THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was picking up a DoorDash order for a customer and the order was not ready although the app stated otherwise. At the moment I walked in, there was only one sandwich artist behind the counter working on orders. Her coworker printed out the DoorDash order ticket but didn't prepare my customer's sandwich. Rather, they went on break and left all the work for her. The worker was so apologetic and kind, she immediately began preparing the order while assisting an elderly lady! While I was waiting the subway girl offered me a cookie for the wait. I told her "it's not my order" but she still insisted. I'll never refuse a treat, she was so sweet! Once my DoorDash order was ready, everything was neatly wrapped and packaged. All labels and seals were added. The store was quiet, but there was lots of work behind the scenes! My experience was awful.  I ordered four sandwiches and ended up throwing mine away as it was completely inedible.  I ordered light Mayo and Mustard as you can see on the receipt (see attached reciept picture) and the entire sandwich is swimming in mayonnaise and mustard.   Nothing else in the sandwich was discernible from the mustard.  I attempted to contact the store itself three different times (see attached picture) and there was no answer.   I reached out to Door dash (see attached picture) who told me they were going to refund me the cost of my order.  I then got an email from them saying they couldn't process the return because they as well could not get in touch with the store as well (their email reply attached). This store is literally less than half a mile from my home, and I've had my child go and pick up orders on his bike for us.  I will never be spending any more money with your company.  The total of my order was 42 dollars, and I ended up still having to just make my own sandwich from home anyway after paying this because I could not get any customer service.  If this is the way your company does business, I'll take mine to another sandwich place where I can pay a but more, but they at least appreciate their customers and have the decency to answer their phones. This is the worst Subway location in this area. I've been to this location two times using the mobile app and both times, i showed up 15 mins after the time it says my order will be ready by and I'm told every time that they haven't even started it. My order is literally just a single sub and there's only one customer inside when I arrive. To top it off, when I was told it hasn't been started yet, they continued to serve other customers walking in as i waited for my order that I put in over 30 mins ago. Today I went into this Subway and ordered 3 sandwiches. Katelyn was helping me. she mumbled and I couldn't understand what she was saying through her face mask. I asked her to repeat a few times and she acted annoyed that she had to do anything at all. She repeated and between the two of us (me and my daughter) we figured out what she was saying and answered accordingly. I tolerated her irritated demeanor and reluctance to help me. When we were checking out I requested the 2 for $15 deal. She rang it up. I gave her time to enter the items. I assumed she would ask if I wanted a meal with the other sandwich when she was ready. She then gave me a total. Thinking she just took care of the third sandwich, I paid. When she only provided me with two meals I asked her about the third meal. She then got sassy and rude, then yelled at me that I had only told her that I wanted the deal. I asked her to ring me up for the third meal. She then charged me $5 for the added meal. When I inquired about the price since the meal add on is only $2.99 she yelled at me again. She was so rude and everyone in the restaurant was staring. She yelled saying that it was my fault and she wouldn't give me the discounted price. She then threw my sandwiches and cookies into the bag so hard that everything was mashed, broken, and crumbled. I grabbed the drinks and while I was walking away I let her know that I would be complaining and she yelled "Go ahead!". Then turned to her co-worker and proceeded to bad mouth me in front of the remaining customers. I cant believe the way I was treated today. These people are jurks I ordered a footlong with lots of toppings online picked it up but when I got home all I got was a bun and a couple slices of meat. I drove all the way back but all they did was blame the website. No refund. Workers were "busy" stocking bread, vegetables,etc. The one one lady putting the bread away finally looked up and said they'd be with us shortly. We waited patiently or about 5 minutes while she pried the last loaf out of a pan with about 6 loaves. Then she started on another one without missing a beat! It was about 11:30 and they had been open since 8:00. Apparently they were more interested in stocking things than taking orders from customers. Hate to put them out so we left. A HUGE RED FLAG when working in the food industry is having long nails and this particular server had long acrylic nails. She was stocking the meats and vegetables all while NOT wearing gloves. Not sure what kind of practices she's familiar with but it isn't food safe at all. She didn't have her name badge on today so I didn't catch it, but she is of Hispanic descent and looks middle aged with some highlights in her hair. She is very careless with food handling and preparation. When she did put on gloves to prepare an order, she touched the faucet and sink where employees wash their hands and went back to prepare the sandwich. She is just nasty. Get her out of your store. Fresh ingredients here! And I was REALLY pleased with the entire staff. Not too long ago, they had a crew that was really unhelpful and not too great to deal with. Now, their staff greets you, smiles, and they took the time to listen to me instead of assume things (like piling on the lettuce). A + for staff! The price was a little high though. I got a footlong combo, and a six inch and it was almost $14. I don't remember spending so much there, but maybe my memory's wrong. It's been awhile. I also would have hoped that a veggie sandwich would cost less than a sandwich with meat, but unfortunately that's not the case. This location has got to be the WORST. You can only make right turns out of the corner town center, no left turns. Which is the reason I rarely come here. I would like to start off by saying Zachary and Kayola you guys were awesome and made great sandwiches. The problem I had is the way the "managers" talked to their associates in training. I come to this location often enough to recognize the people that work here and know that both Zachary and Kayola are new. I get that my sandwiches aren't going to be made as fast when someone is training but to continously, as a manager, tell your associates to "hurry up" and "You've been here too long to not know this" and badger them is not how to manage people. I work in customer service and I could empathize with Zachary and Kayola. Seeing them being treated that way in front of customers just made for an awkward and uncomfortable environment. The managers in this location would benefit from having some empathy. read more
