Came in, manager took my order. She wasn't really acknowledging me when I ordered and distracted counting money. Drink dispenser didn't work properly. Ice didn't work and for Powerade we had to ask for them to do it through the drive thru drink dispenser. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I went through the drive-through and placed my order with the AI system, which already felt impersonal and confusing. When I got my food, my order was wrong. Normally, mistakes happen, that's not the issue. The issue is how it was handled afterward. I called the store to get help and the person who answered Alex said I would have to call back to speak to the manager and finally when I spoke with the manager, Vicky, who was completely unwilling to help. No apology, no effort to fix the mistake, no concern whatsoever for the customer. I explained that I only had a 30-minute lunch break, and instead of offering a solution, I was met with indifference and dismissiveness. What should have been a quick lunch turned into wasted time, frustration, and hunger. I didn't have the luxury to come back, wait again, or argue and yet there was zero accountability from management. That is unacceptable. If this is how customer service is handled, especially when the restaurant is pushing AI ordering systems that clearly aren't reliable, then management should at least be prepared to fix mistakes when they happen. Instead, I was made to feel like my time and money didn't matter. This experience completely ruined my lunch break and left me feeling ignored and disrespected. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. Let me explain. I was excited to come to Carls for breakfast and I was actually having a great morning so far, but u fortunately, Lisa, who worked at 6:55 AM on 10/2/25 had other plans for her customers because she chose to be confrontational and very rude regarding the AI ordering errors. When I pulled to the ordering speaker the AI assistant asked what I would like and I had a simple question regarding a special but the AI could not answer it and rather, just added something to my order without confirming with me. I struggled with the AI for about 7 minutes trying to ask one question before I just pulled up to the front window where I was immediately scolded for not ordering with the AI by this terrible worker with a shit attitude names Lisa. It's a Mexican woman who has some visible tattoos and an insanely rude demeanor. She not only stated that she heard me ordering the whole time but that she heard the exact question I was asking that the AI wasn't answering regarding specials, yet did not choose to use her headset to speak with me. Mind you, there was not a single soul anywhere near that Carl's Jr. I was the sole customer at the entire property and I was treated like I was bothering her doing her job. I will never return to this Carl's Jr to eat and I will make sure to follow up on the disciplinary action that needs to be taken to ensure this poor employee who chooses to question customers based off of their difficulties using an automated system that isn't working is reprimanded for their actions. I visited this restaurant once, for 10 minutes, and I will never return. Do NOT waste your money here. I made an Uber Eats order. Someone stole my order AT THE STORE and they refused to remake it. I called and spoke to a woman who BLAMED ME like I am running some scheme while the driver is literally waiting right there (so sorry, my driver friend...wish i still had a way to tip you!!!!). Then she said she would have to call the manager and hung up on me like she had any way to call me back. When I called her back, she said the manager said that Uber would have to call them directly to tell to remake it for me Yeah, Uber isn't doing that. No one has time to waste because you let people walk in and steal. Uber did refund me right away though and I ordered from Burger King right next door. I'm not sure what is going on with the Carl's Jr. locations in the desert... ? But I have to keep it real. They are pretty lousy. The food is not to the normal Carl's Jr. standard; isn't as fresh and sometimes they mess up your order. Having said that, this location I had the most luck with compared to the other desert region locations. The food just isn't as fresh out here and I'm not sure why. THIS one is the safest Carl's Jr. to eat at in the desert. Stay away from the other ones. This one has the best service and the food is the freshest. There are still mistakes, I was disappointed a couple times after coming here (food overcooked, forgot item, etc) but left happy most of the time. This one gets crowded and there's usually a line in the Drive-Thru. Overall this was my Carl's Jr. I would hit once a week on my lunch break. read more

I ordered a famous Star with cheese, fries, and a Diet Coke. After working long shift at the hospital hospital I was starving. I paid my $11 and got my bag of food. Fry's were old cold. I've been here a few times. Just ok until today. I walked into the restaurant at 11:55. No one at the Counter. Some employees saw me, no "We'll be with you soon!" No "Hello, one moment please". Food is good but service is poor. I used the drive thru and even though no-one was behind me , I was asked to move to the parking. When I asked why, since no one was behind me, i was told it would mess up their timer because it would take time. (I ordered chicken strips and a Famous Star combo.) Service was below average. When I walked up to order, nobody there. Finally I go to place my order and want to use points I have saved on the app. There is no cell service or wifi available. So I was not able to use them. Please have wifi, that's becoming the standard at most places. As for the food it was ok. My fresh baked biscuit was a little burnt and dry. The 2 sausage and egg biscuits is a pretty good deal for $3. Just wish I could of got my free coffee to go along with it. Overall it was clean inside, but as I left I did not see a single person behind the counter, cooking or at the drive through. My order came up quick so I was happy, that's why 3 stars.
