They will decline or refuse to answer questions and just continue to pass on the phone with no explanation or response. So this is my second try i have tried to get decent food. I like the double western. Made right and fresh this is really a great burger. 1st time trip in at 8pm the meat was not fresh. This time i do DoorDash pickup. I do the order in parking lot and then drive to order spot in the drive thru 2 minutes later where i am told my burger is ready. Wait, its almost 9pm. In 2 minutes the meat went through the charbroiler and made??? I ask if the meat was just charbroiled. They say yes. I say no not just made from the meat in the warmer bin (usually from dinner rush). I get told yes and go to lot n take a bite. Nope warmer bin patties. I go back to order box this is a $7 burger. Not dollar menu fodder. Well i will say the next attempt they got me good. I can say this time the meat was freshly charbroiled. 2 patties from the warmer bin were tossed into the end of charbroiler to heat up like fresh cook. Nah uh I know the difference. In the future staff this might work if you added some fresh grease before tossing on first. DISAPPOINTED My son and I chose to stop here instead of the Jack In the Box or McDonald's and we were sadly disappointed. It was Sunday, December 9th @ 5:30am and we were going through the Drive Thru to get some breakfast biscuits. We were told that they only serve Breakfast Burger (which has beef meat) and french toast sticks but they do have the "lunch" menu available. We had a 100 mile drive and unfortunately we had to wait until we almost reached our destination as we could not afford to be late to our special training. At 5:30 in the morning, we are not trying to each hamburgers and/or fries. If you are going to sell food at 5:30 it should be breakfast also. Not having to wait until 6:00 a.m. Lesson learned. Generally, the employees working the breakfast shift provide good service. Unfortunately, it tends to drop off in the afternoon. I have to laugh everytime I'm in the drive thru and they ask me to pull around front and wait for my order when no one is in line behind me! When I point out that I'm the only person in line, they looked shocked that a mere customer would question them. Sometimes they will take the time to explain that they are trying to scam their drive thru timer to make it look like customers are being served faster than they are. It seems to me that If they are going to ask me to help in their scam, they should at least throw in a free cookie???
