Ordered food for my family and I - realized we were missing a lot from our meal so we got back in the drive thru. They gave us some of the food we were missing but had still forgotten other items. All in all, it took quite a bit of time and by the time we got home, our food was mostly cold. Our soft tacos were soaked and stuck to the paper/wrapper and our crunch wraps had ZERO crunch. This has happened on more than one occasion at this location so we will not be returning. Thought we could give it one more chance. read more

The good: Taco Bell is on my list of top 3 favorite fast food spots. Though the Mexican food isn't authentic and your tacos don't come with fun things like cilantro, pico de gallo, onion, radish or jalapenos, it is satisfying in it's own way. I tried a chicken chalupa, soft taco supreme, crunchy taco supreme and a pineapple whip freeze (new on their menu). They gave a ton of hot sauces. The bad: The pineapple whip freeze wasn't as yummy as I was hoping it would taste. It was pretty sweet and artificial tasting. I did appreciate the fun flavor and idea of it. It would be cool if they offered corn tortilla in addition to flour ones and they incorporated more vegetables options outside of lettuce and tomatoes in the supreme tacos. The interesting: You have to enter the larger plaza parking lot and then into their personal parking lot to get to the drive-thru line (it is slightly further and deeper in the lot than a typical drive-thru at a fast food spot). read more

Manager there, Iris, completely unprofessional. I am normally a regular here and have never had any issue or complaints whatsoever, but as of today i ordered a 10 piece, only recieved 6 nuggets in the box, so of course i called, its a mistake, these things happen and i understand that. Iris picks up the phone, i let them know that i had just picked ip my order and i noticed they put the wrong amount in. and i am repeatedly told that she is the one that made my order and she knows for a fact that she did put 10 nuggets in the box. and im just sitting there, staring at my 6 nuggets in the box, told her what i saw. she told me again and said she apparently could not do anything about it, where she then asked if i needed help with anything else, i asked to speak to a manager, where i was then hung up on. i drove over to the location, asked for the manager, and its the same girl that was on the phone. tells me the same bs as she did on the phone. i dropped off the food on the counter and told her to just give me a refund then, i wasnt going to settle for less. she told me she couldnt do a refund for me, that i had to do it through the app, so i just leave my food and leave. im outside sitting in the car figuring out how to get my refund at least, and a much better, more professional and actually useful manager named monica approached my car, where she handed me my food redone correctly, and proceeded to apologize on behalf of her co managers behavior. i took my food and thanked her, and it was over just like that, as simple as it shouldve been to begin with. big thanks to monica, iris should not be managing anything. read more

The absolute worst Taco Bell ever. I order online very simple 2 box meals. I got pick it up get home and find the the stuff is in paper bags inside plastic bag and now have to open up all the wrappers to see who what good like really? I call over there and talk to the manager and I explained my order and how it was given to me, she goes oh no it's supposed to be in boxes I go well it wasn't plus the guy at the counter was rude no greeting or anything there the bag down. The Manager of this location was rude and argued with my mother, calling her a liar and said the next time our order is wrong she will not change it for us. received the most terrible service from a couple of girls working the drive through... they told me I couldn't receive an enchirito- understanding it is technically a discontinued item- I tried to order it by building it myself... guess they didn't like that either because they slammed the window multiple times on me mid sentence. listen, I just wanted my little simple smothered enchilada/ burrito.... anyway, they wouldn't give me any of the sides and just repeated that "i couldn't do that????" :( I calmly asked to speak to a manager, thinking she was possibly just new and wasn't aware all ingredients were on site already- and they both just stared at me like a crazy person, to make it worse neither of them would give me their names... and continued to give me all of the sides of attitude, which was strange because that wasn't on the menu either. overall it was a hassle and the service over all ruined my night... I was sad to see that a chain as beloved as Taco Bell would accept a location hiring people with such attitude problems. on top of it all, the amount of time i sat in the drivethru- I pondered how someone had to sit in an interview with these employees and followed through hiring them, or maybe they drew names from a hat?
