Had a large order and had to wait which was fine. But, we got home and took of our cherry cokes. Both were watered down and not a glimpse of red. They forgot two tacos and the lady who took our order was okay. She was reluctant to be polite and gave off slight attitude. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE, came here at 2:30 am and the server Selene R. Gave horrible service the food they gave us was stale and tased like it was left out for a while. While we were also waiting on our food he was on FaceTime with his friend while handling our food he forgot some items due to that reason. The worst part about it was that he prompt his phone against the cups that they serve to people read more

Don't eat here. I ordered 4 tacos and within 2 hours, I had horrible stomach pain that led to vomiting, diahrea, and extreme body pain. I've been sick for almost 3 days. When I called the manager, he became defensive rather than wanting to find out the facts. I have left a message with the Ventura County Health Department. read more

Every time I come here they always forget my fries I don't know why they don't double check or have better training !

the best burger I ever had it tasted like heaven on earth I love it so much will come back

Just plain nasty. I watch this lady (instead of using an ice scooper.) she dips the cup inside and it's her bare nasty hand in the ice box and get the ice. Do this people even do orientation on being sanitary. I know she don't wash her hands when she use the bathroom. That should be an automatic left go. Stop being nasty read more

They don't pay attention to special requests. I ask for no tomato and there is tomato. I ask and pay for an extra slice of cheese and I get no cheese. Drive the extra few miles to Wells Road because they pay attention better. I have also waited 30+ minutes for an order I placed ahead on the mobile app and while they say they are open 24 hours this is not true. They close for about an hour during the night. The only reason I know this is because that is when I get off work and have tried to stop there on my way home. read more

I would drive to Ventura before going to this Jack-In-the-Box again! Bad service and semi-cold food. I went twice, thinking the first time was a fluke. Nope, I had the same experience the second time. read more

Normally I love Jack in the Box - they have the best fries and them mini churros yum! But this chain in particular has horrible customer service. There must have been like 5 workers back there and I ordered two items...that's right, TWO! And then they got one of the two items wrong..... Ordered a nacho monster taco and they gave me a regular taco. When I went to the front to inquire about the mistake, they didn't apologize, they trashed the taco I had instead of offering me the right one, and started rolling their eyes and whispering. To top it off, I saw one of the girl take off one of the whip cream bottle cap and dropped it on the floor. Not sure if she capped it later...gross Just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! read more

Had great service in the drive thru!! My order was perfect. Emmanuel was so kind and attentive. I appreciate this kind of service!

Jack in the Box - Burgers Near Me - Santa Paula, California

In keeping with my "best burrito" hunt, I have to submit a review for Jack's version because it exists. It wasn't my intention for the first breakfast burrito review in Santa Paula to be from JITB, but it ended up that way after stopping by the drive thru after a night of tasty beverages. Eating fast food chain meals isn't a regular occurrence but it's always interesting to stop by and see what these places are up to. The last time I had a breakfast burreet from Jack was years ago and it was kinda pathetic. This new grande sausage version is a step up from the previous one I had. Essentially, it tastes like JITB wrapped in a tortilla. All the chains have their own distinct flavor to their food and that's what I literally said after the first bite, "This tastes like Jack in the Box." On the nostalgia aspect, that isn't bad; on the guilty conscience aspect...it may have you in arms reach of the tums. The food was hot and the hash browns and sauce bring joy to the gullet. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall flavor of the burrito. I'll toss it a 3 out 5 chingons on the burrito scale. We all know what Jack is all about; tis what tis! I don't spend enough time inside these joints, though, to comment on anything else but the food I order and take home. They've been serving the 24 hour market for years, so you know they'll always be there for you in a pinch...if you must. ;) read more

Why can't you get fresh food at this Jack in the box. I ordered 8 Taco's and every single one of them were double fried, hard, old, flat, with hardly any lettuce, no sauce, and I even ask and said nicely if I could get fresh ones and if it takes longer it's ok I will wait.... nope cold and old and I was really looking forward to them. Something needs to change. read more

I made a mistake at eating here today. Got home and my food was cold and carelessly handled. I live a five minute drive away. I usually check my food before I leave this drive though because of past experience but had a incoming call and forgot. Santa Paula Jack in The Box is gross. read more

Wow. This place used to be off the hook. NOW The service is trash once it gets late at night. I'm a truck driver so I swing by here sometimes and I am always disappointed. They never have coke available, and sometimes no carbonated drinks. What the heck Jack In The Box? They try to compensate me with a shake for my combo, but still charge me extra?? That's bs. If I'm paying for a more munchie meal I want a soda. Not water or some tea. Just cuz it's late doesn't mean I deserve trash service. Stop giving me old stale fries and tacos. Stop getting upset when I come back and tell you you got my order wrong. This has happened 3 damn times. I need to talk to corporate because this is ridiculous. read more

This place was awesome. Omg, idk what Jack is doing but employees are happy. I stopped by after my sons football game at Santa Paula High. - I guess I'm used to miserable people at fast food places. I'm impressed - food was perfect! read more

If I could I would give them a 0 zero!! as soon as I got my food I checked in the bag my tacos were just thrown in there without the paper cover. All our food was completely cold and when I went to tell the Manager she got mad instead of be understanding.I wasn't rude at all . When I went to take a drink from my coke it taste like a mixture of different sodas. I dumped it to get more and it was the same. they need to service there soda machine. In all honesty I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THAT JACK N THE BOX AGAIN!! Spent over 40 bucks for complete trash read more

YOU HAVE TO LEARN SPANISH TO ORDER HERE PERIOD ! - I am all about shopping in your own town I do and I try - BUT dammit this place drives me up the wall - And when I leave they make me feel soooo stupid - I don't speak Spanish to order a Jumbo Jack and a Teriyaki Bowl - oh wait I shouldn't have to know spanish to order those items ! I've been here so many times and the last two times have been the last straw. Last time it was a long line that was not managed well. Tonight it was the most rude employee that was condescending and clearly didn't care about her job. Whoever was working at 1:45am needs a great deal of training before she is left alone with the store. read more

Doing a lot better since their massive remodel. The staff are very sweet, they havent gottem my order wrong, and even if there are a lot of cars in the drive thru, your wait time is minimal compared to,other places in town. read more

Usually go through the drive thru. Today we decided to sit down and eat. BIG MISTAKE! All of the tables were dirty. We had to wipe down our own table. Mind you the restaurant was not busy. There was only 1 other guest in there. Drive thru was not busy either. So why wasn't it clean? Maybe it's because the employees were too busy chatting. read more
