What's the point of ordering ahead of time to pick up food only to be told to wait after already waiting in line. For 10 minutes we waited outside for another 15 mins. Went inside to check on order , only to see it just sitting at the counter with no one paying attention at all. Its a minimum wage job and yet the employees don't even do the minimum.!! Zero stars would be more accurate. read more

Food was good, quick. One star bc lady at window had nasty attitude. I worked in food service so I get it. But she handed me my order and said thank you have a good night and I answered with thank you, you too. But she didnt hear me and replied with YOURE WELCOME. totally caught me off guard. That I was already pulling out of drive through and stopped a couple feet from window wanting to apologize. As i was past the window i just let it go. Did ruin the vibe for the drive home. read more

Sooooo slowwwwwwww the whole time I was in the drive thru I could've done laundry, gone fishing, smoke a cigar, and pick up the damn kids from school. Lady that doesn't wear a uniform I'm assuming is the manager is rude af read more

I had really good service good food and alvaro was a great server had great attitude and its clean overall great place to eat.

Probably one of the worst ones I've been to and it's unfortunate that it's so close to home. Multiple times I've had items missing from my order. Today for example I ordered two kids meals and a burger combo. One of the kids meals did not come with the main entree (burger) after they had me waiting. 10 minutes outside. Avoid if possible. Placed order through the app. Went through the drive through to pick up my order. Sat in the line for 15 minutes for one car ahead of me. Finally got my order, requested ketchup and napkins, I was told they were already in the bag however they were not. Upon getting home with my order (less then 1 mile from restaurant) my food was cold, my drink was watered down, no ketchup or napkins. Food was ok. Had the Sourdough Star burger, which was offered on the app for half-price. The female manager, middle age, is not a people-person. She belongs away from customers. This place has less than two star reviews due to a management team that is "theory X". Manager makes all drive-through pay at the drive through the send them to parking lot to wait for food. No other drive through requires this nonsense. Timers are not accurate for drive through orders. Food takes a long time to be delivered as one waits in the parking lot. 1 1/2 stars in reviews should tell the owners of this franchise all they need to know. Make improvement in management . read more

What a joke of a restaurant. 8pm on a Wed and I pull into the drive thru. I order a double western "Combo" and after am told "we are out of normal fries". I tell them I will take Cris cut bit don't want the upcharge. He says I don't think I can do that. Pull around to the window and talk to the "manager" (very loose term). She proceeds to say the same thing. I tell her due to their poor management of product, they are out of the item and they should honor the same price. She says nope and I ask for the restaurant information. Another very rude crew member tells me to look it up and take off. Horrible staff and attitudes. read more

Really slow service , Every time we come they always make us wait in front of the store even though we go through drive thru , while no one is even behind us at all , to top it off the always seem to not give our order complete , this is our 6th time !! Don't ever go What a joke I ordered food for my kids Went to the window to pay After paying was sent to wait in parking lot which is not why anyone goes to a drive thru but it's just to fraudulently report customer wait times After a few minutes our food was rushed out to the car pretty much thrown in my lap We left to go back to our house to eat and found half of our order was missing I call and spoke to Toby a so called shift manager and was told there will not be a manager to speak to for two days The so called shift manager exspect Ed me to drive three miles back and wait in the drive threw once more I guess I should have looked at the reviews before I chose such a poor excuse of a restaurant And these people think they should get 15 bucks an hour read more

The service was absolutely terrible. The employees were disrespectful and impersonating mangers. It is impossible to get a hold of the over the phone. They will decline or refuse to answer questions and just continue to pass on the phone with no explanation or response. This is completely unprofessional for "adult" to be working in customer service this way. Carl needs to evaluate there employees and they things that occur in the job. It was very negative environment and clearly shows why they have a 1 1/2 star rating. Definitely grateful I cancelled my big order. This place needs to be inspected for codes. read more

This is warmed up cafeteria food at best. The meat is barely warm. Everything just thrown together for over $10.00 for a simple burger fries and a drink. Carls Jr. Used to be a go to. Now i go right by it as I go home and cook!! Don't waist your time... read more

Wow, I guess 1 and a half stars is accurate. They did it again. No one behind me in the drive thru, but they parked me anyway. Perhaps it was so the could deal with the customer whose order they had just gotten wrong. What happened to customer service? What happened to competence. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Perhaps I was lucky to already know what I wanted since the driveway sign was dark. Get it together guys. read more

So this is my second try i have tried to get decent food. I like the double western. Made right and fresh this is really a great burger. 1st time trip in at 8pm the meat was not fresh. This time i do DoorDash pickup. I do the order in parking lot and then drive to order spot in the drive thru 2 minutes later where i am told my burger is ready. Wait, its almost 9pm. In 2 minutes the meat went through the charbroiler and made??? I ask if the meat was just charbroiled. They say yes. I say no not just made from the meat in the warmer bin (usually from dinner rush). I get told yes and go to lot n take a bite. Nope warmer bin patties. I go back to order box this is a $7 burger. Not dollar menu fodder. Well i will say the next attempt they got me good. I can say this time the meat was freshly charbroiled. 2 patties from the warmer bin were tossed into the end of charbroiler to heat up like fresh cook. Nah uh I know the difference. In the future staff this might work if you added some fresh grease before tossing on first. I wasn't gonna try a third time and besides the window clerk was far too smiling and giggling while offering up my remake so I don't know what floor or saliva treatment my remake already got. read more

*** Pitstop Review (San Jacinto) *** I've passed by this part of town in the center of San Jacinto a few times. It's appears to be originally a dairy based agricultural town that's quickly growing up and building out. A lot of nice new homes are sprouting up in the area that looks super affordable! A huge home here advertises for like mid $200K. The same home in the crappy so-so part of central O.C. would be a cool million! But the sacrifice is the dreaded commute to find work... Anyway... Here's what liked... * Relatively new facility in a new-ish part of town. * Seems safe, clean, and a good place to pull over. * There are plenty of options in a very short distance to add to what you eat here. * Both the manager and the lead guy at the register were very friendly. The were busy and did the standard, "we'll be with you in a minute" and acknowledge my presence (always a good gesture). * Restaurant is pretty clean. Here's what I didn't like... * The bathroom can use a little cleaning though... Probably not the fault of the restaurant that store patrons miss their mark :-) Just sad to see ANOTHER company leaving California and changing the location of their headquarters! California is bleeding companies that are quick to leave for other places that are considered less expensive. Didn't we just lose Nissan and Toyota to Tennessee? Now we're losing Carl's Jr. to Tennessee as well... Very sad... http://m.ocregister.com/articles/company-707286-offices-anaheim.html Food = as expected Seating area = very clean Service = friendly Restroom = new, but not clean. read more

DISAPPOINTED My son and I chose to stop here instead of the Jack In the Box or McDonald's and we were sadly disappointed. It was Sunday, December 9th @ 5:30am and we were going through the Drive Thru to get some breakfast biscuits. We were told that they only serve Breakfast Burger (which has beef meat) and french toast sticks but they do have the "lunch" menu available. We had a 100 mile drive and unfortunately we had to wait until we almost reached our destination as we could not afford to be late to our special training. At 5:30 in the morning, we are not trying to each hamburgers and/or fries. If you are going to sell food at 5:30 it should be breakfast also. Not having to wait until 6:00 a.m. Lesson learned. This Carl's Jr is no breakfast friendly before 6:00 a.m. read more

Generally, the employees working the breakfast shift provide good service. Unfortunately, it tends to drop off in the afternoon. I have to laugh everytime I'm in the drive thru and they ask me to pull around front and wait for my order when no one is in line behind me! When I point out that I'm the only person in line, they looked shocked that a mere customer would question them. Sometimes they will take the time to explain that they are trying to scam their drive thru timer to make it look like customers are being served faster than they are. It seems to me that If they are going to ask me to help in their scam, they should at least throw in a free cookie??? The big issue with Carl's Jr, however, is not the service, it is the fact that the food is grossly overpriced. read more

So this is maybe like the 4th time I've been here and had horrible service at breakfast hours. I called to make sure they where open due to everything either being closed till a certain time because of COVID-19 they answer and before I can get a word in I'm cut off told opening hours are 6am and gotnhung up on. I usually have no problem waiting but if I just got off a 10hour shift at work and you tell me you open at a specific time and I'm in the drive through 10 minutes past the time and I see you through the window with the headset on staring at me...and ignoring me then I have a damn problem. I dont know if I'll be going back to this Carl's jr. Only reason I went to this one it's because it is the closest to my home. This Carl's jr needs to replace or retrain their morning staff. Very unacceptable! And yes I have worked in the fast food industry and this is not right. read more

I agree with most the reviews, This Carl's has got to be THE WORST!! Our burgers and fries were so old tasting we called and complained, they redid our order and it was worse!!
