No greeting . No your welcome. Talking to the other worker the whole time. For fast food it's wild that every single car has to park and wait for their food. Wild. read more

Very good service. Great customer service and very friendly.

If you wanted your "fast food" on time you will have to call this place in advance otherwise you will be made to sit through the 5-15 minute wait even if you are the only person in the drive through. After you finally get your grubby little hands on your very overpriced microwaved master piece you waited 15 minutes for you realized they fucked it up and left onions or pickles so you go to take them off and end up getting a quick glance at their bubbly looking, herpe infested microwaved patty that will remind you of that blue waffles search from when you were 11 and have you puking up your very overpriced supper you bought for yourself. The service is fine though they always seem cool to me feel bad for the person working every time I go because this place somehow can't have more than 1 person working at a time I guess. Overall though nah don't go the meat alone will ruin it for you after you get a look at it. read more

Ask for a side of pickles. They will forget them. Guaranteed. The food is very consistent, which is nice. Restrooms and the dining area are kept pretty clean. It's a hit and miss with the customer service. Drive thru does well and doesn't take too long, but I hate having to pull forward when it does. read more

Why would I review a Carl's Jr? Because this one has issues and people should know. Prices are alright, service is kinda slow but nothing to run away from but the food is the issue here. I dig Carl's Jr but this location consistently burns their beef patties or they'll be dried out and flavorless. Also, all condiments are always on one side only so either you get a huge bite of flavor or you bite and bite waiting to taste BBQ sauce or mayo or whatever should be on the burger. I goto the Carl's Jr in Fillmore and Camarillo and never have these issues that I have in Santa Paula. read more

It's sad to admit, but I go here once a week. They have the best peach lemonade. It's not syrupy or too sugary either. I'm literally hooked on it now. The chicken taqueria are good especially with chulula sauce. Gibby, is one of the best employees they've had so far. He's kind and curtious and does everything with a smile. read more

We went to Carl's jr. because we had some coupons. $5 5 piece chicken tender meal and a bogo free all natural burger. I also got an oreo shake, but that was delicious. We also got some attitude from the person helping us when we asked from the person serving us when we asked for sauces, but I can write that off because it's later, and I'm sure they want to go home. The main issue was that in one of the burgers.....they forgot the actual patty. My poor boyfriend bit into his burger, and there was no patty inside. Unfortunately we were already at home, but hey maybe that was just part of the coupon. read more

A very slow drive thru. I'm not sure why this place takes forever to assist you but they do. I ordered one thing, pulled up to the window and sat there for 5 minutes before they opened the window to take my money.. And then it was another 5 minutes until they handed me the item. This is normal for them. P.S. I ordered fried Zucchini, it was horrible. They were over crispy and the crumb stuff on the zucchini was rock hard. It tasted like I was chewing on sand, or mini diamonds. I couldn't even eat them. Really bad! read more

The lady completely butchered my sandwich putting maybe a finger tip of lettuce and not even an inch circle of ranch . The lady with the build of a refrigerator at the window also said that my "root beer float" was fine with a solid floating ball of ice hard ice cream in the middle , and declined to even look all she could say was thank you , I don't blame her fully considering there training only requires an IQof a goldfish . Save your money and your time eat at one of the many other fast food restraunts . read more

I ordered crisscut fries and they ended up being cold and soggy by the time I got home. I promise you I don't live across town. I am about a minute away.. I'm very upset because I spent almost $3 for cold soggy fries that I didn't even end up eating. Carl's Jr. Don't be lazy, just fry up a fresh batch. I also ordered a famous star WITHOUT cheese. And still received it with cheese after I confirmed with the worker that I didn't want cheese.. read more

Carl's Jr - french fries in a paper bag - Fast Food Near Me - Santa Paula, California

Honestly this place has horrible customer service in the drive thru. This girl just takes my money without even saying a word or even repeat what I ordered. Doesn't even ask if I want condiments. Then my burger is cold so I go inside and the same girl just takes it and gives it to the cooks. Again doesn't say a word. She should have said "I'm sorry how can I fix this" at least. The other girl who helped me was actually nice but that other one needs to be fired or in the back where she doesn't deal with customers cause you suck. read more

Don't waste your time. Service is painfully slow. Hardly anyone speaks English. Nearly every order is always wrong. Not worth stopping in even on that rare occasion when you are so hungry, right there and willing to give them another chance....they screw it up. read more

I enjoy the environment it is quite nice when it's not busy. However I as a worker in a fast food chain understand that every now and then when it gets busy we don't have the chance to clean. The food is good and always comes out fast. I've come here around 4 times in the month of April around 9:00 pm and once at [1:00pm (It was really busy around this time)].Whenever I come the cashiers are really friendly and they always have a smile on their face. Thanks go to Andrea and Jaime for always being friendly and hard workers. Overall really I have really great experiences whenever I come here. read more

At one time I was boycotting Carl's Jr because of their "slutburger" ads and hadn't been there in a long time. But my grandson wanted to go so we drove through and ordered a super star combo and bbq chicken combo. Total was $22. Which is fine if the food was good. The burger was squashed because they don't use boxes. The lettuce was soggy and the hamburger was red. The chicken was almost burned and dry and like the hamburger was squashed because it was not in a box. It was also cold and looked like it had been sitting for quite a while before they gave it to us. The two drinks were spilling over the top of the lids so I had coke spilled in my drink holder in the front of my car. The person helping us was very nice.....but doesn't make up for the expensive and horribly prepared food that we found when we got home (a five minute drive). I've never felt that it was worth returning food but just learn a lesson and don't go there again. read more
